في فاتحة هذا الاحتفال اسمحوا لي أن أترحم على أرواح الشهيدات والشهداء من شعبنا السوداني الكريم المناضل الذين بذلوا دماءهم بسخاء طوال ثلاثين عاما من النضال الوطني ضد نظام الانقاذ الدموي الفاسد، فبفضل هذه الدماء و التضحيات اصبح هذا اليوم واقعا واضحى هذا الجمع ممكنا في هذه المناسبة الوطنية العظيمة بعد ان كان في عداد الاحلام العصية على التحقق ..
كما أرجو أن تسمحوا لي بأن اتقدم بالتحية الخاصة لضحايا حروب نظام الانقاذ ضد شعبنا من الشهداء و الجرحى و النازحين و اللاجئين وضحايا الاعتقال والتعذيب الممنهج، فكل التضحيات التي قدمها هذا الشعب كانت غرسا طيبا نحصد ثماره اليوم وعداً وأمنيات وطموحات مستحقة.

يشق علينا في يوم فرحنا هذا ان نفتقد بيننا ثوارا شاركوا في ثورة ديسمبر وفي ميدان الاعتصام المجيد أمام القيادة، فهم من عملوا بجهد و جد و ايمان عميق من اجل استكمال مهام الثورة بعد الاطاحة براس نظام الإنقاذ. نفتقد في هذه اللحظة رفاقنا الثوار شهداء المجزرة نسال الله لهم الرحمة و القبول كما نفتقد رفاقنا الثوار المفقودين ، ونؤكد أنه سيظل العمل و الامل من اجل المفقودين التزاما صارما وواجباً متقدماً على راس أولويات قوى الحرية والتغيير والسلطة الانتقالية.

نشكركم على الحضور و المشاركة في هذا الاحتفال الذي نفتح عبره صفحة جديدة ونطوي أخرى كلفتنا ثلاثة عقود من الحرب والقمع والفساد والفشل الاخلاقي والسياسي والاجتماعي والاقتصادي.
جاءت ثورة ديسمبر 2019م تتويجا لعمل ونضال وطني شاق ومستمر بدأ منذ انقلاب الثلاثين من يونيو ضد الديمقراطية، إذ ظل شعبنا يناضل ضد النظام بوسائل مختلفة في كافة انحاء البلاد. يستحق شعبنا ان يفتخر انه لم يستسلم ولم يرفع الراية البيضاء وظل قابضا على جمر القضية الى أن شق فجر ديسمبر الدياجي وأزاح العتمة.
جاء اعلان الحرية و التغيير ملبيا لتطلعات شعبنا في التواضع على خارطة طريق وطنية للانتقال، بعد دراسة وافية لطبيعة مشكلات البلاد، وقد رأينا في قوى الحرية و التغيير معالجة مشكلات المقاومة الوطنية وعلى رأسها غياب القيادة الموحدة للمقاومة ، فكان ميلاد قوى الحرية و التغيير التحالف الأوسع من حيث التمثيل السياسي و النقابي و المطلبي والمدني، وهو التحالف الذي عمل علي تنسيق جهود شعبنا و بلورة خياراته النضالية في مشروع سياسي واضح عبر اعلان الحرية و التغيير .
السيدات والسادة الحضور
ظلت قضية الحرب و السلام واحدة من اهم اولويات قوى الحرية و التغيير، و قد عملنا على ربط قضايا السلام بقضية التحول الديمقراطي، ايمانا منا بالحق في الحياة، وبالحق في السلام و الطمأنينة، وبحقوق الشهداء و النازحين و اللاجئين.
في هذا الخصوص نؤكد ان قوى الحرية والتغيير تؤمن ان السلام يجب ان يكون شاملا دون استثناء في كافة مناطق الحروب، وانها تقف من حيث الرؤى و البرامج و الاهداف على مقربة من قوى الكفاح المسلح داخل وخارج قوى الحرية و التغيير، واننا نتطلع الى العمل معا من اجل سلام شامل و عادل و دائم ببلادنا .

استحق النظام و رئيسه ان يدون التاريخ اسمه في سجلات الظلام ولتقف مذكرة الاعتقال و الاتهام الصادرة عن المحكمة الجنائية الدولية بحق رئيس النظام المخلوع شاهدا على ان هذا النظام لم يترك ذنبا الا و اقترفه .
