Yemen 's Nada appeals to Ottawa and the pioneers of communication to demand their equality by Saudi Arabia
A Yemeni girl who refused the Ottawa authorities two years ago to grant her and her sister asylum has appealed to the international community and humanitarian organizations to look at her suffering and sister and urge the Canadian authorities to grant them asylum.
After the spread of the story of Saudi girl fleeing from her family Rahaf Alknon and grant Canada asylum after just a week of escape, demanded the Yemeni Nada Ali 22 years to adjust her status and meet her mother, who was deprived of them.

Many activists criticized the Canadian government and accused it of "double standards in its handling of refugee issues" and called for equality between Rahaf and Nadi and her asylum and sisterhood
 We do not ask the Canadian foreign minister to receive Nada Ali with a bouquet of roses and hug her like Rahaf al-Qanoun because we know that this is impossible 
 But at least gave her the chance to complete her studies and give her the asylum benefits they call #Nada_Ali
Others considered that the comparison between Rahaf and Nada is incorrect, pointing out that "Rahaf submitted to the United Nations and then the argument that she is a religious oppressor and wants to change her religion, which gave her asylum, while Nada entered Canada illegally, which is contrary to international law."
Nada did not mention the law, but explained the details of her suffering and her sister for two years of not to resort to ask anyone watching the broadcast with their support.

ندى اليمنية تناشد أوتاوا وروّاد التواصل يطالبون بمساواتها برهف السعودية
ناشدت فتاة يمنية ترفض سلطات أوتاوا منذ عامين منحها وشقيقتها اللجوء المجتمع الدولي والمنظمات الإنسانية، النظر إلى معاناتها وشقيقتها وحث السلطات الكندية على منحهما اللجوء.
وبعد انتشار قصة الفتاة السعودية الهاربة من أهلها رهف القنون ومنح كندا لها اللجوء بعد أسبوع فقط من فرارها، طالبت اليمنية ندى علي 22 عاما بتعديل وضعها ولقاء أمها التي حرمت منها.

تؤكد في هذا الفيديو بأنها لم تحصل على أوراق اللجوء منذ سنتين..

وظهرت ندى في بث مباشر بكت خلاله وعبرت فيه عن اشتياقها لوالدتها بعد 3 سنوات على آخر مرة التقت بها، ما ولد تعاطفا واسعا معها بين رواد مواقع التواصل في العالم العربي.
عندما نقارن بين قضية #رهف_القنون وقضية #ندى_علي وكيف ان كندا استغلت رهف لمصالحها السياسية (نعم لكل شخص الحق في ان يعيش حراً بعيد عن العنف) لكن هذا يثبت ازدواجية الانسانية لدى الاعلام والغرب

وانتقد الكثير من الناشطين الحكومة الكندية واتهموها بـ"ازدواجية المعايير في تعاملها مع القضايا الخاصة باللاجئين"، كما دعا البعض إلى المساواة بين رهف وندى ومنحها اللجوء وأختها.
 لا نطالب وزيرة الخارجية الكندية باستقبال ندى علي بباقة ورد وحضنها مثل رهف القنون لاننا نعلم ان ذالك مستحيل ...
 ولكن على الاقل توجه بمنحها فرصتها لاكمال دراستها ومنحها ميزات اللجوء الذي يدعون #Nada_Ali
واعتبر آخرون أن المقارنة بين رهف وندى غير صحيحة، لافتين إلى أن "رهف تقدمت للأمم المتحدة وعندها حجة أنها مضطهدة دينيا وتريد تغيير دينها وهو ما منحها حق اللجوء، أما ندى فقد دخلت إلى كندا بطريقه غير شرعيه وهو أمر مخالف للقوانين الدولية".
ولم تأت ندى على ذكر القنون، لكنها شرحت تفاصيل معاناتها وشقيقتها طوال عامين من عدم الحصول على اللجوء مطالبة كل من يشاهد بثها بدعمها.
