According to sources familiar with the site "News Sudan" that the member of the Transitional Military Council, Lieutenant General Mustafa Mohamed, former director of military intelligence resigned from his post to the President of the Transitional Military Council, Abdel-Fattah Burhan, without explaining the reasons for the resignation.
These developments follow the failure of the final negotiations between the Transitional Military Council and the forces of freedom and change on the agreement on the sovereign council, which will lead the country in the transitional period.
Earlier in April, the military council had resigned three of its members: First Lieutenant Omar Zine El Abidine, First Lieutenant Jalaluddin El Sheikh El Tayeb, and First Lieutenant Tayeb Babeker.
Since April 6, thousands of Sudanese, in front of the army headquarters in Khartoum, have been pressing the junta to speed up the handover of power.
On April 11, Omar al-Bashir, the army's leader, was removed from the presidency after 30 years in power under public protests late last year, denouncing the deteriorating economic situation.

وذكرت مصادر مطلعة على موقع "أخبار السودان" أن عضو المجلس العسكري الانتقالي ، اللواء مصطفى محمد ، المدير السابق للمخابرات العسكرية استقال من منصبه إلى رئيس المجلس العسكري الانتقالي ، عبد الفتاح برهان ، دون توضيح أسباب الاستقالة.
تأتي هذه التطورات بعد فشل المفاوضات النهائية بين المجلس العسكري الانتقالي وقوى الحرية والتغيير في الاتفاق على المجلس السيادي الذي سيقود البلاد في الفترة الانتقالية.
في وقت سابق من أبريل ، استقال المجلس العسكري ثلاثة من أعضائه: الملازم أول عمر زين العابدين ، الملازم أول جلال الدين الشيخ الطيب ، والملازم أول الطيب بابكر.
منذ 6 أبريل ، يضغط الآلاف من السودانيين ، أمام مقر الجيش في الخرطوم ، على الطغمة العسكرية للإسراع بتسليم السلطة.
في 11 أبريل ، تم إقالة عمر البشير ، قائد الجيش ، من الرئاسة بعد 30 عامًا في السلطة في ظل احتجاجات عامة في أواخر العام الماضي ، مستنكرًا تدهور الوضع الاقتصادي.
