Secret communications between US and North Korean intelligence have been around for 10 years
The Wall Street Journal reported on Tuesday that there had been 10-year secret contacts between US intelligence and its North Korean counterpart
The channel reportedly opened between the two sides in 2009, most likely, noting that Kim Jong-chul, the former head of North Korea's General Intelligence Department, was the main contact in Pyongyang's contacts
