1) The demilitarization of two-thirds of Sinai by forces and weapons, with Israel's permission, making it naked to any future Israeli aggression similar to the aggression of 1956 and 1967.
2) Alignment to the Israeli national security at the expense of Egyptian national security.
3) The deployment of US and allied forces to Israel in Sinai not subject to the United Nations, monitoring the Egyptian forces, and Egypt has no right to demand its withdrawal.
4) The infiltration of the Sinai and the spread of acts of espionage, terrorism, smuggling and all kinds of crimes in them, because of the absence of Egyptian sovereignty there.
5) Stimulating the fear of America and Israel under the pretext of the US military threat to Egypt contained in the US-Israel Memorandum of Understanding signed on March 25, 1979, which the regime takes as a pretext not to demand the abolition or amendment of the treaty.
6) American control and monopoly of the majority of the Egyptian armament, through US military aid, to ensure the permanent superiority of the Israeli army.
7) Strike and dismantle the national economy and liquidate the public sector because of its support for the war effort before the 1973 war and the establishment of a successor economy.
8) Producing a pro-American Egyptian capitalist class and for peace with Israel with US economic aid funds.
9) Recognition of Israel, the commitment to Camp David and the preservation of Israel's security became an Israeli-American condition for all who govern Egypt.
10) Expel all those who oppose (Israel) or reject the treaty, or support Palestine from the legitimacy of the Camp David regime.
11) The treaty also obligates Egypt to bring all those who incite against Israel to trial.
12) The falsification of public awareness and misleading public opinion, to become (Israel) the friend and Palestine is the enemy.
13) America has entered its aid, experts, intelligence and agenda into the depths of the Egyptian society, watching, monitoring, analyzing, directing and attracting from it and spawning the institutions that serve to activate its project in Egypt.
14) The Treaty has priority over the joint Arab defense agreements signed in 1950, by explicit text of the treaty,
15) Egypt's right to sign any future agreements with any country has been restricted, in contravention of the provisions of the treaty.
16) Recognition of the legitimacy of the State of Israel led to the expropriation of the historic land of Palestine in the first Arab precedent throughout history, which opened the door to a stream of official Arab concessions.
17) Egypt's withdrawal from the conflict led to a major imbalance in the balance of power, Israeli military dominance, and successive series of Zionist attacks on Palestine, Lebanon, Iraq, Tunisia, Sudan and Syria.
18) The treaty stipulates that Egypt should promote peace in accordance with the Israeli concept, the coalition against all who reject it, and participate in the siege of the Palestinian resistance.
19) The international boycott of Israel was greatly weakened after 80 countries recognized Israel and normalization with it immediately after the treaty.
20) The striking of the central Arab cause (Palestine) has led to striking the unity of the Arab ranks, spreading division and internal strife, and since then the Arab-Zionist conflict has turned into an Arab / Arab conflict.
21) Egypt's withdrawal from confronting the American project in the region led to the success and deepening of the American hegemony over the Arab homeland, the occupation of Iraq and the division of Sudan.
22) Not to mention that the treaty is void constitutionally because of its violation of the first article of the Constitution, which states that the Egyptian people are part of the Arab nation working on their integration and unity.
23) because of its violation of Article 4 of the Constitution, which states that sovereignty is for the people alone, after the military restrictions imposed on us in the Convention have diminished Egyptian sovereignty over the Sinai.
24) because of the violation of Article II of the Constitution and the provisions of Islamic law, which urges the fight against all those who attack our home (our homes).
25) and because of the falsification of popular will in the referendum on the treaty in April 1979.
26) The treaty is also internationally void, in accordance with the Vienna Convention on Treaties, because Egypt is forced to make peace with Israel after its territory was occupied by force in violation of the Charter of the United Nations and the Security Council does not intervene to remove the aggressor forces. The 1973 War.
27) Egypt's recognition of a racist and sectarian state such as Israel has opened the door to the separatist sectarian forces in the region to establish its similarities to the Zionist model and to support the Arab fragmentation projects.
28) The treaty struck the spirit of national belonging among the Egyptian people, after all their national, historical and ideological tenets were struck.
29) and caused the national schism and hit national unity between the people and the ruling power, after reconciling with the enemy of the nation, losing its national legitimacy, and ruled the country since then repression and deterrence.
30) Israel's hostility to the January Revolution played a major role in aborting the Egyptian revolution and containing it and reproducing the Mubarak regime.

فى الذكرى الأربعين للمعاهدة
ثلاثون سببا للتحرر من كامب ديفيد

1)   تجريد ثلثى سيناء من القوات والسلاح الا بإذن (اسرائيل)، مما يجعلها عارية أمام اى عدوان اسرائيلى مستقبلى مماثل للعدوانى 1956 و1967.
2)   الانحياز الى الأمن القومى الاسرائيلى على حساب الأمن القومى المصرى.
3)   نشر قوات أمريكية وحليفة لاسرائيل فى سيناء لا تخضع للأمم المتحدة، تراقب القوات المصرية، ولا تملك مصر حق المطالبة بانسحابها.
4)   اختراق سيناء وانتشار اعمال التجسس والإرهاب والتهريب وكل انواع الجرائم فيها، بسبب غياب سيادة الدولة المصرية هناك.
5)   زرع الخوف من امريكا و(اسرائيل)، بحجة التهديد العسكرى الامريكى لمصر الوارد فى مذكرة التفاهم الامريكية الاسرائيلية الموقعة فى 25 مارس 1979، والذى يتخذ النظام منه ذريعة لعدم المطالبة بإلغاء او تعديل المعاهدة.