كل هذه الجرائم التي ارتكبت ضد شعبنا تجعل من المساءلة و المحاسبة القضائية بغرض جلب العدالة الى الضحايا و العائلات من اهم واجبات الحكومة وواجبات المؤسسات القضائية والعدلية والشرطية والتي يجب أن تبنى مستقلة ، لتكلف رسميا بإنجاز مهام الفترة الانتقالية، ونؤكد تمسك قوى الحرية و التغيير بإجراء تحقيق وطني و شفاف عادل وموضوعي في مجزرة القيادة العامة ، ونؤكد أننا سنعمل حثيثا حتى لايفلت أي شخص ارتكب جريمة ضد الشعب السوداني منذ الثلاثين من يونيو 1989 م من العقاب .

تضع قوى الحرية و التغيير جل اهتمامها في مشكلة الاقتصاد في بلادنا ورغم ان هناك اسباب موضوعية عدة تعترض هذا الطريق، حيث ان استشراء الفساد و المحسوبية و التغول على المال العام و الترهل الاداري و الصرف البذخي على دواوين الحكومة وتحويل غالبية المصادر للقوى القمعية تقف حجر عثرة في طريق الانعاش الاقتصادي و حل المشكلات التي تعاني منها القطاعات العظمى من شعبنا، الا اننا نعتقد أنه في ظل الارادة الثورية و الروح الوطنية الجديدة ستوفر المصادر الاقتصادية و الخبرات البشرية اللازمة للعبور نحو التقدم والنماء.
السيدات والسادة الحضور
لقد طال الخراب الذي احدثه النظام السابق كافة مناحي الحياة من عيش كريم وغذاء
قد طال الخراب الذي احدثه النظام السابق كافة مناحي الحياة من عيش كريم وغذاء للأطفال وماء نظيف وصحة وتعليم كما عمد الى ضرب النسيج الاجتماعي بالتفريق بين المواطنين على اساس قبلي و اقليمي و ديني وعنصري الامر الذي لم يعهده السودانيون من قبل، وهذا يتطلب من الحكومة الانتقالية العمل جاهدة على رتق النسيج الاجتماعي ليتمكن السودانيون من العيش في سلام ووئام.
كما عمد النظام لاضطهاد المرأة السودانية و قهرها من خلال القوانين القمعية و تخصيص محاكم و نيابات و شرطة مهمتها اذلال النساء، نحن نتطلع الى وضع كافة اشكال التمييز ضد المرأة خلف ظهورنا، والى كفالة حقوقها دستورا و قانونا و ممارسة، ونامل ان نبدأ هذا العهد الجديد بالالتزام بنسبة ال 40 في المئة للمرأة كحد أدنى من مقاعد المجلس التشريعي الانتقالي.
السيدات والسادة الحضور
دمر النظام علاقات السودان الخارجية و اضاع مصالحه الاستراتيجية برهن الدور الدولي و الاقليمي لصالح الحركة الاسلامية و ليس لصالح الشعب السوداني، واصبحت العلاقات الخارجية للبلاد في خدمة ايدولوجيا النظام و قبضة مصالح الطبقة الاسلامية الانتهازية الحاكمة . ان الدمار الشامل الذي اطاح بعلاقات البلاد الخارجية جلب ضدنا العقوبات الاقتصادية و الدبلوماسية واصبحنا اسرى الوصاية الدولية حيث مست هذه العقوبات السيادة الوطنية، وعرض مسيرتنا التنموية للخطر، مما يجعل من مهمة اعادة البلاد الى المجتمع الدولي وازالة اثار الدمار الشامل مهمة عاجلة و أولوية.
وهنا اسمحوا لي بهذه الرسائل من بريد ثورتنا والتي يتوجب إيصالها بدون كثير تذويق أو تلميع
الرسالة الأولى إلى أسر الشهداء والمفقودين والمصابين
طوبى للغرباء
لقد بدأت هذه الثورة منذ انقلاب الإنقاذ وكان الشعب دائماً غريباً منبوذاً، ومن يتقدمونه هم صغاره أخلاقاً، عواره وسقط متاعه..
جاءت ثورة ديسمبر ولا يزال شعبنا يعاني هذه الغربة.. ولكن المارد انتفض وثارت براكين الغضب.. كان الشهداء هم الحمم وصمدت الأسر كالجبال الراسيات.. شهيد تلى شهيد ومع كل دم يسيل كانت والدة الشهيد ووالده أول من ينادي بضرورة الاستمرار ولم يستكينوا للحزن ولم يستسلموا للكآبة.. هذا مشهد مبهر.. مشهد والديّ الشهيد والجريح والمفقود وهم يتقدمون الصفوف في المواكب..
