Companies that cut ties with Huawei

Japan's giant technology giant Panasonic said on Thursday it had broken ties with Huawei. "We have suspended all business with Huawei and its 68 companies, which are subject to a US government ban," a Guardian spokesman said.
ARM
Arm authorized his technology rather than making the same chips. Hal Hodson of The Economist on Twitter pointed out that companies usually buy licenses from Arm several years ago, meaning Huawei could have licenses ranging from two to three years.
Vodafone
Vodafone, the UK's largest mobile phone company, announced on Wednesday that it will abandon Huawei devices from its 5G launch, scheduled for July 3.
"We are temporarily suspending Huawei Mate 20 X (5G) in the UK," a Guardian spokesman said. "This is a temporary measure, while there is uncertainty with respect to the new Huawei 5G, we will keep this under review."
Ee
British mobile operator EE has joined Vodafone in excluding Huawei from the 5G plans, scheduled for launch on May 30.
EE told The Guardian that it made a decision to use Huawei 5G phones after Google withdrew from Android.
Telecom giant Telefonica, which owns the UK operator O2 mobile network, said it "review the details of an executive order to understand any potential effects of our customers," the Reuters news agency reported.
Three British mobile operator Three also reviews its relationship with Huawei before it launched 5G. "We are currently studying what are all their implications," said a spokesman for the Three Telegraphs, "We will assess what impact this will have on customers, both short and long term."
Microsoft
Microsoft has not yet issued an official statement on its relationship with Huawei, but Huawei's MateBook laptops disappeared from the Microsoft online store over the weekend after an executive order from Trump.
