لازالت قوى نظام الرئيس المقلوع تقاوم ، وترفض الاستسلام لمصيرها الحتمي ، فالقوى التي قيل انها تتضرر من الاتفاق بين قوى الحرية والتغيير من جهة والمجلس العسكري الانتقالي من الجهة الاخرى ، تطل بوجهها ، مجدداً ، من خلال البيان الذي ألقاه الفريق أول عبدالفتاح البرهان ، في وقت متأخر من مساء امس الاربعاء ، في وقت كان ينتظر فيه انتهاء الجولة الاخيرة من التفاوض بين الطرفين ، لحسم ما تبقى من قضايا محتلف عليها لاتزيد عن 10%،وفق تصريحات لعضو للمجلس صدرت في وقت سابق، خلال مؤتمر صحفي مشترك مع قوى الحرية والتغيير. واذا ببيان البرهان يفاجئ الجميع بما يشبه حزمة من الابتزاز أو الضغط او التهديد بالارتداد على التقدم الذي حدث في جولات المفاوضات السابقة ، بحسم 90% من قضاياه، ورهن أمر التفاوض، مرة أخرى ، بفض الاعتصام .
وهو امر لايتسق مع منهج التفاوض الذي اتفق عليه الطرفان ، اذ ان أي مطلب للمجلس ، يجب أن يكون مكانه هو طاولة التفاوض ، وليس فضاء التلفزيون ، وان يتم تقديمه للطرف الآخر في التفاوض، بشكل مباشر ، لا ان يتم طرحة للرأي العام ، متخطياً الطرف الآخر المعني ، متجاهلاً وجوده، في طاولة التفاوض. كما أنه يتعين أن لايتوسل هذا الطلب ، أياً كان ، فض الاعتصام أو غيره، بالتهديد او الابتزاز، أو أي وسيلة أخرى ، غير مشروعة .
وخلافاً لما تم الاتفاق عليه سابقا، بالتحقيق المشترك في احداث 8 رمضان ، التي اودت بحياة ستة أشخاص ، فاجأ بيان البرهان الجميع بتوجيه اصبع الاتهام لما أسماه بمكون ضمن قوى الحرية والتغيير ، مستبقاً بذلك التحقيق المشترك ونتائجه. كما لم يخل بيان البرهان ، من توجيه الاتهام لتلك القوى ،ضمناَ، بما اسماه استفزاز القوات المسلحة ، وهي محاولة مفضوحة لتحريض القوات المسلحة على قوى الثورة والحرية والتغيير، وهو أحدى آليات قوى الثورة المضادة والردة ، بجانب المتاجرة المتجددة بالدين والشريعة .يجدر بالتنويه أن للفريق حمدان حميدتي ، رواية مختلفة ، للأحداث ، لاتتضمن اتهامات مباشرة أو غير مباشرة ، لقوى الحرية والتغيير ، أو أي من مكوناتها .الفريق أول حميدتي ، والذي برأ قواته
من المسؤولية عن احداث 8 رمضان ، التي وصفها بالغريبة ، وفق مانقله تلفزيون الحدث ، أشار الى ان قواته ،نفسها ، كانت هدفاً للهجوم من البحر ومن الكوبري ومن الجامعة ، حيث قال انه لا توجد قوات للمجلس العسكري في تلك المناطق في محيط الاعتصام. واتهم أناسا، لم يحددهم ، بالسعي بالفتنة . بيان البرهان ، والذي يمكن النظر اليه كمشروع متكامل للردة بتعطيل وصول مسيرة الثورة لسدرة منتهاها ، يخدم اجندة أولئك الساعين بالفتنة .
بيان البرهان ، الذي يستفز بدوره الحس السليم للمواطن العادي، المتدرع بصموده منذ السادس من أبريل امام القيادة العامة ، حين يتجاهل حقيقة ان ضباطاً صغارا ً في الجيش، أبطالاً كباراً في نظر شعبهم ، مثل النقيب حامد،هم الذين تصدوا لحماية المعتصمين من هجوم مِن مَن يجري التستر عليهم بسمة المندسين ،فيما امتنع زملاء لهم في الشرطة ـ في الوقت ذاته- عن تنفيذ تعليمات صريحة باستخدام العنف المفرط والقوة في مواجهة المحتجين السلميين ، بينما بقي الآخرون ، الذي يحاول بيان البرهان ان يسلكهم في سلك الثورة ، يتفرجون على الاقل ، في رصاص المندسين، وهو يحصد ارواح الابرياء، بمن فيهم الأطفال ، والمحتجين السلميين ، الذين لاسلاح لهم غير أيمانهم المطلق بالثورة وحتمية انتصارها.
