استراليا تعترف بالقدس الغربية عاصمة لإسرائيل
أعلن رئيس الوزراء الاسترالي سكوت موريسون امس اعتراف بلاده رسميا بالقدس الغربية عاصمة لإسرائيل.
وقال موريسون في خطاب ألقاه أمام معهد (سيدني) للدراسات ان أستراليا لن تنقل رغم ذلك سفارتها من تل أبيب الى القدس الغربية حتى يتم التوصل إلى تسوية سلمية بين الإسرائيليين والفلسطينيين.
وتعهد في الوقت نفسه بأن تعترف حكومته أيضا بدولة فلسطين المستقبلية بعاصمتها القدس الشرقية في حال التوصل إلى تسوية في شأن حل الدولتين بين الإسرائيليين والفلسطينيين، مضيفا انه «يجب علينا دفع الوضع إلى الأمام ولابد من كسر حالة الجمود.
وذكر ان الإسرائيليين والفلسطينيين لا ينظرون إلى بعضهم على أنهم شركاء حقيقيون للسلام، مجددا دعوة بلاده إلى حل الدولتين بوصفه السبيل الوحيد لحل الصراع الإسرائيلي - الفلسطيني على أن تكون القدس الشرقية عاصمة لفلسطين والقدس الغربية عاصمة لإسرائيل. 
أعلن رئيس الوزراء الأسترالي سكوت موريسون، السبت أعلن اعتراف بلاده بالقدس عاصمة لإسرائيل.
وقال موريسون: "تعترف أستراليا الآن بالقدس عاصمة لإسرائيل، لكونها تضم مقر الكنيست والعديد من المؤسسات الحكومية (الإسرائيلية)"، موضحاً أن العمل لتحديد موقع جديد للسفارة جارٍ.
وأردف أن حكومته ستقوم بإنشاء مكتب دفاعي وتجاري في القدس حالياً. وقال إن قراره "يأتي احتراما للإلتزام بحل الدولتين ولقرارات مجلس الأمن الدولي ذات الصلة بهذه القضية".
 أنه "منفتح" على فكرة نقل سفارة بلاده إلى القدس.
كما حذر رئيس الوزراء الأسترالي السابق مالكولم تيرنبول، من أن الاعتراف بالقدس عاصمة لإسرائيل سيهدد علاقة بلاده مع جارتها إندونيسيا.
تجدر الإشارة إلى أن إعلان رئيس الوزراء الحالي الاعتراف بالقدس الغربية عاصمة لإسرائيل، جاء قبل الانتخابات التكميلية على مقعد تيرنبول السابق في مدينة وينتوورث. ويرى معارضون أستراليون أن خطوة موريسون هي مناورة سياسية لكسب دعم اليهود في تلك المدينة حيث يشكلون نسبة 12 في المائة من إجمالي الناخبين فيها.
وقالت المسؤولة في حزب "العمال" المعارض بيني وونغ في بيان، إن "الاعتراف بالقدس الغربية عاصمة لاسرائيل بينما ما زالت سفارة استراليا في تل أبيب، ليس سوى خطوة لإنقاذ ماء الوجه". وأضافت "إنه قرار ينطوي على مجازفة كبيرة ولا يفيد في شيء".
من جهته، حذر رئيس البعثة الديبلوماسية العامة لفلسطين في أستراليا عزت عبدالهادي، في حديث لوكالة "فرانس برس"، من أن الحكومة الفلسطينية ستدعو الدول العربية والإسلامية إلى "سحب سفرائها" من أستراليا و"اتخاذ إجراءات مقاطعة اقتصادية".
ويسعى رئيس الوزراء الأسترالي إلى اجتذاب الناخبين اليهود والمسيحيين المحافظين ويستميل واشنطن في وقت يخشى فيه من هزيمة انتخابية في 2019.
ودان حزب العمال المعارض الأسترالي السبت هذا الإجراء معتبرا أن الحكومة وضعت "المصلحة الشخصية قبل المصلحة الوطنية".
وقالت المسؤولة في حزب العمال بيني وونغ في بيان، "إن الاعتراف بالقدس الغربية عاصمة لإسرائيل بينما  سفارة أستراليا ما زالت في تل أبيب، ليس سوى خطوة لإنقاذ ماء الوجه".
وأضافت "إنه قرار ينطوي على مجازفة كبيرة ولا يفيد في شيء ويضع أستراليا في مواجهة مع المجتمع الدولي".

وردت الممثلية العامة لفلسطين في أستراليا ونيوزيلندا الأمر لاعتبارات تتعلق بالسياسة الداخلية.
وقالت في بيان "تم حتى اليوم تقديم الكثير من التبريرات منذ أن أطلق رئيس الوزراء سكوت موريسون الفكرة أثناء الانتخابات الجزئية في وينتوورث وأظهرت التبريرات التصور الخاطئ والذرائع غير المقنعة لدى أنصاره".
وردا على سؤال لوكالة فرانس برس، حذر رئيس البعثة الدبلوماسية العامة لفلسطين في أستراليا عزت عبد الهادي، من أن حكومته ستدعو الدول العربية والإسلامية إلى "سحب سفرائها" من أستراليا و"اتخاذ إجراءات مقاطعة اقتصادية".
أما المنظمة الأسترالية غير الحكومية "شبكة أستراليا للدفاع عن فلسطين" فقد أكدت أن قرار موريسون لا يخدم مصالح الأستراليين.
وصرح رئيس المنظمة الأسقف جورج براونينغ بأن هذا الإجراء "يقوض كل إمكانية حقيقية للتوصل إلى اتفاق مقبل، ويشجع إسرائيل على مواصلة انتهاكاتها اليومية لحقوق الفلسطينيين".
عتبر وزير الخارجية الفلسطيني، رياض المالكي، أن انتماء رئيس وزراء أستراليا، سكوت موريسون، لللكنيسة الإنجيلية كان عاملا مؤثرا في قرار حكومته الاعتراف بالقدس الغربية عاصمة لإسرائيل.
وفي بيان أصدره اليوم السبت، أشار المالكي إلى أن أستراليا "ومنذ تسلم الحزب الحاكم فيها للسلطة يقف منحازا بالكامل لموقف الاحتلال الإسرائيلي".
وبحسب الوزير فإن رئيس الوزراء الأسترالي، سكوت موريسون "أراد أن يجاري الولايات المتحدة ويرضي اللوبي الصهيوني في أستراليا"، إضافة إلى انتمائه "للكنيسة الإنجيلية المتصهينة، تماما كما هو نائب الرئيس الأمريكي الذي ضغط لصالح الاعتراف ونقل السفارة (من تل أبيب إلى القدس)، وتماما كما هو رئيس غواتيمالا، والحال كذلك مع الرئيس البرازيلي المنتخب".
وفي وقت سابق من اليوم السبت، أعلن رئيس الوزراء الأسترالي، سكوت موريسون، اعتراف بلاده رسميا بالقدس الغربية عاصمة لإسرائيل، لكنه أشار إلى أن نقل السفارة الأسترالية إلى هناك لن يتم على الفور.
