لابد من التحذير من انهيار الامن في الشرق الاوسط بعد  الهجمات التي تشنها إسرائيل في دول المنطقة فالهجمات على السعودية صارت فعلا يوميا مما يعني تصعيد التوتر  في كل المنطقة  مما يؤشر ان مثل هذه العمليات قد تؤدي إلى اندلاع نزاع عسكري واسع لا يمكن التنبؤ بتبعاته.

إن “التصعيد الجديد للتوتر في المنطقة”  لايمكن النظر اليه  في انفصال عن انهيار الدولة في اليمن وسوريا والنزاععات التقليدية  في ليبيا وافغانستان فهذه العمليات العسكرية الأخيرة التي نفذتها إسرائيل منذ 24 أغسطس الحالي في سوريا ولبنان والعراق تؤشر الى ان سلاح الطيران المسير دخل بعمق في صراعات المنطقة مما يدخل المنطقة في برامج سباق تسلح جديدة مما يعني ان منظومات الدفاع التقليدية لم تعد عملية في ظل الهجمات الاسرئيلية واسعة النطاق التي لايستبعد ان تصل ايران مما يهدد بمواجهة اوسع من الحروب التقليدية التي عاشها الشرق الاوسط في العقود الماضية.

 الحق يقال لابد ان نتحدث بضوح  عن خطورة الهجمات الاسرئيلية  في الأجواء الإقليمية المتوترة لأقصى درجة اصلا ، فالازمات حاضرة بين العراق وسوريا ولبنان فربما هذه التصرفات تؤشر الى  إمكانية أن تؤدي إلى نزاع عسكري واسع لا يمكن التنبؤ بتبعاته كما انها تؤشر لدخول انماط جديدة من التسليح قليل التكاليف بالغ الاثر التدميري وله نتائج وخيمة مما يعني اعادة النظر في منظومات الدفاع الجوي.

فعلى كل الأطراف ان تدرك ان قواعد الاشتباك تتغير ففي مثل هذا الوضع الجديد لابد من  إبداء أقصى درجات ضبط النفس والالتزام الصارم بالقانون الدولي، بما في ذلك قرارات مجلس الأمن التابع للأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة والتصرف بعقلانية من خلال الاتصالات المباشرة وغير المباشرة لتحقيق اتفاق على قواعد الامن الاقليمي وفق قواعد القانون الدولي.

 نعم لبنان يدخل في صراع  واسع  النطاق  ابعد من ادانات   الحريري والرئيس اللبناني ميشال عون فهذا “الاعتداء الإسرائيلي” يعني ان اسرئيل تجاوزت مرحلة الصبر الاستراتيجي مع حزب الله فقد اصبحت تقدر اثار تنظيم محدود يمكن ان يربك دولة كبيرة كالسعودية فاسرئيل لن تهتم بما أصدرته وزارة الخارجية البنانية  من بيانا طلبت خلاله من المندوبة اللبنانية لدى الأمم المتحدة في نيويورك التقدم بشكوى فورية إلى مجلس الأمن الدولي، لإدانة هذا “الخرق الخطير للسيادة اللبنانية” القضية الان ليست في طاولة مجلس الامن بل التحرك الاسرئيلي الجاد لتطفية جيوب المهددات التي تحيط بها وقد بلغت مبلغا وجوديا لهذا اقدر انه لن تقف المواجهات.

 استمرت العمليات العسكرية الاسرئيلية  في لبنان  ففي صباح الاثنين أفادت مصادر لبنانية عدة، بأن القوات الإسرائيلية وجهت 3 ضربات جوية بواسطة طائرات مسيرة على مركز عسكري لتنظيم “الجبهة الشعبية لتحرير فلسطين” واقع في بلدة قوسايا على الحدود مع سوريا، ما تسبب في أضرار مادية بالموقع لكن دون سقوط مصابين. الحقيقية ان نمط الحرب من البعد بالطائرات المسيرة والصواريخ كانت رسالة انذار التقطتها بجدية فقررت الحرب الاستباقية على كل خصومها في الاقليم.

ففي العراق أعلن الحشد الشعبي مساء الأحد الماضي أن القوات الإسرائيلية باستهداف مواقعه في قضاء القائم غرب العراق على الحدود مع سوريا، بغارات جوية نفذت بواسطة طائرتين مسيرتين، مشيرا إلى أن العملية نفذت بتغطية جوية من قبل الطيران الأمريكي.

 لابد من القول ان قواعد الاشتباك في الشرق الاوسط تتغير الان بعجلة متسارعة مما سوف يتبعه انعكاسات سياسية في التعامل مع المليشيات المنفلتة في لبنان واليمن والعراق مما يحسب وجود مليشيات الحشد الشعبي وحزب الله وفيلق القدس مهدد للامن القومي لهذه البلدان اكثر من كونها اضافة للجيوش.