حق شهداء الثورة السودانية وجرحاها ومفقوديها عبر كافة مراحلها ومواقيتها، نزولاً وصعوداً، كراً وفراً، دين علينا، وواجبنا رد هذا الدين والوفاء بهذا الحق عبر كافة السبل، بالقانون وعبر التحقيقات الشفافة النزيهة، بالمواكب وبحملات البحث والتقصي فهذا حقهم.. وحقهم هذا هو أحد أعمدة هذه الثورة .
الرسالة الثانية للنازحين واللاجئين..
أنتم أصحاب الحق وصانعي هذا اليوم، وما تضحياتكم إلا طوب بناء الثورة ومونتها بل ومؤونتها.
هذه الثورة لا نهديها لكم، فالهدية تُعطى للغير، أنتم الهدية نفسها والهداية.. منحتمونا أعماركم وأنتم تسكنون في المعسكرات الباردة شتاء والملهب حرها في الصيف، منحتمونا أحلامكم خيوطاً رتق بها حلم الوطن الجميل الكبير، فما الذي يمكن أن نمنحكم إياه بالمقابل؟ دار فسيحة.. هذا حق لا منحة.. مدرسة ومستشفى.. هذا حق لا منحة.. عمل شريف؟ هذا حق لا منحة.. ليس أمامنا سوى أن نعمل من أجل السلام العادل الشامل ومحاسبة كل من اقترف جرم، من نزع عنا وعنكم حق أن يجمعنا الوطن متساوين متحابين تجمعنا الحياة ونفس القبور بعد عيش آمن وحر وبعدالة.. ليس لدينا الكثير لنمنحه لكم.. لذلك نقولها ونحن مطأطئي الرؤوس: شكراً جزيلاً
الرسالة الثالثة لنساء بلادنا وللشباب، بنات وأبناء هذا الجيل، لجان الأحياء والأطفال
كنتم خير أمة أخرجت في هذا الزمان لهذا السودان البلد الثري المخطوفة ثروته والمبعثرة موارده في جيوب الطغاة المستبدين.. نعلم جميعنا أن مهمة اقتلاع بلادنا من براثن هؤلاء ستكون شاقة، ولكنها ليست أشق علينا من أشهر بل وسنوات فقدنا خلالها الصحاب من اللحم والدم..
ستظلون حداة هذه الثورة، فأنتم نارها أوان ما كانت تستوي خلال المواكب، ونورها عند عتمة أو كتمة الرصاص والسياط والاعتقال والملاحقات..
ثورة بلا حراسة مثل كنز ثمين ملقى على قارعة الطريق سيعجب السابلة وقطاع الطريق.. نحن وأنتم حُراس هذه الثورة.. مثل ثعبان الراصود حارس الكنوز والآثار.. سنموت دون خطفها أو المتاجرة بها أو سرقتها.. هذا عهد قطعناه معاً وأوفيتم بما قلتم وعلينا أن نقسم ألا غفلة نتوه معها في الظلمات ولا عودة من منتصف الطريق .
الرسالة الرابعة للإدارات الأهلية والجماعات الدينية كافة
آبائي وخيلاني وأعمامي وإخوتي وأهلي
هذا السودان المترامي الأطراف الذي يعيش أهله بالكفاف جمعنا واحتملنا جميعاً وسيظل يسعنا ويحتملنا جميعا بشرط أن نضع فيما بيننا مساحات للعذر والتآخي والاحتمال ، فإن لم نفعل فلا كنا ولا بقينا.. حملتنا أرضه ورعتنا خيراته حتى اشتد عودنا فإما أن نرعاه كما رعانا أو نهمله ونحن الخاسرون.. كلنا لنا أفكار ومواقف.. يمكن أن نختلف في الرؤى لكن علينا أن نتفق على العيش في سلام.. نزاعنا يعني ضياع الوطن، ووفاقنا وتآلفنا رغم الاختلاف هو أصل التراحم والتوادد المطلوب كواجب مقدس، قبل أن يكون واجب المواطنة، فقد خُلقنا من نفس واحدة فكيف لا نحافظ عليها كي نحافظ على أنفسنا ومشاريعنا في الحياة؟، واجبنا أن نعمل معا من أجل نبذ العنصرية البغيضة والقبلية المتعصبة ، لنشيع التسامح والإخاء والتعايش السلمي ، لنحترم ونوقر بعضنا ، ثقافاتنا لغاتنا وسحناتنا ،ولنرفع قيمة الوطن فوق كل شيء .
