In Nairobi, political figures, technocrats and some of them have no political or parliamentary status. The common denominator is the government's first and foremost rejection.
They met to bring down the government of President Framajo.
These do not represent political parties. In Somalia there is no partisan political life, because of the lack of validity of partisan practice in the current constitution.
Their view confirms that they are opponents of the government and President Framago rather than political opponents, and evidence that they do not offer programs that can be adopted by the official authorities, especially the government.
The irony is the symbolism of their gathering in Kenya, which is locked in a major political conflict over its conflict with Somalia on its maritime border.
Is it possible to credit them to the present and future of the country, and they assert that they are devoid of creation, and do not know how to choose the right place to meet some of them.
Many of them had held official positions and failed their governments in the performance of their duties in a decade, has failed to everyone in the face of the youth movement security, so what condemn them ?!
More surprisingly, technocrats are merely objecting to the government, rather than imposing on them moral programs that are concrete and capable of addressing the country's crises.
Although the problem of dealing with Somalia's problems is the key to how MPs deal with the needs of their responsibilities, they are preoccupied with how to overthrow the government, in return for not fulfilling their parliamentary role.
Where there are files worked on the Parliament carried out at all levels and has not been replaced, and many of them relevant in how the government and its organs.
The government's opponents of the deputies, in particular, are unable to put pressure on the government to implement its programs and improve its performance, and their outcome is merely a desire to bring them down. They know that a change will not take its place.
One of the problems that brings together the government and its adversaries is their association with the outside world in an employment agency. The scene of the contestants ends in the pursuit of each of them to devote the role of the external forces in Somalia instead of taking care of the Somali role and sovereignty. In conclusion, both parties are unable to meet the needs of the country. But he is keen to lead the political scene in the country.

# صوماليين لإسقاط الحكومة بالتعاون مع كينيا!

تجمع في العاصمة الكينية نيروبي شخصيات سياسية،تكنوقراط وبعضهم ليست لهم أي صفة سياسية أو نيابية،القاسم المشترك هو رفض الحكومة أولا وأخيرا.
لقد التقوا لأجل إسقاط حكومة الرئيس فرماجو.
هؤلاء لا يمثلون أحزاب سياسية،ففي الصومال ليست هناك حياة سياسية حزبية،بحكم عدم صلاحية الممارسة الحزبية في الدستور الراهن.
مشهدهم يؤكد أنهم خصوم للحكومة والرئيس فرماجو أكثر من أن يكونوا معارضين سياسيين،ودلائل ذلك أنهم لا يقدمون برامج يمكن تبنيها من الجهات الرسمية ولاسيما الحكومة.
المفارقة في رمزية تجمعهم في كينيا والتي تخوض صراع سياسي كبير على خلفية نزاعها مع الصومال على حدوده البحرية.
هل يمكن ائتمان هؤلاء على حاضر ومستقبل البلد،وهم يؤكدون بذلك أنهم فاقدي الخلق،ولا يجيدون إختيار المكان المناسب للقاء بعضهم.
العديد منهم كانوا قد تقلدوا مناصب رسمية واخفقت حكوماتهم في أداء واجباتها خلال عقد،لقد فشل الجميع في مواجهة حركة الشباب أمنيا،فعلى ماذا يدينون بعضهم؟!
وأكثر ما يثير الدهشة أن تكنوقراط منهم يمارسون مجرد الإعتراض على الحكومة،بدلا من أن يفرضوا عليها أدبيا برامج ملموسة وقادرة على معالجة أزمات البلد.
ورغم أن اشكالية التعاطي مع مشاكل الصومال مفتاحها غي كيفية معالجة النواب لحاجات المسؤوليات الواقعة على عاتقهم،إلا أنهم منشغلين في كيفية إسقاط الحكومة،مقابل عدم أداء دورهم النيابي.
حيث هناك ملفات عمل على البرلمان القيام بها على كل الأصعدة ولا زالت لم تبارح محلها،والعديد منها ذو صلة في كيفية عمل الحكومة وأجهزتها.
خصوم الحكومة من النواب تحديدا غير قادرين للضغط المشروع على الحكومة لكي تقوم بتنفيذ برامجها وتحسين أدائها،وحصيلتهم مجرد رغبة لإسقاطها،وهم يعلمون أن تغييرا لن يأخذ محله.
ومن الإشكاليات التي تجمع كل من الحكومة وخصومها ارتباطهم مع الخارج بهيئة عمالة،ينتهي إليها مشهد المتصارعين فيها إلى سعي كل طرف منهم نحو تكريس دور القوى الخارجية في الصومال،بدلا من الحرص على الدور والسيادة الصومالية،وبالمحصلة فإن كلا الطرفين غير قادر على القيام بحاجات البلد إلا أنه حريص على تصدر المشهد السياسي في البلد.
