Deception and Apostasy in the Church!

Jesus never said that there would be many who follow Him, in fact He said just the opposite, that there would be few who find the narrow gate which leads to life, He also told us not to be deceived along the way!
Matthew 7:13-14
“Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. 14 Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.“
owever, this seems to be the overall tone of the church today to grow as big as possible, churches across the nation are gauging their success by how many people are in attendance, and many Christian websites are also gauging their success by whether or not they get a large number of followers.  To them it’s not about teaching the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, it’s about how many people can we get to follow us instead of following Jesus!
Yet these same churches most often fail to teach all of scripture, many do not teach bible prophecy at all, and many others teach false doctrines!
1 Timothy 4:1
“Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons,“
We are told in scripture that in the last days some will turn away from the truth and not endure sound doctrine!
2 Timothy 4:3-4
“For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; 4 and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables.“
Instead they will heap up for themselves teachers who will teach them lies and untruths, preachers and teachers who will tell them whatever they want to hear regardless of the truth!
The end times, the last days will be marked by deceptions, great deceptions and small deceptions, deceptions of all sorts and kinds.
Luke 21:8
‘And He said: “Take heed that you not be deceived. For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am He,’ and, ‘The time has drawn near.’ Therefore do not go after them.“
One major sign of the closeness of Christ’s return to earth is deception, it’s the rise of false teachers and false prophets.
2 Peter 2:1-3
“But there were also false prophets among the people, even as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Lord who bought them, and bring on themselves swift destruction. 2 And many will follow their destructive ways, because of whom the way of truth will be blasphemed. 3 By covetousness they will exploit you with deceptive words; for a long time their judgment has not been idle, and their destruction does not slumber.“
We are warned over and over again by the apostles and by our Lord Jesus Christ to beware of deceptive teachers and prophets coming in His name.
Matthew 7:15
“Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves.“
Many people in the church are deceived into believing lies, deceived into believing that they are saved when actually they are not!
Matthew 7:21-23
“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ 23 And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’“
It’s not enough to do good works, not enough to go to church, not enough to be baptized in the name of Jesus!  It’s just not enough!!!   For none of these things save us, none of them make us closer to God, none of them pay the penalty for our sins! 
On a side note, one thing (among many) that really bothers me about the Catholic church is the water baptism of babies, what’s the purpose?!  It might sound nice, it might be a beautiful service, I mean who doesn’t like babies?  But baptism does not save us nor does it save babies!  Baptism in water is an outward sign of our repentance and faith in Jesus Christ, something we do after we have been born again.  All of us are born with a sin nature, from the moment of conception, it’s passed on by our parents and we have no control over it!
Psalm 51:5
“Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity,
And in sin my mother conceived me.“
The only way for a person to enter the kingdom of heaven is to be “born-again”, to be born of the spirit!
John 3:3
‘Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” ‘
Let us not be deceived my friends, let us not be deceived!  And this brings up another major sign of the end times which is tied to deception, the apostasy of the church!
The last days will be marked by a great apostasy of the church!
2 Thessalonians 2:3-
“Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, 4 who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.“
What “Day” is the apostle Paul speaking about?  He is speaking about the rapture of the church!  Our gathering together to Him.  That “Day” will not come unless the “falling away” comes first.  What is this falling away that Paul is speaking about?!  It’s the apostasy of the church.  I used to think that perhaps is could be both the apostasy and the rapture of the church, however, if you really think about it that just doesn’t make any sense whatsoever!  It would then read like this: “The rapture will not come unless the apostasy and the rapture comes first”.  The rapture cannot come first before the rapture, you see, it makes no sense.
We already see signs of the apostasy of the church now, false teachers and preachers, people turning away from the truth and heaping up teachers who will tell them what they want to hear instead of the truth!  Churches not preaching the whole truth, many speaking lies in hypocrisy, many teaching that Jesus Christ is not the only way to heaven!
Many in the church have been influenced by the world and society instead of by Jesus Christ!  They are led by the world instead of being led by God Almighty! 
The teaching of the truth is of the utmost importance, it’s not about how many people can we get to follow us!  It’s not about how big can we grow the church either!  It’s about the truth of God Almighty, it’s about sharing the truth of Jesus Christ to the world, it’s about making disciples of all nations, meaning all people!