لن يخدع بيان البرهان أحداً بأن كل القوات النظامية كانت مع الثورة ، وإلا فمن يقنع أمهات الشهداء التسعين ، بأن ابناءهن الذين ظلوا يتساقطون منذ اكثر من خمسة اشهر ، شهداء في ميادين الشرف والكرامة ، بأنهم قد لقوا حتوفهم في حوادث مرورية ، حيث لا غلطان غير المرحوم.

يتجاهل بيان البرهان ، أن المندسين المزعومين ، ينفذون اجندة المجلس العسكري نفسه ، ويحملون همه،والمتعلق بفض الاعتصام بالقوة وبالعنف ، فيما ينحو بيان البرهان ، نحواً مختلفاً للوصول لنفس الغاية ، بوسائل التهديد والوعيد المبطن ، وربما الابتزاز، بالتلويح بتعليق المفاوضات ، عندما لمس جدية الطرف الآخر تجاهها ورهانه الكلي عليها.. مما يحسب للرئيس المقلوع ، أنه حين وجه اللجنة الامنية -المجلس العسكري الانتقالي ، لاحقا- بفض الاعتصام بالقوة ، مهما كانت كلفته البشرية ، لم يكن مهموماً بإيجاد المسوغات البراغماتيكية ، بقدر أنشغاله ، فيما يروى ، بالغطاء الفقهي للمجزرة . غير أن البرهان وزملاءه ، الذين لازالوا ينوءون بعبء "الأمانة "التي حملها لهم الرئيس المقلوع ، قد استماتوا ولازالوا يستميتون ، في التذرع بفتح الطرق والسكة حديد ، لتبرير تشبثهم المريب بضرورة تنفيذ تلك المهمة ،التي اورثهم لها الرئيس المقلوع. يجدر بالتذكير ، ان قتلة المحتجين السلميين في سبتمبر 2013، لم ينشغلوا قط بفض اعتصام او فتح طريق او سكة حديد، كغطاء للمجزرة التي ارتكبوها، بدم بارد ، بحق العشرات من ابناء وبنات الشعب السوداني.لقد ارتكزوا – فقط – على فطرتهم الإجرامية .
ان تعليق التفاوض ، في مرحلته الاخيرة ، او التهديد بتعليقه ، هو امر غير مقبول ولا مسوغ له ،وهو لاينم الا عن تصميم غير مشروع لاجهاض عملية التقدم بالتفاوض لتحقيق مطلب الشعب في قيام حكم مدني ديموقراطي، ولن يجد من قوى الحرية والتغيير وجماهيرها غير الرفض والاستنكار، ولن يزيدها الا تمسكاً بسلامة موقفها وعدالة قضيتها، والتي تحتم عليها عدم الاستجابة لأي تهديد أو ابتزاز او ضغوط ، ورفض أي مطالب ، أياً كانت موضوعية أو غير موضوعية ، لايتم طرحها على طاولة التفاوض .ان قاعة التفاوض هي المكان الطبيعي والوحيد للتفاعل الايجابي بين قوى الثورة ، ولابديل للتفاوض وقاعة التفاوض غير الشارع الذي يسع الجميع.
. . في البدء ، دبرت قوى الردة والثورة المضادة ، انقلاب 11 أبريل ، لمنع الثورة من الوصول الى غاياتها، والحيلولة دون تلاحم الجيش والشعب ، وانحياز الجيش للشعب ،كذروة للفعل الثوري المعبر عن انتصار الثورة والشعب . والآن ، تسعى نفس القوى ، بوسائل مختلفة ، لعرقة مسيرة الثورة ، بتعطيل عملية التفاوض ، وافتعال أزمة لامبرر لها. وهو امر لا يفوت على فطنة شعبنا وقواه الثورية ، باعتباره يمثل انحرافاً من قبل المجلس العسكري باتجاه الاستجابة لضغوط قوى الردة والثورة المضادة ، وللتماهي مع مخططاتها، بدلا من الاستجابة لقوى الثورة ، التي اعتبر المجلس نفسه جزء منها، وهو ادعاء ، يمتحن ، مجدداً، اليوم.

ان قوى الثورة ،التي تمسك بسلمية الحراك الشعبي في مواجهة عنف النظام وفلوله ، تتمسك، أيضاً، بنهج التفاوض لبلوغ اهداف الثورة ، وستراهن على إرادة الممثلين الحقيقيين للثورة ، داخل المجلس العسكري والقوات المسلحة والقوات النظامية الاخرى ، لاستمكال عملية التفاوض، من أجل الحاق الهزيمة النهائية بقوى الردة والظلام.