6)   سيطرة واحتكار امريكى لغالبية التسليح المصرى، من خلال المعونة العسكرية الأمريكية، لضمان التفوق الدائم للجيش الاسرائيلى.
7)   ضرب وتفكيك الاقتصاد الوطنى وتصفية القطاع العام بسبب دعمه للمجهود الحربى قبل حرب 1973، وتأسيس اقتصاد بديل تابع.
8)   صناعة طبقة رأسمالية مصرية موالية لامريكا وللسلام مع (اسرائيل) بأموال المعونة الاقتصادية الأمريكية.
9)   أصبح الاعتراف باسرائيل والالتزام بكامب ديفيد والحفاظ على أمن (اسرائيل) شرط امريكى اسرائيلى اوروبى لكل من يحكم مصر.
10)         طرد كل من يعادى (اسرائيل) أو يرفض المعاهدة، او يناصر فلسطين من شرعية نظام كامب ديفيد.
11)         كما ألزمت المعاهدة مصر بتقديم كل من يحرض ضد (اسرائيل) الى المحاكمة.
12)         تزييف الوعى الشعبى وتضليل الراى العام، لتصبح (اسرائيل) هى الصديق وفلسطين هى العدو.
13)         دخلت أمريكا بمعونتها وخبرائها واستخباراتها وأجندتها إلي أعماق المجتمع المصري تراقبه وترصده وتحلله وتوجهه وتستقطب منه وتفرخ فيه مؤسسات خادمة لتفعيل مشروعها في مصر.
14)         أصبح للمعاهدة الأولوية على اتفاقيات الدفاع العربى المشترك الموقعة عام 1950، بموجب نص صريح فى المعاهدة،
15)         وتم تقييد حق مصر فى توقيع اى اتفاقيات مستقبلية مع اى دولة، تخالف أحكام المعاهدة.
16)         الاعتراف بشرعية دولة (اسرائيل) أدى الى التفريط فى ارض فلسطين التاريخية، فى أول سابقة عربية على مر التاريخ، وهو ما فتح الباب بعد ذلك لسيل من التنازلات العربية الرسمية.
17)         ادى انسحاب مصر من الصراع الى خلل كبير فى ميزان القوى، والى هيمنة عسكرية اسرائيلية، والى سلاسل من الاعتداءات الصهيونية المتتالية على فلسطين ولبنان والعراق وتونس والسودان وسوريا.
18)         نصت المعاهدة على ضرورة قيام مصر بالترويج للسلام وفقا للمفهوم الاسرائيلى، والتحالف ضد كل من يرفضه، والمشاركة فى حصار المقاومة الفلسطينية.
19)         تم إضعاف كبير للمقاطعة الدولية لاسرائيل، بعد أن قامت 80 دولة بالاعتراف باسرائيل والتطبيع معها بعد المعاهدة مباشرة.
20)         أدى ضرب قضية العرب المركزية (فلسطين)، الى ضرب وحدة الصف العربى، وتفشى الانقسام والاقتتال الداخلى، وتحول منذئذ الصراع العربى الصهيونى الى  صراع عربى/عربى.
21)         أدى انسحاب مصر من مواجهة المشروع الامريكى فى المنطقة، الى نجاح وتعميق الهيمنة الأمريكية على الوطن العربى واحتلال العراق وتقسيم السودان.
22)         ناهيك على أن المعاهدة باطلة دستوريا بسبب مخالفتها للمادة الاولى من الدستور التى تنص على أن الشعب المصري جزء من الأمة العربية يعمل على تكاملها ووحدتها.
23)         وبسبب مخالفتها للمادة الرابعة من الدستور التى تنص على ان السيادة للشعب وحده، بعد أن انتقصت القيود العسكرية المفروضة علينا فى الاتفاقية من السيادة المصرية على سيناء.
24)         وبسبب مخالفتها المادة الثانية من الدستور وأحكام الشريعة الاسلامية التى تحض على قتال كل من يعتدى على أوطاننا (ديارنا).
25)         وبسبب   تزوير الارادة الشعبية فى الاستفتاء الذى تم على المعاهدة فى ابريل 1979.
26)         والمعاهدة باطلة دوليا أيضا، وفقا لاتفاقية فيينا للمعاهدات، بسبب "إكراه" مصر على السلام مع إسرائيل، بعد أن تم احتلال أراضيها بالقوة بالمخالفة لميثاق الأمم المتحدة، وعدم تدخل مجلس الامن لإخراج القوات المعتدية، وما تلى ذلك من انضمام أمريكا الى اسرائيل فى حرب 1973.
27)         اعتراف مصر بدولة عدوانية عنصرية وطائفية كإسرائيل، فتح الباب أمام القوى الطائفية الانفصالية فى المنطقة، لتأسيس دويلاتها المماثلة للنموذج الصهيوني، ومثل دعما كبيرا لمشروعات التفتيت العربى.
28)         ضربت المعاهدة روح الانتماء الوطني لدى الشعب المصري، بعد أن تم ضرب كل ثوابته الوطنية والتاريخية والعقائدية.
29)         وتسببت فى الانشقاق الوطنى وضرب الوحدة الوطنية بين الشعب والسلطة الحاكمة، بعد ان تصالحت مع عدو الأمة، ففقدت شرعيتها الوطنية، وحكمت البلاد منذئذ بالقمع والردع.
30)         كان لعداء (اسرائيل) لثورة يناير دورا كبيرا فى إجهاض الثورة المصرية واحتواءها وإعادة إنتاج نظام مبارك.
