Italian humanitarian aid to Eritrea worth one million six hundred thousand euros
The Italian Foreign Ministry confirmed that it has provided humanitarian aid to Eritrea worth about one million six hundred thousand euros. The statement came at the end of a visit by the Italian Foreign Minister, Mrs. Manuela de Liri, to Eritrea. The assistance comes as food for mothers and children, vaccinations against childhood diseases and farming mechanisms, and will be supervised by the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) and the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF). Local media reported that the visiting Italian official participated in the opening of the department of cardiothoracic treatment at the hospital, which was established with Italian aid amounting to about 400 thousand euros. The aid comes amid growing Italian-Eritrean relations, especially after Italy's prime minister visited Eritrea earlier this year

مساعدات انسانية ايطالية لارتريا بقيمة مليون وستمائة الف يورو
أكدت وزارة الخارجية الايطالية بأنها قدمت مساعدات انسانية لارتريا تبلغ قيمتها حوالي مليون وستمائة الف يورو. جاء ذلك التصريح في ختام الزيارة التي قامت بها مساعدة وزير الخارجية الايطالي السيدة مانويلا دي ليري إلى ارتريا. وتأتي المساعدات كأغذية للأمهات والاطفال وجرعات تطعيم ضد أمراض الطفولة وآليات زراعية، وسوف يقوم برنامج الأمم المتحدة للغذاء (الفاو) ومنظمة صندوق الأمم المتحدة للطفولة والأمومة (اليونيسف) بالإشراف على توزيع هذه الاغذية. وقالت وسائل الاعلام المحلية بأن المسئولة الايطالية الزائرة شاركت في افتتاح قسم علاج أمراض القلب بمستشفى اوروتا والذي تم انشاؤه بمساعدات ايطالية بلغت قيمتها حوالي 400 الف يورو. وتأتي هذه المساعدات في ظل تنامي العلاقات الايطالية الارترية خاصة بعد زيارة رئيس الوزراء الايطالي إلى ارتريا في وقت سابق من العام الجاري.
