هذه النماذج السيئة حدثت باشكال عديدة كان السبب الاساسي فيها هو عدم ايمان الثوار بأن الوطن يسعهم جميعا وأن صندوق الانتخابات يحميك قبل أن يحمي عدوك وان افضل طريقة للعيش مع من تكره هو أن تتقبل وجوده في نفس الرقعة فكما قال أحدهم ( الديمقراطية لم تخلق لكي نعيش مع من نحب بل لكي نتعايش مع من نكره) 
في رواية مزرعة الحيوان تقوم الحيوانات بالثورة على صاحب المزرعة وتطرده ثم يستبد أحدها بالحكم لتجد الحيوانات نفسها بعد فترة قد استعادت حكم صاحب المزرعة مرة أخرى . ربما هذا ما يحدث دوما في كل الثورات مع قليل من الاستثناء فأما أن تنجح الدولة العميقة في العودة بشكلها القديم أو أن ينفرط حبل البلاد أو أن يسود فريق دون الآخرين ويتخيل أنه بتنقية من يراهم ينقصون على عالمه النقي الطاهر الذي لا وجود فيه لأعداء الثورة أو الدين أو الديمقراطية سيصبح العالم افضل ، قالها ستالين أو عبد الناصر ( لا حرية لأعداء الحرية) فانقلبت مصر لسجن كبير وتحولت روسيا لدكتاتورية الغولاغ الشهيرة ، فالطريق الوحيد للهروب من هذه المصائر أن نتقبل بالحد الأدنى من الاتفاق ونسمح للجميع بأن يكونوا موجودين وننسى الاحلام الطوباوية في بلد نقية فهتلر قد مات ولا سبيل لاقامته للاسف وصدق سيدي الطيب صالح عندما قال ( الدومة تتسع لنا جميعا)
