من سقوط النظام الي سقوط الدولة(٢-٧)
بعد استلام القوات المسلحة للسلطة دار الجدل حول قضيتين الاولي شخص وزير الدفاع حيث كان الاحتجاج عليه من قبل تجمع المهنيين وهنا يريد التجمع فرض واقع مفهوم وشخصية يجري التسويق لها سوف نعرض لها لاحقا. لكنه يريد ان يستفيد من عدم الوعي بطبيعة ماجري وبتراتبية القوات المسلحة فالجيش يدخل الي السلطة باحوال ثلاث :
الاولي
ان تكون للجيش راي في الواقع العام او اطماع ذاتية وفي هذا يدخل عبر القيادة العامة يعني اعلي رتبة في الجيش حيث لايمكن تجاوزها٠
والثانية
ان يتم اختطاف الجيش عبر انقلاب من الخارج او من الداخل عن طريق حزب من الاحزاب وفي هذا الانقلاب يكون باي رتبة في الجيش سوا كانت في الخدمة او المعاش.
والثالثة
هي ان يطلب الشعب علي طريق الثورة من الجيش ان ينفذ ارادته ويستلم السلطة وفي هذه الحالة يستلم الجيش عبر القيادة العامة وعبر اعلي رتبة فيه وليس هنالك طريق غير ان ينقل وزير الدفاع صلاحياتة عبر التعين لمن يلي الامر من بعده. وهذا ما حدث فالفعل.
