Our warm greetings to our martyrs, wounded and their families, and to the victims of the wars, the displaced and the downtrodden and the repressed throughout our beloved homeland. Our greetings to the revolutionaries and the righteous revolutionaries and all the masses of our noble people.
Efforts to nominate candidates for CTA have reached advanced stages and their membership will be announced within the next few days. We have worked with every effort to reach a more advanced stage today, but we apologize to you for an honest and unambiguous apology that the concern for the perfection of representation has delayed our date with you.
The efforts of the civil authorities are based on the vision of the forces of the Declaration of Freedom and Change, which have been agreed upon by the declaration of the masses of our great people, which has announced three levels of the Transitional Civil Authority, which operates according to the transitional constitutional document drafted by the forces of the Declaration of Freedom and Change.
First: a civilian presidential council that carries out the sovereign functions of the state.
Second: A transitional civil legislative council that carries out the transitional legislative tasks, representing the demanding forces and the right holders. It includes all the revolutionary forces of youth and women and takes into account the Sudanese ethnic, religious and cultural diversity.
Third: A small civil council of ministers of national competencies with professional experience, integrity and integrity, performs the executive functions and implementation of the emergency program for the transitional period.
These institutions and all structures carry out the implementation of what the masses of our people have declared in the Declaration of Freedom and Change. Its membership will be a fitting representation of all sectors of the glorious Sudanese revolution of young women, young people and all the revolutionary sectors of this great people, and will express our geographical, ethnic, cultural and ideological diversity.
In conclusion, we affirm the continuation of mass rallies in the national capital before the General Command of the armed forces of our people, and away from the headquarters of their protections and units and other scouts of the sit-in in the cities of different regions, while continuing all the tools of peaceful struggle in succession until the achievement of the goals of the Declaration of Freedom and Change.
We affirm that the people are the source of all the authorities and that we, as representatives of the masses who are behind the Declaration of Freedom and Change, will not budge from our position that these civil authorities are the only authorities representing the masses of our proud people.
We affirm that we have not and will not accept any other representation that has been declared as extension of military rule to another military rule, and that we will not accept any continuation of the old totalitarian guard. And does not negotiate with a coup authority representing the new old order.
This is how we announce Tuesday a parade of professionals heading for leadership, as we announce the mobilization of two million next Thursday to announce names in all structures.

قوى إعلان الحرية والتغيير

تحياتنا الطيبات لشهدائنا وجرحانا وأسرهم، ولضحايا الحروب، النازحين واللاجيئن والمقموعين في أرجاء وطننا الحبيب. تحياتنا إلى الثائرات والثوار الأبرار ولكل جماهير شعبنا الأبي.
وصلت الجهود بشأن تسمية المرشحين للسلطة المدنية الانتقالية إلى مراحل متقدمة وسيتم إعلان عضويتها خلال الأيام القليلة القادمة. لقد عملنا بكل جهد كي نصل مرحلة أكثر تقدماً اليوم، ولكننا نعتذر لكم اعتذاراً صادقا لا مواربة فيه بأن الحرص على كمال التمثيل قد أخرنا عن موعدنا معكم.
جهود السلطات المدنية تتم بناءً على رؤية قوى إعلان الحرية والتغيير، التي قد تواثقت حول إعلانها جموع شعبنا العظيم هذا، والتي قد أعلنت عن ثلاثة مستويات للسلطة المدنية الانتقالية، تعمل وفق الوثيقة الدستورية الانتقالية التي تمت صياغتها من قبل قوى إعلان الحرية والتغيير.
أولاً: مجلس رئاسي مدني يضطلع بالمهام السيادية في الدولة.
ثانياً: مجلس تشريعي مدني انتقالي يقوم بالمهام التشريعية الانتقالية، تُمثل فيه القوى المطلبية وأصحاب الحق، ويضم في تكوينه كل قوى الثورة من الشباب والنساء ويراعى فيه التعدد الإثني والديني والثقافي السوداني.
ثالثاً: مجلس وزراء مدني صغير من الكفاءات الوطنية المشهود لها بالخبرة المهنية والنزاهة والاستقامة، يقوم بالمهام التنفيذية وتنفيذ البرنامج الإسعافي للفترة الانتقالية.
تضطلع هذه المؤسسات وكافة الهياكل بتنفيذ ما تواثقت عليه جماهير شعبنا في إعلان الحرية والتغيير. وستضم عضويتها تمثيلاً لائقاً لكل قطاعات الثورة السودانية المجيدة من الشابات والشباب وكافة القطاعات الثورية لهذا الشعب العظيم، وستعبِّر عن تنوعنا الجغرافي والإثني والعقدي والثقافي.
ختاماً، نؤكد على استمرار الاعتصامات الجماهيرية الباسلة في العاصمة القومية أمام القيادة العامة لقوات شعبنا المسلحة، وقبالة مقار حامياتها ووحداتها وغيرها من سوح الاعتصام في مدن الأقاليم المختلفة، مع تواصل كل أدوات النضال السلمي تباعاً لحين تحقيق أهداف إعلان الحرية والتغيير.
ونؤكد على أن الشعب هو مصدر كل السلطات وأننا بكم كممثلين للجماهير المعتصمة خلف ما تضمنه إعلان الحرية والتغيير، ولن نتزحزح عن موقفنا القاضي بأن هذه السلطات المدنية هي السلطات الوحيدة التي تمثل جماهير شعبنا الأبي.
ونؤكد أننا لم ولن نقبل أي تمثيل آخر أُعلن كامتداد حكم عسكري لحكم عسكري آخر، وأننا لن نقبل بأي تواصل للحرس الشمولي القديم. ولا تفاوض مع سلطة انقلابية تمثل النظام القديم الجديد.
بهذا نعلن الثلاثاء موكباً للمهنيين يتجه نحو القيادة، كما نعلن عن حشدٍ مليوني يوم الخميس القادم لإعلان الأسماء بكل الهياكل.
