 لَمْ تَخْرُجْ التَّظَاهُرَاتُ فِي المُدُنِ السُّودَانِيَّةَ لِلمَرَّةِ الأُولَى فَقَدْ ظَلَّتْ طَابِعٌ دَائِمٌ اِرْتَبَطْتَ مَعَ نِهَايَةٍ كُلَّ عَامٍ مَالِي دَلِيلٌ عَلَى الأَزْمَةِ السِّيَاسِيَّةُ المُعَقَّدَةُ المُرَكَّبَةُ فَمَا هِيَ جُذُورُ الأَزْمَةِ السِّيَاسِيَّةَ الرَّاهِنَةُ؟ هُنَاكَ أَزْمَةٌ سِيَاسِيَّةٌ بَالَغَ التَّعْقِيدُ جَرَّاءَ المَوَاقِفِ الرَّاكِدَةُ المُزْمِنَةُ مِنْ عُقُودٍ فَقَدْ اِخْتَطَفَ السَّلَطَةَ فَصِيلَ مِنْ الحَرَكَةِ السِّيَاسِيَّةُ (الجَبْهَةُ الإِسْلَامِيَّةُ) مِنْ خِلَالِ اِنْقِلَابِ عَسْكَرِي عَلَى النِّظَامِ الدِّيمُقْرَاطِيُّ فِي 30 / يُونِيُو / 1989 بِاِدِّعَاءٍ أَنَّهُ الأَقْدَرُ عَلَى إِدَارَةِ النِّظَامِ السِّيَاسِيِّ وَإِعَادَةِ بِنَاءٍ الوَاقِعُ عَلَى أُسُسٍ جَدِيدَةُ قَادِرَةٌ إِنْهَاءِ الأَزْمَةِ وَاِبْتِدَاعِ المَخْرَجِ المُخْتَلِفُ. فَمَاذَا حَدَثَ لِكَيْ يَعُمَّ التَّدَهْوُرَ وَالاِنْهِيَارَ؟ اِنْفِرَادُ الجَبْهَةِ الإِسْلَامِيَّةِ لَمْ يَكُنْ لِمُعَالَجَةِ الأَزْمَةِ الوَطَنِيَّةِ بَلْ لِبِنَاءِ نِظَامِ ايدلوجي عَقَائِدِيٍّ مُؤَسِّس عَلَى اِنْفِرَادٍ أَقَلِيَّةٌ سِيَاسِيَّةٌ بِالسُّلْطَةِ لتوظيها مِنْ اجْلِ خَلْقِ طَبَقَةِ رَأْسْمَالِيَّةٍ إِسْلَامِيَّةٍ وَدَعْمٍ وَمُسَانَدَةِ التَّنْظِيمِ العَالَمِيِّ فِي صِرَاعٍ كَوْنِيٌّ ضِدَّ النِّظَامِ العَالَمِيُّ لِتَخْلُقْ الخَلَافَةَ الإِسْلَامِيَّةَ لِهَذَا اِنْخَرَطَتْ دَوْلَةُ الجَبْهَةِ الإِسْلَامِيَّةُ مِنْ أَيَّامِهَا الأُولَى برْبِط الاِقْتِصَادِ السُّودَانِيِّ بِالتَّنْظِيمِ العَالَمِيِّ لِلإِخْوَانِ المُسْلِمِينَ وَعَمِلَتْ عَلَى دَعْمٍ أَنْشَطَتْ كُلُّ الجَمَاعَاتِ المُعَادِيَةِ لِلنِّظَامِ العَالَمِيِّ وَتَصُبُّ فِي نَشْرِ الإِرْهَابِ فَعُقِدَتْ المُؤْتَمَرَ الإِسْلَامِيَّ العَرَبِيَّ الَّذِي ضَمَّ كَافَّةَ الفَصَائِلِ الرَّافِضَةِ لِلنِّظَامِ العَالَمِيِّ وَاِسْتَقْبَلَتْ فِي الخُرْطُومِ الجَمَاعَاتُ الإِسْلَامِيَّةُ وَالفِلَسْطِينِيَّةُ وَالعِرَاقِيَّةُ وَالمِصْرِيَّةُ وَأُسَامَةُ بِنْ لَادِنُ وَخَطَّطَ بِالدَّعْمِ الإِيرَانِيِّ لِاِغْتِيَالِ الرَّئِيسِ المِصْرِيُّ السَّابِقِ حُسْنِي مُبَارَكُ وَاِتَّهَمَتْ بِالمُشَارَكَةِ فِي تَفْجِيرَاتِ دَار السَلَام وَنَيْرُوبِي لِسَفَارَتِي الوِلَايَاتِ المُتَّحِدَةِ وَدَعَمَتْ الجَمَاعَاتُ الإِسْلَامِيَّةُ الإِرْهَابِيَّةُ فِي الصُّومَالِ وَأَفْغَانِسْتَانَ. وَلِمَا لَمْ تَتَحَرَّكْ الجَبْهَةُ الإِسْلَامِيَّةُ القَوْمِيَّةُ لِمُوَاجَهَةِ أَسْئِلَةِ الأَزْمَةِ الحَقِيقَةُ تَعَقَّدَتْ الأَزْمَةُ وَاِنْتَهَكَتْ حُقُوقَ الإِنْسَانِ الأَسَاسِيَّةَ وَتَمَّ مُصَادَرَةُ النِّظَامِ الدِّيمُقْرَاطِيُّ فَاِنْحَرَفَتْ المُمَارَسَةُ عَنْ المَقَاصِدِ الَّتِي اُدْعُوا مِنْ اجْلِهَا الاِسْتِيلَاءَ عَلَى السُّلْطَةِ وَتَغْيِيرَ نِظَامِ البِلَادِ فَأُضِيفَتْ مُشْكِلَاتِ جَدِيدَةٌ فاتجهة الدَّوْلَةُ لِلاِنْهِيَارِ الكُلِّيِّ. فَاِخْتَطَفَ فَرْدٌ (الرَّئِيسُ) السَّلَطَةَ مِنْ الحَرَكَةِ الإِسْلَامِيَّةُ الَّتِي قَدَّمَتْ مُرَافَعَةً مُتَمَاسِكَةٍ - نَوْعًا مَا - فِي ذَلِكَ الحِينِ كَأَسْبَابٍ لِلاِنْقِلَابِ عَلَى النِّظَامِ الدِّيمُقْرَاطِيُّ مُصَوَّرَةُ أَنَّ المَدْخَلَ لِلتَّقَدُّمِ السِّيَاسِيِّ الإِجْتِمَاعِيِّ الاِقْتِصَادِيِّ الثَّقَافِيِّ هُوَ تَطْبِيقُ الشَّرِيعَةِ الإِسْلَامِيَّةُ وَتَشْكِيلِ وَاقِعٍ سِيَاسِيٍّ إِسْلَامِيٍّ لِمَا هُوَ قَائِمٌ مِنْ نِظَامٍ دِيمُقْرَاطِيٌّ حُرٌّ مُنْتَخَبٌ جَاءٍ بَعْدَ اِنْتِفَاضَةٍ شُعَبِيَّةٌ فِي 1985 فَهَلْ أَجَابَ النِّظَامُ عَلَى أَسْئِلَةِ الأَزْمَةِ أَمْ خَلْقَ أَزْمَةٍ جَدِيدَةٍ هُنَا يَكْمُنُ السُّؤَالُ؟. بِتَجَرُّدٍ حَادٍّ نَسْتَطِيعُ أَنْ نَقُولَ عَجَزَتْ الجَبْهَةُ الإِسْلَامِيَّةُ القَوْمِيَّةُ عَنْ إِدَارَةِ الدَّوْلَةِ بِأَزَمَاتِهَا القَدِيمَةِ المتمتثلة فِي الَّاتِي
- الحَرْبُ الأَهْلِيَّةُ. - التَّدَهْوُرُ الاِقْتِصَادِيُّ وَغَلَاءُ المَعِيشَةِ. - الدُّيُونُ المُتَرَاكِمَةُ عَلَى البِلَادِ. - إِدَارَةُ التَّنَوُّعِ وَالتَّعَدُّدِ الإِثْنِيِّ وَالثَّقَافِيِّ. - حِمَايَةُ الوَحْدَةِ الوَطَنِيَّةِ. فَمِنْ مُظَاهِرِ فَشَلِ اِنْقِلَابِ الجَبْهَةِ الإِسْلَامِيَّةِ أَنَّهَا عَالَجَتْ القَدِيمَةَ بِسُوءِ الإِدَارَةِ وَالفَسَادِ السِّيَاسِيِّ وَالمَالِيِّ فَخَلَقَتْ أَزَمَاتٍ جَدِيدَةً وَفُعْتُ البِلَادُ لِلهَاوِيَةِ وَالإِفْلَاسِ السِّيَاسِيِّ الاِقْتِصَادِيِّ. وَهُنَا نَخْتَزِلُ الأَزَمَاتِ الَّتِي أَضَافَهَا اِنْقِلَابُ الجَبْهَةِ فِيمَا يَلِي
