ويذكر أن عدة مجموعات يهودية أمريكية، بمن فيها "الحركة الإصلاحية" و"الحركة المحافظة"، الرئيس ترامب الى ضبط نتنياهو. وقالت في بيان أصدرته الجمعة، إن خطة السيادة سوف "تؤدي إلى تعميق النزاع بين الإسرائيليين والفلسطينيين، وسوف تقوض بشكل حاد، أو حتى تلغي تماما، التنسيق الأمني الناجح بين دولة إسرائيل والسلطة الفلسطينية، وسوف تعزز مبادرات مثل حركة المقاطعة وسحب الاستثمارات وفرض العقوبات التي تهدف الى عزل ونزع شرعية إسرائيل، المعروفة باسم "BDS".
هل يضم نتنياهو الضفة الغربية بعد فوزه في الانتخابات؟
قال يسرائيل كاتس من حزب "الليكود" إن الحكومة القادمة ستفرض السيادة الإسرائيلية على الضفة الغربية وخصوصا المستوطنات، وذلك بالتنسيق مع واشنطن، في الوقت الذي قال بنيامين نتنياهو إنه يدرس إمكانية ضم مناطق فقط منها.
المشروع الإسرائيلي
قال أستاذ العلوم السياسية في جامعة القدس الدكتور أحمد رفيق عوض في اتصال مع "سبوتنيك": برأيي ليست لها علاقة بالحملة الانتخابية، على الرغم من أنه استفاد بالتأكيد من ذلك بشكل أو بآخر، وهو بذلك يرضي المستوطنين والمتدينين اليهود والأحزاب اليمينية المتطرفة، لكن الأمر بذاته يقع في صلب المشروع الصهيوني والرؤية الاستراتيجية لإسرائيل، وفي شكل الحل للصراع العربي الإسرائيلي، بمعنى أن إسرائيل لا ترغب ولا تعمل على تسهيل إقامة الدولة الفلسطينية على الإطلاق، بل هي تريد أن تحبط هذا الأمر، وهي بذلك تقوم بتكريس احتلالها وشرعنته، وأن تجعل الفلسطنيين والعرب يقبلوه.
وبإعلانها عن ضم الضفة فهي بذلك تقوم بالخروج من اتفاق أوسلو، و تطبق صفقة القرن، فأوسلو كان كان فيها انسحابات وكلام عن دولة فلسطينية، اما في صفقة القرن فلا وجود لذلك.
ويضيف الدكتور عوض: هذه الرؤية معروفة وقديمة في الفكر الاستعماري الإسرائيلي، وإن كان لها بعد انتخابي، لكنها تمثل بكل تأكيد الرؤية والفكر الاستراتيجي الإسرائيلي لاستعمارها للضفة الغربية.
وبدوره يعتبر المدير التنفيذي للمجلس الأمريكي لحقوق الإنسان عماد حمد، أن ضم إسرائيل للضفة الغربية بات قريبا، ويوضح: كمتابع لمسار الأحداث أعتقد أن هذه الخطوة جدية وقادمة، وأظن أن نتنياهو أعطي جرعات سياسية قوية لإعادة انتخابه، واستكمال واعتماد صفقة القرن، وحاولة فرض أمر واقع جديد وخارطة سياسية جديدة، وبالطبع إعادة انتخاب نتنياهو هو إعادة تجديد لهذا الوعد الذي بدأ بنقل السفارة الأمريكية إلى القدس.
ويتابع حمد: موضوع إعلان ضم الضفة رسيما أو جزء منها- لأن هناك عراقيل قد تعيق ضم كامل الضفة- هو ضمن سياسة القضم التدريجي لشيء اسمه القضية الفلسطينية وحقوق الشعب الفلسطيني، وهذا ضمن مخطط ما يعرف بصفقة القرن، وصفقة القرن أساسها ومحورها ومهندسها هو أمريكي، فترامب ونتنياهو وجهان لعملة واحدة فيما يتعلق بصفقة القرن.
الرد الفلسطيني
يرى أستاذ العلوم السياسية أن الرد الفلسطيني يجب أن يكون متعدد المستويات، من دبلوماسي وميداني وسياسي، ويتابع: لا بد من اعتراض هذه الخطة، وعلى السلطة الفلسطينية ومنظمة التحرير الفلسطيني أن تعيد النظر في العلاقة مع إسرائيل، فلو ضمت إسرائيل المستوطنات أو مناطق من الضفة، لن يبقى أي شيء اسمه تسوية فلسطينية إسرائيلية.
ويكمل: عمليا تم تجاوز أوسلو، لذلك يجب إعادة الاعتراف بإسرائيل، وتغيير شكل ودور السلطة الوطنية الفلسطينية، وتغيير العلاقة الميدانية اليومية مع المحتل الإسرائيلي، والخروج من الاتفاقيات السابقة، لأن إسرائيل تخرج من كل شيء، والسلطة لا يمكنها التشبث باتفاق ترفضه إسرائيل، وأعتقد أننا في مرحلة جديدة كليا، حيث تنتهي المرحلة السابقة التي كانت قد بدأت عام 1994.
ويرى الحقوقي عماد حمد أن الشعب الفلسطيني يتعرض لضغوطات هائلة وحصار وتجويع، إلا أنه لا يملك إلا خيار المقاومة، ويؤكد: لا حل إلا المقاومة، بغض النظر عن طبيعة أشكال المقاومة، وبغض النظر عت الجدل حول أسلوب المقاومة أو المواجهة.
ويتابع: المنطقة على شفير هاوية، وحملة نتنياهو الانتخابية لم تكن مقتصرة على اتخاذ قرارات جريئة باتجاه ضم الضفة فقط، بل أيضا هناك احتمالات لفتح جبهة حرب لتحريك الأمور في المنطقة وخلط الأوراق، وأيضا للتغطية على محاولة التحقيق معه في قضايا فساد، فهو يريد أن يحرف الأنظار بكل الأشكال الممكنة، وأعتقد أن إثارة حالات الجدل السياسي الساخن وقرارات من هذا النوع تثير الغضب، وتثير مفاعيل إمكانية المواجهة والحرب، وهي مسألة تكتيكية لصالح نتنياهو، بمباركة وضوء أخضر من الإدارة الأمريكية بكل تأكيد.