الرسالة الخامسة :
إلى غرب السودان – دارفور – إلى شرقه إلى جنوب كرفان والنيل الأزرق إلى شماله ووسطه إلى الريف السوداني إلى كل مواطنة ومواطن سوداني فقير ، مريض ، غير آمن ، مهمش ، هذه الثورة ثورتكم وأنتم يجب أن تكونوا أول من يقطف ثمارها ، المواطنة المتساوية والخدمات الحكومية المتساوية والتمثيل المتساوي مع التمييز الإيجابي المستحق هو مايجب أن نعمل جميعا من أجل تحقيقه وبناؤه .
الرسالة السادسة للموظفين.. المهنيين.. العمال ورجال الأعمال
كنتم وما زلتم سند الثورة وشِعبتها ودخريها.. اختبرتكم المواكب والتظاهرات فما انكسرتم ولا تراجعتم، حوربتم في معاشكم وحريتكم فصبرتم.. عندما نادى المنادي كنتم في قلب الإضرابات والعصيان، ولما ضاق الحال ربطتم الإزار وقدمتم ما في الجيوب سداداً ورضا. لا مجال لانتصار إن تأخرتم ولا مناص من الانتياش والتربص إن لم تكونوا في مقدمة ركب التغيير منافحين مدافعين.
الرسالة السابعة
إلى السودانيين في المهجر :
وقفتم كالجبال في كل ربوع العالم ورفعتم اسمه عاليا بأخلاقكم ومهنيتكم وعزة أنفسكم ، هذا الوطن يحتاجكم اليوم وغدا كما احتاجكم بالأمس ، دوركم في مستقبل أيامه عظيم وضخم ولاتحتاجون وصية أو تذكير فلتواصلوا في تقديم كل ماتملكون وأكثر من عرق وخبرة ونصح في سبيل وطن أفضل نسعى معا من أجل بنائه .
الرسالة الثامنة للقوات المسلحة والقوات النظامية الأخرى
استكملتم معنا النشيد وسرتم معنا في طريق الثورة والتغيير بصدور مفتوحة وتضحية كان لزاماً أن تكون فهذا واجب لا مستحيل معه.. واجهت مسيرتنا معاً العقبات التي فتحت أبوباً للريبة، لكن أملنا في باكر الضواي كان هو مفتاح الصبر.. سالت الدماء بالأمس أنهاراً وانهمر الدمع مدرارا وحدثت أخطاء دُفع معها الثمن فادحاً، لكننا رغم ذلك نؤمن بأن بذرة الوطنية عامرة ندية في هذه المؤسسة التي نعتز أنها حمايتنا ودرع وقايتنا، ومهما شُقت بيننا الدروب وكثرت الحفر، فإنه بيدنا اليوم أن نصنع معا طريقا معبدا يبني الثقة ويعززها ، يتم فيه تداول السلطة بصورة سلمية يطوي صفحات مظلمة من الديكتاتورية البغيضة و نؤسس عبره معا ديمقراطية مستدامة في السودان .
الرسالة التاسعة للمؤتمر الوطني وشركاؤه
قولوها: الآن حصحص الحق وزُهق الباطل.. اغتصبتم السلطة وقتلتم واعتقلتم وعذبتم وشردتم الشعب.. أكثركم صمت على الجرائم وأشاح عن الظلم .. عانت بلادنا خلال حكمكم الجائر من الويلات والحروب الداخلية والنزاعات.. جاع الناس وتشردوا بين البلدان.. امتهنت كرامتنا وضاقت الدنيا بنا.. في سنوات حكمكم انتشر الفساد بصورة غير مسبوقة.. في زمانكم ضاعت ثروات البلاد وتناثرت في جيوب قلة منكم.. في عهدكم أصبح كل حلم الشباب هو الهجرة وترك الديار وأصبح تمني الموت عادة للكثيرين.. فارقت بلادنا تمنيات التطور والنماء وعافانا الاستقرار والأمان.. لن نفعل كما فعلتم، ولن يكون الانتقام هو منهجنا بل المحاسبة والعقاب العادل.. ومن لم يرتكب جرماً مشهوداً أو لم يقم بعمل منظور ضرره، فندعوه لحملة بناء الوطن من جديد، فربما غفر الشعب الجبار، وربما تناست جماهير الشعب السوداني الكريم آثار الأذى فأنتم في النهاية من هذي البلاد وحقكم في المواطنة غير مسلوب ، ولكم أن تختاروا كيف تكفرون عن ما اسرفتم فيه ، فحتى الصمت حين الظلم اشتراك وإسراف فيه .