Matthew 28:19-20
“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.“
We are to spread the truth of the gospel message and to teach those who are born-again what it means to follow Christ.  We are to continue to teach the truth as Jesus taught the truth when He physically walked on earth.  It’s not about making the church bigger, it’s not about having more followers, it’s about the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth!  Amen.

قيل لنا في الكتاب المقدس أن البعض في الأيام الأخيرة سوف يبتعد عن الحقيقة ولن يتحمل عقيدة الصوت!
2 تيموثاوس 4: 3-4
"سيأتي الوقت الذي لن يتحملوا فيه عقيدة الصوت ، ولكن وفقًا لرغباتهم الخاصة ، لأن لديهم آذان حكة ، فإنهم سوف يكدسون لأنفسهم المعلمين ؛ 4 وسيحولون آذانهم بعيدا عن الحقيقة ، ويتم تحويلهم جانبا إلى الخرافات ".
بدلاً من ذلك ، سوف يكدسون لأنفسهم المعلمين الذين سيعلمونهم الأكاذيب والأكاذيب والخطباء والمدرسين الذين سيخبرونهم بما يريدون سماعه بغض النظر عن الحقيقة!

إحدى العلامات الرئيسية على قرب عودة المسيح إلى الأرض هي الخداع ، إنه ظهور معلمين زائفين وأنبياء كذبة.
2 بطرس 2: 1-3
"لكن كان هناك أيضًا أنبياء زائفون بين الناس ، حتى أنه سيكون هناك معلمون زائفون بينكما ، والذين يجلبون سرًّا هرطقة مدمرة ، حتى ينكرون الرب الذي اشتراها ، ويحقق لهم دمارًا سريعًا. 2 وسيتابع الكثيرون طرقهم المدمرة ، لأن من سيُجرم طريق الحق. 3 بالطمع يستغلونك بكلمات مضللة. لفترة طويلة لم يكن حكمهم خاملًا ، ولا يندثر تدميرهم ".
لقد حذرنا مرارًا وتكرارًا الرسل ومن قبل ربنا يسوع المسيح من الحذر من المعلمين والأنبياء المخادعين الذين جاءوا باسمه.
ماثيو 7:15
"احذروا من الأنبياء الكذبة ، الذين يأتون إليك في ثياب الخراف ، لكنهم في الداخل ذئاب مفترسة."
يخدع الكثير من الناس في الكنيسة في أكاذيب مؤمنة ، ويخدعون في الاعتقاد بأنهم قد انقذوا عندما لا يكونون في الواقع!
ماثيو 7: 21-23
"ليس كل من يقول لي يا رب ، يا سيد ، سيدخل ملكوت السموات ، بل هو الذي يفعل إرادة أبي في الجنة. 22 سيقول لي كثيرون في ذلك اليوم يا رب يا رب ، ألم نتنبأ باسمك ، وطردوا الشياطين باسمك وفعلنا عجائب كثيرة باسمك؟ 23 ثم سأعلن لهم: لم تعرفك قط ابتعد عني ، أنت الذي يمارس الفوضى!
لا يكفي القيام بالأعمال الصالحة ، ولا يكفي الذهاب إلى الكنيسة ، ولا يكفي المعمودية باسم يسوع! هذا لا يكفي !!! لأنه لا ينقذنا أي من هذه الأشياء ، لا أحد منا يجعلنا أقرب إلى الله ، ولا يدفع أي منهم عقوبة ذنوبنا!
في ملاحظة جانبية ، هناك شيء واحد (من بين الكثير) يزعجني حقًا بشأن الكنيسة الكاثوليكية وهو معمودية الماء للأطفال ، ما هو الغرض ؟! قد تبدو لطيفة ، قد تكون خدمة جميلة ، أعني من لا يحب الأطفال؟ لكن المعمودية لا تنقذنا ولا تنقذ الأطفال! تعد المعمودية في الماء علامة خارجية على توبة وإيماننا بيسوع المسيح ، وهو شيء نفعله بعد أن نولد من جديد. كلنا مولودون بطبيعه خطيئة ، منذ لحظة الحمل ، يتم نقلها من قبل آبائنا وليس لدينا سيطرة عليها!
