A contradiction between Han Omar's statements and Netanyahu's statements
US Congressman Ilhan Omar has lied to the claims of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu about the planned visit to Israel.
In a series of tweets published on Saturday via Twitter, Omar denied Netanyahu's statement that she and her US House Representative, Rachida Tlaib, had no plans to hold meetings with government officials or Israeli opponents during the visit.
She stressed that she "was planning to hold meetings with Jewish and Arab members of the Knesset, and Israeli security officials," after it announced on Friday canceled the visit.
"Netanyahu's allegations are false, and her delegation had intended to meet with US Ambassador to Israel David Friedman."
She stressed that "the purpose of the visit was to see in person what is happening in the Palestinian territories, and to listen to the positions of all parties concerned, which represents its duty as a member of the House of Representatives.
On Thursday, the Israeli occupation authorities refused to visit US Congressmen Rachida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar, to the Palestinian territories, accusing them of "promoting the boycott of Israel."
Later, Homeland Security Minister Aryeh Adraei announced that he would only allow Tlaib to visit her grandmother.
However, Talib refused to visit, usually that the conditions imposed by the Jewish state, allowing her to visit her elderly grandmother in the occupied West Bank "unfair."
"I have decided that my grandmother's visit under these unfair conditions is incompatible with everything I believe in - fighting racism, injustice and injustice," she said in a Twitter tweet on Friday.
The US President Donald Trump, has incited "Israel" to prevent the visit, and said that "Tel Aviv" will show "severe weakness" if allowed to enter the two American Muslim deputies and supporters of the Palestinians.
"Rachida Tlaib, an American MP of Palestinian descent, and her colleague Ilhan Omar, hate Israel and all Jews, and nothing can be said or done to change their minds," he said on Twitter.
