The speech of Ibn Auf is not to be held responsible for what he and his regime have been doing of failure, mismanagement and violations. This is the end of dishonesty and manipulation of minds.
Abolishing the 2005 Constitution means disabling the Bill of Rights and the rest of the Constitution's gains. This is in contradiction with the text of the International Covenants contained in the statement. And a repeat of the budget.
The restriction of freedoms through blatant infringement of freedom of movement and the prohibition of roaming reflects a clear violation of rights and freedoms and thus imposes the face of truth.
- The language of the body of the son of Auf and Tlmth especially in relation to Bashir and his dismissal confirms the enjoyment of Bashir authority over him. And thus confirms our doubts that this is just changing the skin of the living!
The delay in the participation of the parties in the statement means delaying the participation of the forces of change and means direct exclusion of the political forces and misuse of the authority of the army and its identification of the path of state administration. This means failure to achieve the demands of the revolution.
- There is no indication of any transitional justice or trial of the perpetrators or addressing the masses in line with their rejection of the regime.
_ The statement is a direct threat to the masses and ignored the active forces and reduction of the revolution and this confirms that the starting point of the government is not consistent with the aspirations of the masses!

_عدم تحمل خطاب إبن عوف للمسئولية تجاه ما ظل يمارسه هو و نظامه من فشل و سوء إدارة و إنتهاكات.و هذا منتهي عدم الأمانة .و التلاعب بالعقول.
_الغاء دستور 2005 يعني تعطيل وثيقة الحقوق و بقية مكتسبات الدستور و هذا يتناقض إجرائيا مع النص الخاص بالإلتزام بالمواثيق الدولية الوارد في البيان . و تكرار للامهنية الكيزانية.
_تقييد الحريات من خلال التعدي السافر علي حرية التنقل و حظر التجوال يعكس خرق واضح للحقوق و الحريات و يعري بالتالي وجه الحقيقة.
-لغة جسد إبن عوف و تلعثمه خصوصا فيما يتصل بالبشير و إقالته يؤكد علي تمتع البشير بسلطة عليه. و بالتالي يؤكد شكوكنا بأن هذا مجرد تغيير جلد الحية!
-تأخير مشاركة الأحزاب الواردة في البيان.يعني تأخير مشاركة قوي التغيير و يعني إقصاء مباشر للقوي السياسية و إساءة استخدام لسلطة الجيش وتحديده لمسار ادارة الدولة.و هذا يعني فشل تحقيق مطالب الثورة. 
-لا يوجد مؤشر لأية عدالة إنتقالية أو محاكمة للجناة أو مخاطبة للجماهير بما يتلائم مع موقفهم الرافض للنظام.
_ البيان به تهديد مباشر و مضمر للجماهير و تجاهل لقواها الفاعلة و إختزال للثورة و هذا يؤكد أن منطلقات الحكومة لا تتسق مع طموحات الجماهير!
يعني ..
فالنقم لثورتنا يرحمنا الله!
