ويؤكد مدير المرصد السوري لحقوق الإنسان، رامي عبدالرحمن، لـ«البيان» أن الدور الإيراني ليس حديث العهد في المنطقة، إنما زاد من توسُّعه خلال السنوات الأخيرة من دون ضوابط، إذ لم يكن هذا الدور بالمحبَّذ لدى الأطراف المحلية والإقليمية والدولية، إلا أن التغاضي الدولي ظهر جلياً عن هذا التدخل، إلى أن تعدى الأمر الشؤون العسكرية، بل زاد الإيرانيون من تصعيد تدخلهم المعنوي والأيديولوجي في الداخل السوري عموماً، وفي البنية الفكرية للمجتمع السوري والمجتمعات التي دخلتها في المنطقة العربية.
ويوضح عبدالرحمن أن النظام السوري أفسح المجال للتغلغل الإيراني، فالاستجداء العسكري من النظام للإيرانيين، كان ثمنه صبغة جديدة يحاول الجانب الإيراني صبغ السوريين بها، وآخرها ما يجري اليوم في مدينة الميادين السورية غربي نهر الفرات بالريف الشرقي لدير الزور من طقوس مذهبية.
ويؤكد عبدالرحمن أن إيران التي عملت بكامل طاقتها وقيادتها لفتح طريق طهران - بيروت، لم تفعل ذلك بيدين طاهرتين، إنما ظهرت يداها مغموسة بدماء أبناء الشعب السوري، فالمحاولة الإيرانية لإثبات نفسها وبخاصة منذ سبتمبر من عام 2015، أمام الجانب الروسي والدول الإقليمية، بأنها القادرة على ضبط الوضع السوري وأن حل القضايا والمسائل والأمور وربطها بيديها، وهذا ما دفع الروس لمحاولة تخفيف هذا الدور بمساعدة تركية خالصة.
ويشير إلى أن المرصد سجل استشهاد أكثر من 2500 طفل سوري على يد القوات الإيرانية وميليشياتها، من ضمن نحو 21 الف طفل استشهدوا منذ مارس من عام 2011، خلال عمليات قصف واستهداف بالقذائف الصاروخية والمدفعية والرشاشات الثقيلة وفي ظروف مختلفة، كان الفاعل الرئيسي فيها القوات الإيرانية والميليشيات المساندة لها من جنسيات مختلفة.
ويكشف عبدالرحمن أن أكثر من 83% من مجموع 104 آلاف معتقل، جرت تصفيتهم داخل المعتقلات بين مايو 2013 وأكتوبر 2015، وهي الفترة التي كانت تشرف فيها القوات الإيرانية العسكرية والأمنية على السجون والمعتقلات في سوريا.

ويؤكد مدير المرصد أن ردة الفعل العربية، أقل مما يمكن به مواجهة محاولة زرع التطرف الجديد، عبر تشكيل ميليشيات فكرية ومذهبية وعسكرية على أساس عقائدي يكون فيه الولاء لإيران التي تدفع بها أطماع تاريخية إلى الانتقام من حاضر المنطقة العربية وتشويهها أمام المجتمع الدولي، والظهور بمظهر الحل الوسط بين الانحلال والتطرف، وهذا الأخير هو ما تسعى إليه إيران اليوم من خلال قلب الطاولة على الاتفاقات الدولية والإقليمية في الداخل السوري، متذرّعة بذرائع باتت واضحة، ويجب على الدول العربية التي أناطت نفسها بهذا الدور، تشكيل لجان مشتركة تهدف إلى محاولة محاربة التطرف بشكل جاد، عبر برامج توعية بمخاطر التطرف أولاً ومخاطر الدور الإيراني.