دُخُولُ مَنَاطِقَ جَدِيدَةٌ فِي نِطَاقِ الحَرْبِ الأَهْلِيَّةِ كَدَارْفُور وَشَرَّقَ السُّودَانُ وَظَهْرُ الجَرَائِمِ ضِدَّ الإِنْسَانِيَّةِ وَالتَّجَاوُزَاتُ الصَّارِخَةُ لِلقَانُونِ الدُّوَلِيِّ الإِنْسَانِيِّ وَالقَانُونِ لِحُقُوقِ الإِنْسَانِ وَأَصْبَحَ الرَّئِيسُ مَطْلُوبًا مِنْ المَحْكَمَةِ الجِنَائِيَّةُ الدُّوَلِيَّةُ.. - أَهْدَرَتْ المَوَارِدُ وَخَصَّصَ القِطَاعَ العَامَّ لِصَالِحَ الطَّبَقةَ السِّيَاسِيَّةَ الحَاكِمَةَ وَسَارَّ الاِقْتِصَادَ نَحْوَ الاِنْهِيَارِ الكُلِّيُّ. - تَضَاعَفَتْ المَدْيُونِيَّةُ عَلَى البِلَادِ عَشَرَاتُ المُرَّاتِ. - اِنْقَسَمَ السُّودَانُ إِلَى دَوْلَتَيْنِ (شَمَالٌ وَجُنُوبٌ) عَلَى أُسُسٍ عِرْقِيَّةٌ وَدِينِيَّةٌ مِنْ خِلَالِ اِتِّفَاقِيَّةِ السَّلَامِ الشَّامِلَةِ 2005 الَّتِي أَسَّسَتْ لِاِنْتِخَابَاتِ 2010 الَّتِي شرعنت اِنْفِرَادُ الرَّئِيسِ بِالحُكْمِ وَاِسْتِقْلَالِ جَنُوب السُودَان فِي 2011 م
- أَبْعَدَتْ أَحْزَابُ الحَرَكَةِ السُّودَانِيَّةُ عَنْ العَمَلِيَّةِ السِّيَاسِيَّةَ وَاِنْحَصَرَتْ الدَّوْلَةُ فِي الرَّئِيسِ وَخَاصَّتُهِ مِنْ الأَقَارِبِ وَالمُوَالِينَ حَتَّى الحِزْبُ السِّيَاسِيُّ الَّذِي دَعَمَ وَخُطَطٌ وَنَفَذَ الاِنْقِلَابَ أَبْعَدَ قَائِدِهِ وَمُفَكِّرَةِ السِّيَاسِيِّ فِي العَامَ 2000 م وَأَوْدَعَ السُّجُونَ. فَسُوءُ إِدَارَةِ التَّنَوُّعِ السِّيَاسِيِّ وَالتَّعَدُّدِ السُّكَّانِيِّ الإِجْتِمَاعِيِّ قَادَ إِلَى دَوْلَةٍ دِكْتَاتُورِيَّةٌ بِقِيَادَةٍ (الرَّئِيسُ) الفَرْدَ المُطَلَّقُ وَاِنْتَهَى أَيُّ أَمَلٍ لِلوَحْدَةِ الوَطَنِيَّةِ إِلَى اِنْقِسَامَاتٍ سِيَاسِيَّةٌ وَحُرُوبٍ أَهْلِيَّةً وَاِحْتِكَارِ الثَّرْوَةِ وَالسُّلْطَةِ مِنْ طبيقة طُفَيْلِيَّةٌ تُؤْمِنُ بِالقُوَّةِ المُفْرِطَةُ لِاِسْتِدَامَةِ السُّلْطَةِ مَعَ حَكَمٍ فِدِرَالِيُّ كَاذِبٍ وَهْمِيٍّ.