الرسالة العاشرة لشعب جنوب السودان
نحييكم تحية الشوق والمحبة، وما مسرتنا إلا بكم فأنتم بعضنا ونحن بعضكم، لا نكتمل إلا بكم ولا يسوئنا إلا ما ساءكم.. سنعمل على أن نعود كما نود.. فراقنا كان قاسٍ ولكن التئام شملنا ممكن فأنتم نصفنا الحلو.. وعندما نقول السودان نتخيل هذه الخريطة الأليفة الكثيفة بالتنوع والتعدد ، فلنقترب ونتعاضد ونعمل سويا من أجل تقدمنا وتطورنا ونماءنا المشترك .
الرسالة الحادية عشر للشعوب الأفريقية كافة
هذه الأرض لنا، وهي أرض نتشارك معكم فيها ليس جغرافيتها فحسب ولكن تاريخها وثقافاتها وقبائلها ومجموعاتها السكانية.
إن ما يميز بلادنا التي تقع في موضع القلب من هذه القارة العريقة، أن حدودها جميعها مفتوحة، ليست حدوداً طبيعية بل ساحة من الود والمحبة والتصاهر والعيش المشترك.. إن من نزحوا أو لجأوا من بلادنا وساحوا في عموم القارة بسبب اشتداد الحرب ونيران النزاع، لم نشعر أنهم ضيوفاً لديكم يوماً، بل هم زوار لبعض غرف الدار الواحدة..
أملنا في أن تكون وحدة القارة اقتصادياً واجتماعياً هي هم للمسؤولين في الاتحاد الأفريقي ومشروع كبير نبذل الجهد لإنجازه كلنا معاً وإلى الأبد..
الرسالة الثانية عشر إلى جميع شعوب العالم
نعتذر عن ثلاثين سنة من الغياب القسري عن مساهمة الدولة السودانية بصورة حقيقية ومباشرة في تطوير العالم وفي تنمية الشعوب والدفع بها نحو الرفاه وتمام الحقوق وسعادة الإنسانية
لا نطلب منكم سوى التعامل باحترام مع الشعب السوداني.. فهو شعب قدم تضحيات كبيرة ليلحق بركب المدنية والحضارة والتطور.. من وله أن يجد تقديرا استحقه فهو الذي قدم الدرس تلو الدرس في السلمية واللاعنف والنضال المشترك من أجل الحقوق ، ونستحق أن تتعرفوا علينا من جديد فنحن أهل لذلك..
الرسالة الثالثة عشر عشر لمحيطنا العربي والإقليمي
حققنا ثورة ناصعة بهية، ولنا إرث نعتز به في هذا المضمار فثوراتنا منذ الستينيات مَعْلمٌ بين الشعوب، وقد استفادت الثورات من حولنا مما صنعناه من ثورات قبل عقود، وها نحن اليوم لا نستنكف أن نقول أننا وجدنا كثير مما انتفعنا به من ثورات الشعوب الشقيقة وتضحياتها من أجل التغيير. لقد وجدنا الدعم من شعوب شقيقة ووصلتنا خطابات المساندة التي تنزلت علينا كبركاتٍ وفأل حسن، ورغم المكائد ومحاورات السياسة هنا وهناك ها نحن نجتاز الدسائس.. إن شعبنا لا ينسى من وقف معه وسانده ولكنه كذلك سيذكر كل من وضع له العراقيل ومن عفى وأصلح فأجره على الله..
أشقاءنا، نريد لعلاقاتنا الأزلية أن تستمر، ولمصالحنا المشتركة أن تكون مرتكز علاقاتنا، فنحن أهل السودان ما زارتنا الذلة والمهانة إلا لأن النظام البائد، نظام البشير، كان يقدم كرامتنا قربانا مقابل سلامته ولاستمرار حكمه.. اليوم نحن لم نعد في حاجة لتقديم القرابين بل نحن في حاجة للدعم الخالص الخالي من كل غرض من كل من يهمه أمرنا، فنحن في مرحلة نقاهة بعد مرض عضال استطال أمده، وشفاؤنا في استعادة موقعنا الطبيعي كدولة مستقلة وشعب حكيم، وتحسين مزاجنا الوطني يكون في استعادة منزلتنا بين الأمم والاعتراف لنا بأننا نستحق أن نسترد كرامتنا كاملة واستقلاليتنا دون نقصان.
