The dispute between Somalia and the United Arab Emirates has escalated into a stage in which the Somali government has exempted the UAE from its support of Somali military units that have continued to play the role of an armed tool for the influence of the Emirati politician in Somalia.
On the basis that these units, which have contributed in the past to destabilize the security and stability of Somalia due to the rebellion of its leadership and not to obey the orders of the leadership of the Somali army, let alone armed involvement in armed attacks on other units of the Somali army, or by targeting official figures.
Similar political activity extends to the Lower Juba governorates, the separatist canton of central and north-eastern Somalia, and Ishaqi.
The UAE controls similar military units in these areas through the military and financial support provided to these units, which became Emirati guns!
The political influence of the United Arab Emirates in Somalia also includes the House of Representatives, which has suffered in the past from the political conflicts in which the UAE was a dominant presence.
These and other practices have resulted in the relations between Mogadishu and Abu Dhabi reaching a political escalation characterized by the Somali side by diplomatic channels through official channels.
While the scene from the side of the UAE is very flop began to attack the media to the Somali government and the mobilization of flies to attack the Somali and pressured politically, and the escalation of the UAE Foreign Minister Karkosh and his aggressive statement towards Somalia.
The essence of the dispute between the two countries comes in the context of the achievement of the UAE from the sovereignty of Somalia and interference in its internal affairs and undermine the national unity and stability of the country in exchange for political, military and economic ambitions towards Somalia.

وزير خارجية البحرين يتحدث بإسم الحكومة الاماراتية, أنه فعل لا يتماشى مع العرف الدبلوماسي, خالد بن أحمد وزير خارجية للبحرين وليس الامارات!
البحرين تصعد سياسيا ضد الصومال والرسالة هي كلنا الامارات, حادث القبض على مبلغ يقارب 10 مليون دولار يخص الصومال والامارات ولا يعني البحرين.
ويمكن لمقديشو وابوظبي القيام بحل هذه الأزمة دون التدخل السلبي للبحرين.
على المستوى الصومالي هناك صوماليين مرتبطين مع الامارات عمالتا, في الحقيقة على الصوماليين أن يتخدوا مواقفهم منهم في المقام الأول لكونهم يمثلون طابور خامس.
ففي حين يتم تحجيم ومواجهة المرتزقة فإن المؤامرات الامارتية على الصومال ستجهض مباشرتا.
المواجهة يجب أن تكون مع مرتزقة الامارات وهم:
_ الانفصاليين في هرجيسا.
- الانفصاليين في جاروي.
- الرئيس السابق شريف شيخ أحمد.
- الرئيس السابق حسن شيخ محمود.
- رئيس الوزراء السابق عمر عبدالرشيد.
- وزير سابق عبدالرحمن عبدالشكور.
- وزير سابق شريف حسن.
وغيرهم من سياسيين.
لكون الامارات لها ارتباط سياسي مع المشار لهم ومن خلالهم ترغب في تكريس أجندتها السياسية القاضية بالسيطرة على الصومال, وجعله منطلق جيبولتيك تشن من خلاله هجماتها السياسية والعسكرية في إطار بحر العرب وخليج عدن والتطلع لسيطرة على منطقة القرن الإفريقي.
وهذا البرنامج الكبير لدولة الامارات أسفر عن حشد تلك القوى السياسية الصومالية وغيرها المتناثرة ما بين اليمن,اثيوبيا واريتيريا.
وفي حين كانت بدايات التدخل الاماراتي المعلن بفعل سعي الأخيرة لسيطرة على مرفئ بريرة الصومالي من خلال واجهة المشروع الاسحاقي الانفصالي وبالتنسيق مع إثيوبيا.
وهو ما دفع الصومال لرفض الاتفاق الثلاثي المبرم ما بين مجموعة موانئ دبي العالمية,الحكومة الإثيوبية والكانتون الاسحاقي.
وبشان ذلك قامت الصومال بطلب إدراج هذا الملف في مارس 2018 في اجتماع وزراء الخارجية العرب ودعوة الأمم المتحدة لتدخل بهذا الشأن.
وبفعل جملة القضايا المشار لها وغيرها وحدوث تدخل البحرين على خط الأزمة السياسية تصاعد الخلاف بين الصومال والامارات, إلى مرحلة شملت أن أعفت فيها الحكومة الصومالية دولة الامارات من دعمها وحدات عسكرية صومالية ظلت تلعب دور الأداة المسلحة لنفوذ السياسي الاماراتي في الصومال.
على أساس أن يتم هيكلة هذه الوحدات والتي ساهمت في الماضي بزعزعة أمن واستقرار الصومال نظرا لتمرد قيادتها وعدم خضوعهم لأوامر القيادة العليا للجيش الصومالي, ناهيك عن تورطها المسلح في شن هجمات مسلحة على وحدات أخرى من الجيش الصومالي, أو عبر استهداف شخصيات رسمية.
ويمتد النشاط السياسي الاماراتي المماثل إلى مناطق محافظات جوبا السفلى والكانتون الدارودي الانفصالي في وسط وشمال شرق الصومال, والإسحاقي.
وتسيطر الامارات على الوحدات العسكرية المماثلة في هذه المناطق من خلال الدعم العسكري والمالي المقدم لهذه الوحدات والتي أصبحت كاذرع اماراتية!
كما يشمل النفوذ السياسي الاماراتي في الصومال أيضا مجلس النواب والذي عانى في الفترة الماضية من صراعات سياسية كان للإمارات فيها حضورا طاغيا.
جملة الممارسات المذكورة وغيرها أسفرت أن تصل العلاقات بين مقديشو وابوظبي تصعيد سياسي اتسم من الجانب الصومالي بالدبلوماسي عبر قنوات رسمية.
بينما كان المشهد من الجانب الاماراتي متخبطا للغاية ابتدأ من مهاجمة الاعلام للحكومة الصومالية وحشد الذباب الاكتروني لمهاجمة الصومال والضغط عليه سياسيا , وصولا إلى تصعيد وزير الخارجية الاماراتي قرقوش وتصريحه العدواني تجاه الصومال.
وجوهر الخلاف بين البلدين يأتي في سياق نيل الامارات من سيادة الصومال والتدخل في شؤونه الداخلية والنيل من الوحدة الوطنية واستقرار البلد في مقابل الأطماع السياسية, العسكرية والاقتصادية تجاه الصومال.