الفَقْرُ المُدْقِعُ الَّذِي يَعِيشُهُ الشَّعْبَ السُّودَانِيَّ وَقَادَ لِلاِحْتِجَاجَاتِ الرَّاهِنَةِ الَّتِي اِنْطَلَقَتْ مِنْ مِنْ مَدِينَةِ عَطْبَرَة العُمَّالِيَّةُ وَعَمَّتْ كَافَّةَ المُدُنِ وَالأَرْيَافَ السُّودَانِيَّةَ بِمَا فِيهَا العَاصِمَةُ القَوْمِيَّةُ يُقَابِلُهُ الثَّرَاءُ الفَاحِشُ لِلطَّبَقَةِ السِّيَاسِيَّةِ الَّتِي أُنْشِئُهَا نِظَامُ الحُكْمِ الَّذِي صَنْعَتُهُ الجَبْهَةُ الإِسْلَامِيَّةُ خِلَالَ الثَّلَاثِينَ عَامٌ المَاضِيَةُ. فَالمُشْكِلَةُ الرَّاهِنَةُ مَهْمَا حَاوَلْنَا اِخْتِزَالَهَا فِي التَّدَهْوُرِ المَعِيشِيُّ لِلأَغْلَبِيَّةِ مِنْ الشَّعْبِ السُّودَانِيُّ نَجِدُهَا أَزْمَةً سِيَاسِيَّةً تَتَّصِلُ بِتَوَحُّشِ الطَّبَقَةِ المُسَيْطِرَةِ الَّتِي لَأَتَّضِعُ قَيِّمَةٌ لِلشَّعْبِ السُّودَانِيِّ وَتَعْمَلُ فِي إِطَارِ مَنْظُومَةٍ عَالَمِيَّةٍ تُفَكِّرُ فِي تَغَيُّرِ النِّظَامِ العَالَمِيُّ وَتَدْمِيرِ الوِلَايَاتِ المُتَّحِدَةِ وَإِفْقَارِ أَوْرُبَا. فَالنِّظَامُ السِّيَاسِيُّ الحَاكِمُ فِي السُّودَانِ يُوَظِّفُ السُّودَانَ وَإِمْكَانِيَّاتُهُ لِصَالِحَ الجَمَاعَاتُ الإِرْهَابِيَّةَ العَالَمِيَّةُ.

الحُكُومَةُ الَّتِي يَقُودُهَا المُشِيرُ عَمْر البَشِيرُ لَيْسَتْ حُرَّةٌ تَمَامًا كَيْ تَقُومُ بِالخُطُوَاتِ الضَّرُورِيَّةِ لِإِحْدَاثِ التَّوَازُنِ السِّيَاسِيِّ الاِقْتِصَادِيِّ الَّذِي يَرْتَجِيهُ الشَّعْبُ السُّودَانِيُّ فَالخُيُوطُ الظَّاهِرِيَّةَ وَالخَفِيَّةَ مَعَ المَنْظُومَةُ الإِسْلَامِيَّةُ العَالَمِيَّةُ هِيَ الَّتِي تَحْدُدْ خِيَاراتِ النِّظَامِ السِّيَاسِيَّةَ الاِقْتِصَادِيَّةَ لِهَذَا تُصْبِحُ تَعَهُّدَاتُ الرَّئِيسِ البَشِيرُ مُجَرَّدُ كَلَامٍ عَاطِفِيٍّ أَمْلَتْهُ عَلَيْهِ ظُرُوفُ الاِحْتِجَاجَاتِ ولاعلاقة لَهَا بِالقُدْرَاتِ الوَطَنِيَّةِ المُوَظَّفَةِ فِي حَرْبٍ عَالَمِيَّةٌ بَيْنَ الإِسْلَامُ وَالغَرْبُ عَلَاقَةٌ لِشَعْبِ السُّودَانِ بِهَا. لِهَذَا نَرَى أَنَّ مَوْكِبَ 25 / دِيسَمْبَرُ / 2018 المَدْخَلِ لِطَرِيقِ الخَلَاصِ مِنْ نِظَامِ بَالِغِ القَسْوَةِ أَصْبَحَ حُكْمَ فَرْدٍ مُطَلَّقٍ يُوَظِّفُ مَوَارِدَ إِمْكَانَاتِ دَوْلَةٍ كَامِلَةً لِصَالِحَ المَنْظُومَةُ العَالَمِيَّةُ فِي حَرْبِهَا الايدلوجية ضِدَّ الغَرْبِ. فَالعَالَمُ مُطَالِبَ اليَوْمَ قَبْلَ غَدًا لِمُسَانَدَةِ التَّحَوُّلِ الدِّيمُقْرَاطِيُّ فِي السُّودَانِ وَإِنْهَاءِ نِظَامٍ يَعْمَلُ بِكُلِّ طَاقَةٍ وَإِمْكَانَاتٍ وَمَوَارِدِ السُّودَانِ ضِدَّ الشَّرْعِيَّةِ الدُّوَلِيَّةَ وَالقَانُونُ الدُّوَلِيُّ.
