This volume identifies two reforms in the FCO, the British Council, and the BBC World Service - the so-called Public Diplomacy Partners. Between 1995 and 2015, the State Department and its partner companies in promoting British influence abroad introduced significant changes in how, where and where diplomacy was taking place.
