(It is said that one of the companions of the former Somali President Mohamed Siad Barre, insisted to be appointed Minister of Oil, and after a great urgency asked by Siad Barre, my companion, God, how to appoint you as oil minister in a country where there is no oil ?! Justice "!
This is just a fabricated story that has been modified against the backdrop of a story between Siad Barre and the blind and Rasmi Mohamed, president of the former Union of Cooperatives of Somalia.
In fact, there was a Ministry of Minerals and Water Resources, in which energy affairs were part of its administrative functions, but Wasmi Mohammed did not manage them.
While the story or the real story included the former Somali president and the head of cooperatives referred to, and in turn cooperatives were dealing with fuel service was linked in the mind of the fabricator story between the ministry and cooperatives! It has been recalled that the president summoned in 1989 the President of Cooperatives and Rasmi Mohammed.
This was done after an interruption and shortage in government fuel sales centers, which were supervised by the Cooperatives Union.
Which caused embarrassment and discontent with the government with the people, and led to a state of resentment of the imbalance that was reflected on the reality of the traffic of the public.
The story did not stop distorting the course of the story at that, but there is another story added to the fabrication, which is that the President summoned Rasmi Mohammed to his office and told him to sit.
And when they were summoned to the fall fell to the ground as there was no chair to sit in the circle of the place where he was standing.
And that the President told him then that he had handed him the position is blind but he did not appreciate his support and help him.
Such stories have been woven and distorted from the backdrop of seeking to get rid of the former president's regime, but the problem itself is to form a phenomenon that is said to be devoted by many Somalis vengeance on the former regime.
So that it ended as a bad speech to write the modern Somali history, and to seek anyone who wanted to falsify the facts of history and writing to do what he likes, and the motive of the Nile from the same was called Mohamed Siad Barre!
So many Somalis, especially on the basis of their racism, do not hesitate to hold the former president a lot of charges, which are the fabric of their sense of collective.
This trend is headed by many who have ended up as a political opposition to him and intellectuals, but it is based on these practices that they are motivated by self-motivation and not objective!

(( يقال أن أحد رفاق الرئيس الصومالي الأسبق محمد سياد بري، أصر أن يعينه وزيرا لنفط، وبعد إلحاح شديد منه سأله سياد بري، يا رفيقي بالله عليك كيف أعينك وزيرا لنفط في بلد ليس فيه نفط؟! ، فرد رفيقه قائلا: أليس هناك وزيرا للعدل"!
ما تقدم مجرد قصة مفبركة وتم تحويرها على خلفية قصة تمت بين سياد بري والكفيف ورسمى محمد رئيس اتحاد تعاونيات الصومال سابقا.
وفي الواقع كانت هناك وزارة للمعادن والثروة المائية والتي كانت شؤون الطاقة تندرج ضمن مهامها الإدارية، إلا أن ورسمى محمد لم يتولى إدارتها.
بينما شملت القصة أو الواقعة الحقيقية كل من الرئيس الصومالي السابق ورئيس التعاونيات المشار إليه، وبدورها فإن التعاونيات كانت تتعاطى خدمة الوقود فتم الربط في ذهنية مفبرك القصة بين الوزارة والتعاونيات!, وقد حدث أن استدعى الرئيس في عام 1989 رئيس التعاونيات ورسمى محمد.
وقد تم ذلك بعد حدوث انقطاع وشح في مراكز البيع الوقود الحكومية والتي كان اتحاد التعاونيات يشرف عليها.
حيث تسبب ذلك الأمر باحراج وسخط للحكومة مع الشعب، وأدى الأمر إلى حالة تذمر من ذلك الخلل الذي انعكس على واقع حركة السير العام.
وبصدد الواقعة لم يتوقف تحريف مجرى القصة عند ذلك، بل أن هناك قصة أخرى أضيفت الى الفبركة وكان فحواها أن الرئيس استدعى ورسمى محمد إلى مكتبه وقال له أقعد.
وحين هم المستدعى للقعود سقط على الأرض إذ لم يكن هناك كرسي يقعد عليه في إطار دائرة المكان الذي كان واقفا عنده.
وأن الرئيس أخبره حينها أنه كان سلمه المنصب وهو كفيف إلا أنه لم يقدر دعمه ومساعدته له.
مثل هذه القصص تم نسجها وتحريفها انطلاقا من خلفية تسعى لنيل من نظام الرئيس السابق, إلا أن الإشكالية بحد ذاتها تكمن في تشكل ظاهرة تقول كرسها الكثير من الصوماليين الناقمين على الحكم السابق.
وبحيث إنتهت كخطاب ضار لكتابة التاريخ الصومالي الحديث, وأن يسعى كل من أراد تزوير حقائق التاريخ وكتابته القيام بما يحلو له, وبدافع النيل من ذات كانت تسمى محمد سياد بري!
وبالتالي فإن الكثير من الصوماليين ولاسيما على خلفية عنصريتهم لا يتحرجون أن يحملون ذات الرئيس السابق الكثير من التهم والتي هي من نسيج شعورهم الجمعي.
ويتصدر هدا المنحى الكثير ممن انتهوا كمعارضة سياسية له ومثقفين, إلا أنه يؤخذ على هذه الممارسات أنها تنطلق من دافع ذاتي وليس موضوعي!