مزمور 51: 5
"ها قد جئت في الظلم ،
وفي الخطيئة حملتني أمي ".
الطريقة الوحيدة لدخول شخص ما إلى مملكة السماء هي أن "يولد من جديد" ، وأن يولد من الروح!
يوحنا 3: 3
أجاب يسوع وقال له: "بكل تأكيد ، أقول لك ، ما لم يولد المرء مرة أخرى ، لا يستطيع رؤية ملكوت الله".
دعونا لا نخدع أصدقائي ، دعونا لا نخدع! وهذا يثير علامة رئيسية أخرى على أوقات النهاية المرتبطة بالخداع ، ردة الكنيسة!
سيتم تمييز الأيام الأخيرة بردة كبيرة للكنيسة!

2 تسالونيكي 2: 3-
"لا يخدعك أحد بأية وسيلة ؛ لأن ذلك اليوم لن يأتي إلا إذا جاء السقوط أولاً ، وكشف رجل الخطيئة ، ابن الهلاك ، 4 الذي يعارض ويمجد نفسه فوق كل ما يسمى بالله أو الذي يعبد ، حتى يجلس في الله هيكل الله ، يظهر نفسه أنه الله. "
ما "اليوم" يتحدث الرسول بولس؟ إنه يتحدث عن نشوة الكنيسة! اجتماعنا معا له. لن يأتي "اليوم" إلا إذا جاء "السقوط" أولاً. ما هو هذا السقوط الذي يتحدث عنه بولس ؟! إنها ردة الكنيسة. اعتدت أن أظن أنه من الممكن أن تكون كل من الردة ونشوة الكنيسة ، ولكن إذا كنت تفكر حقًا في الأمر ، فهذا لا يعني أي شيء على الإطلاق! عندئذٍ سيكون نصها كما يلي: "لن يأتي الطرب إلا إذا جاءت الردة والنشوة أولاً". لا يمكن أن يأتي الطرب أولاً قبل نشوة الطرب ، كما ترى ، لا معنى لذلك.
نرى بالفعل علامات على ردة الكنيسة الآن ، معلمين وخطباء مزيفين ، أناس ينحرفون عن الحقيقة ويكرهون المعلمين الذين سيخبرونهم بما يريدون سماعه بدلاً من الحقيقة! الكنائس لا تبشر بالحقيقة كاملة ، والكثير من الكلام يكمن في النفاق ، حيث يعلم الكثيرون أن يسوع المسيح ليس هو السبيل الوحيد إلى الجنة!
تأثر الكثيرون في الكنيسة بالعالم والمجتمع بدلاً من يسوع المسيح! إنهم يقودهم العالم بدلاً من أن يقودهم الله تعالى!
تعليم الحقيقة هو في غاية الأهمية ، لا يتعلق بعدد الأشخاص الذين يمكننا متابعتنا! لا يتعلق الأمر بحجم النمو في الكنيسة أيضًا! الأمر يتعلق بحقيقة الله تعالى ، إنه يتعلق بتقاسم حقيقة يسوع المسيح للعالم ، إنه يتعلق بتلاميذ جميع الأمم ، أي كل الناس!
ماثيو 28: 19-20
"اذهب واصنع تلاميذ جميع الأمم ، وعمدهم باسم الآب والابن والروح القدس ، 20 علمهم مراقبة كل الأشياء التي أمرتك بها ؛ وها أنا معك دائمًا ، حتى نهاية العمر. "آمين".
يجب علينا نشر حقيقة رسالة الإنجيل وتعليم أولئك الذين يولدون - مرة أخرى ما يعنيه اتباع المسيح. علينا أن نستمر في تعليم الحقيقة كما علم يسوع الحقيقة عندما كان يمشي جسديًا على الأرض. لا يتعلق الأمر بتوسيع الكنيسة ، ولا يتعلق بوجود المزيد من المتابعين ، بل يتعلق بالحقيقة ، والحقيقة كاملة ، وليس الحقيقة فقط! آمين.