الرسالة الرابعة عشر الحركات الكفاح المسلح
رفاقنا في الحركات المسلحة.. إن دعوتنا من هنا..هي أرضاً سلاح .. أرضاً سلاح وحي حي على الكفاح وصنع أسباب النجاح.. فثورتنا كانت سلمية ولكن نعلم جيدا أن ثورة الشعب السوداني لم تبدأ اليوم ولقد ساهمتم فيها بالدماء والدموع والاضطرار لحمل السلاح دفاعا في كثير من الأحيان عن الحق في الحياة وفي المواطنة المتساوية والتنمية المتوازنة كما كنتم أيضا و كفصيل أصيل من فصائل الثورة بالكتوف العالية في المواكب وقد اختبرتم معنا النجاحات عبر السلمية ، وعلينا اليوم أن نمتشق الحوار الجاد المنتج من أجل حل قضايانا وبصورة جذرية ونهائية ؟
إن السلام أولوية كل عاقل، والحرب خيار اضطراري وقد كان مشهد الثورة العظيم مدعاة للجنوح لخيارات أكثر أمناً وأعمق أثراً، من أجل الوطن ومن أجل من عانوا ويلات الحروب، من أجل أهلنا في جبال النوبة ودارفور والنيل الأزرق.. من أجل تحقيق العدالة والمساواة نحن معا ، لنعمل من أجل السلام الشامل المُرضي.. سلام بعقل مفتوح وقلب سليم لا سلام العقول المتسخة والقلوب الواجفة..
الرسالة الخامسة عشر والأخيرة لنا في قوى الحرية والتغيير كتذكار
عهدنا الذي قطعناه نهايات العام لا يزال كثيره مؤجل، فما بدأنا السير في هذا الدرب إلا لنكمله معاً.. طريقنا واحد، وإن واجهتنا المصاعب فهذا قدرنا الذي كنا نتحسب له، وإن أصبنا النجاحات فهذا خير يعم بلادنا كلها، أما إن استسلمنا ولم نواجه التحديات ونصلح الأخطاء، فسنكون قد فشلنا .. لنزيد من التكاتف ونسد الفراغات ونصطف جماعة في محراب الوطن الذي عانى وآن له أن يستجم..
في الختام
اسمحوا لي ان اشيد بالدور الكبير الذي لعبه الوسطاء في تقريب وجهات النظر بيننا و المجلس العسكري الانتقالي و على رأسهم فخامة السيد أبي احمد، رئيس وزراء اثيوبيا الشقيقة، و فخامة السيد موسى فكي، رئيس مفوضية الاتحاد الافريقي، و السيد السفير محمود درير، مبعوث رئيس الوزراء الاثيوبي، و السيد محمد الحسن ولد لباد، مبعوث الاتحاد الأفريقي. و نثمن الدور الكبير الذي لعبه فخامة الرئيس سلفا كير ميارديت، رئيس جمهورية جنوب السودان، و فخامة الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي، رئيس جمهورية مصر العربية، و معالي سفيري دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة و المملكة العربية السعودية. كما نحي الدور الايجابي لمبعوث الإدارة الأمريكية، السفير دونالد بوث، و فخامة القائم بالأعمال بسفارة الولايات المتحدة في الخرطوم ، وسفير المملكة المتحدة ، كما نحيي الدور الايجابي للاتحاد الأوربي و دول الترويكا و نشكرهم جميعا على مساهمتهم في الوصول إلى هذا الاتفاق وتقديرهم لخيارات الشعب السوداني إلى جانب الدور الإيجابي الذي لعبته المبادرات الوطنية و نؤكد أن هذا الاتفاق جاء تعبيرا عن إرادة وطنية صميمة مستندا إلى إرادة جماهيرية واسعة تمثل الضمانة الحقيقة لتنفيذ هذا الاتفاق و نتطلع إلى أن يكون هذا الاحتفال تدشينا لعهد جديد و أهداف جديدة نحن واثقون من تحقيقها .
