Sudan's Attorney-General in charge, Alwaleed Sayed Ahmed, on Saturday issued a package of decisions canceling the order to establish the controversial State Security Prosecution.
The Sudanese Attorney General, lifted the immunity of a number of security personnel suspected of the killing of school teacher Ahmed al-Khair, who was killed under torture at his arrest in one of the demonstrations that took place in the area of ​​Khashm al-Qarabah in eastern Sudan.
The decisions of the Attorney General, according to the Sudanese News Agency (SUNA), directed the establishment of the anti-corruption prosecutor and the referral of all criminal cases that were initiated by the State Security Prosecution to the corruption prosecution.
He also called on the Attorney-General of Sudan to expedite the completion of procedures to investigate criminal cases that took place in the protests and recent demonstrations.

أصدر النائب العام السوداني المكلف الوليد سيد أحمد، اليوم السبت،  حزمة من القرارات ألغى بموجبها أمر تأسيس نيابة أمن الدولة المثيرة للجدل.
ووجه النائب العام السوداني ، برفع الحصانة عن عدد من منسوبي الأمن المشتبه بهم في مقتل الأستاذ المدرسي أحمد الخير، الذي قتل تحت التعذيب لدى اعتقاله في واحدة من التظاهرات التي خرجت بمنطقة خشم القربه في شرق السودان.
وحملت قرارات النائب العام وفق لوكالة السودان للأنباء (سونا) توجيهات بإنشاء نيابة مكافحة الفساد وإحالة كافة الدعاوى الجنائية التي كانت تباشرها نيابة أمن الدولة لنيابة الفساد.
كما طالب النائب العام السوداني بتسريع استكمال إجراءات التحري في الدعاوى الجنائية التي وقعت في الاحتجاجات والتظاهرات الأخيرة.
