According to the media, Percilia Ludowski, a woman who works as a beauty salon salesman in the suburbs of Paris, launched a Facebook petition at the end of May 2018, which included a call to protest rising fuel prices, explaining how this rise weighs and suffocates low-income people or micro-entrepreneurs
The Brasilia Luduski petition received increasing acceptance on social networks. By the beginning of October, the number of signatories to the petition was 400, but from mid-October to early November the number suddenly rose to more than 800,000. The first protest event was launched on Saturday (November 17th) Social, with planning to block roads in France

سلطت وسائل إعلام عديدة الضوء على هوية مطلق الشرارة الأولى لاحتجاجات حركة "السترات الصفراء" التي تشهدها فرنسا حاليا.
وحسب وسائل الإعلام فإن بريسيليا لودوسكي، امرأة تعمل بائعة أدوات تجميل في ضواحي باريس أطلقت في نهاية مايو 2018، عريضة على فيسبوك، تضمنت دعوة للاحتجاج على ارتفاع أسعار المحروقات، موضحة كيف يثقل هذا الارتفاع كاهل الأشخاص أصحاب الدخل المحدود أو أصحاب المشاريع الصغرى ويخنقهم.
ولقيت عريضة بريسيليا لودوسكي تقبلا متزايدا على الشبكات الاجتماعية، ومع بداية شهر أكتوبر كان عدد الموقعين على العريضة 400 مواطن، لكن منذ منتصف أكتوبر وحتى بداية نوفمبر ارتفع العدد فجأة إلى أكثر من 800 ألف توقيع لتنطلق أوّل فعالية احتجاج يوم السبت 17 نوفمبر، عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، مع تخطيط لعرقلة الطرق في فرنسا.
وحسب موقع "عربي بوست" تقول بريسيليا لودوسكي البائعة حاليا والموظفة السابقة في أحد المصارف، إنها تلقت اتصالات من  نواب من اليمين المتطرف، لكنها رفضت التواصل معهم بشكل قطعي لتبقى حركة "السترات الصفراء" غير منظمة تأتي من القواعد الشعبية، وخارجة عن الهياكل المنظمة للنقابات العمالية والأحزاب السياسية.
عدوى السترات الصفراء تهدد أوروبا
يرى مراقبون أن رضوخ الحكومة الفرنسية لمطالب حركة السترات الصفراء سيؤدي إلى امتداد عدوى الاحتجاجات إلى مدن أوروبية أخرى..
بعدما شهدت كل من هولندا وبلجيكا حراكا مشابها، وهو الأمر الذي حذرت منه وسائل إعلام أوروبية..
حراك "السترات الصفراء" يمتد إلى هولندا
امتد حراك "السترات الصفراء" امس السبت، إلى هولندا، بالتزامن مع تنظيم الحراك ذاته في فرنسا وهو الاحتجاج الثالث له خلال أسبوعين اعتراضاً على ارتفاع أسعار الوقود وغلاء المعيشة.
وتجمع متظاهرون في شوارع عدد من المدن الهولندية، على رأسها لاهاي ونيميغن، ماستريخت، وألكمار، ويوفاردن إن غرونينغنو، استجابة للدعوات التي تم تداولها على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي للاحتجاج على سياسات الحكومة.
وتظاهر نحو 200 شخصاً من أنصار "السترات الصفراء" أمام البرلمان الهولندي في مدينة لاهاي، ما دفع الشرطة الهولندية إلى إغلاق مبنى البرلمان، حسبما نقلت وكالة "أسوشيتيد برس" الأميركية. 
وفي السياق، تداولت وسائل إعلام محلية أنباء تفيد بتوقيف الشرطة متظاهرين اثنين في مدينة لاهاي، وثالث كان يقود مظاهرة في مدينة ماستريخت، جنوبي البلاد.

وبدأت احتجاجات “السترات الصفراء” في فرنسا منذ 17 من شهر نونبر الماضي، احتجاجا على سياسات الرئيس إيمانويل ماكرون، وزيادة الرسوم على المحروقات، ثم انتقلت الاحتجاجات إلى بلجيكا، الجمعة، حيث شارك نحو 600 شخص كانوا في تظاهرة بالعاصمة بروكسل، اعتراضا أيضا على ارتفاع تكاليف المعيشة وزيادة الضرائب.