رَغْمَ أَنْ حَكَمَ الفَرْدَ المُطَلَّقَ فِي الخَرْطُومِ يَتَهَاوَى أَلَا أَنَّ الجَمَاعَاتِ الإِسْلَامِيَّةَ المَحَلِّيَّةَ وَالإِقْلِيمِيَّةَ وَالدُّوَلِيَّةَ تَسْتَطِيعُ إِسْنَادَهُ وَدَعَمَهُ وَإِنْقَاذُهِ مِنْ غَضَبِ الشَّعْبِ الَّذِي يَتَّجِهُ إِلَى نُقْطَةٍ أَلَا عَوْدَةً بِإِرْسَالِ الصَّدَقَاتِ وَالهِبَاتِ وَالدَّعْمَ المَادِّيُّ المُؤَقَّتُ لِتَوْظِيفٍ مُوَقِّعٍ السُّودَانُ فِي الحَرْبِ العَالَمِيَّةُ بَيْنَ الشَّرْعِيَّةِ الدُّوَلِيَّةُ وَجَمَاعَاتٍ الإِسْلَامِيَّةَ المُنْتَشِرَةُ فِي مِصْرَ وَلِيبِيَا وَنِيجِيرِيَا وَمَالِيَّ وَالجَزَائِرُ وَتَتَوَثَّبُ لِاِخْتِطَافِ ارتريا وَإِثْيُوبِيًّا وَتَعْمَلُ لِاِسْتِدَامَةِ العُنْفِ وَالفَوْضَى فِي الصُّومَالِ لِتَهْدِيدِ أَمْنِ البَحْرِ الأَحْمَرِ.
سُقُوطُ نِظَامِ الدِّكْتَاتُورِ المَعْزُولِ فِي الخَرْطُومِ يَعْتَبِرُ لَيْسَ مَصْلَحَةٌ وَطَنِيَّةٌ تُهِمُّ الشَّعْبَ السُّودَانِيَّ بَلْ مَصْلَحَةُ اقليمة وَدُوَلِيَّةٌ فَعَلَى العَالِمِ لَا يَفُوتُ فُرْصَةَ اِسْتِعْدَادِ الشَّعْبِ السُّودَانُ لِنَقْلِ نِظَامِ العُنْفِ وَالإِرْهَابِ لِمَوْقِعِهِ الطَّبِيعِيِّ فِي مِكَبَّاتِ زُبَالَةِ التَّارِيخِ. لِهَذَا نَدْعُو كُلُّ القِوَى المُحِبَّةِ لِلسَّلَامِ وَحَقِّ الإِنْسَانِ وَالدِّيمُقْرَاطِيَّةِ لِدَعْمِ الشَّعْبِ السُّودَانِيِّ فِي مَعْرَكَتِهِ ضِدَّ الحَكَمِ القَائِمِ فِي الخَرْطُومِ. فَهَذَا النِّظَامُ يُمَثِّلُ مُهَدِّدَ جِدِّي لِلأَمْنِ وَالسِّلْمَ الدُّوَلِيَّيْنِ.
