Opinions and comments varied between those who believe that this right guaranteed by the Board of Directors and those who believe that this is inconsistent with the principles and values ​​of the revolution, and in the midst of this we have seen the documents and counter-documents that each party confirms its argument.
But let us look at it from another angle the angle of the role of government in the free market economy, which is still adopted as a orientation in the country and the determinants of this role.
The government is aware of the development and implementation of economic policies and is keen to ensure fair competition among market players.
If this is the role of the government, is it fair for the minister to be chairman of a company board? What if there is a dispute between this company and another private company operating in the same sector? Isn't the Minister and the Chairman required to take care of the company's interests? What about his role in creating a fair and competitive environment for all? Have you not noticed, dear reader, that this particular point is one of the problems of the telecommunications sector, which led to crises declared and hidden during the past years? .
There is no doubt that the government shares in some companies need somebody to follow up and make sure to invest in the required form as a public domain, and here the question arises how this is done?
It is more appropriate to establish a body for public investments, to which the supervision and representation of the government in all companies in all sectors shall be entrusted.
The proposed body provides an opportunity to unify the government's vision towards investments, both internal and external, and allows ministries to devote their responsibilities to formulating and implementing policies and creating a self-employment environment.
The crowding out of the private sector is not limited to the presence of government companies, but also includes the premiership of corporate boards, which sends a clear message that it is the most caring and paying attention to a climate that lacks a sense of fairness.
This is a call to reconsider government representation in companies and to adopt an approach consistent with the concepts and values ​​of the revolution.

اشتعلت الوسائط خلال الأيام الماضية بخبر إعادة السيد وزير الصناعة والتجارة حافز اجتماعات مجلس إدارة احدى شركات السكر وتوريد المبلغ لصالح وزارة المالية.
وتباينت الآراء والتعليقات بين من يرى أن ذلك حق كفلته لائحة مجلس الإدارة ومن يعتقد بعدم اتساق ذلك مع مبادئ الثورة وقيمها، وفي خضم ذلك شهدنا المستندات والمستندات المضادة التي يؤكد بها كل طرف حجته.
ولكن دعونا ننظر للأمر من زاوية أخرى زاوية دور الحكومة في اقتصاد السوق الحر والذي ما زال معتمدا كتوجه بالبلاد ومحددات هذا الدور.
تطلع الحكومة بوضع وتنفيذ السياسات الاقتصادية وتحرص على ضمان المنافسة العادلة بين اللاعبين في السوق، بل تعمل بعض الدول على إقرار تشريع وتأسيس هيئة حكومية تتقصى وتجتهد لضمان المنافسة.
فإن كان هذا هو دور الحكومة فهل من العدالة أن يكون الوزير رئيسا لمجلس إدارة إحدى الشركات ؟ ماذا لو نشب نزاع بين هذه الشركة وشركة خاصة أخرى تعمل في نفس القطاع؟ أليس مطلوبا من الوزير رئيس مجلس الإدارة الحرص على مصالح الشركة ؟ وماذا عن دوره في تهيئة بيئة عادلة وتنافسية للجميع؟ ألم تلاحظ عزيزي القارئ الكريم أن هذه النقطة تحديدا هي واحدة من مشكلات قطاع الاتصالات والتي أدت لأزمات معلنة ومكتومة خلال السنوات الماضية ؟ .
لا شك أن أنصبة الحكومة في بعض الشركات تحتاج جهة ما لمتابعتها والحرص على استثمارها بالشكل المطلوب باعتبارها ملك عام، وهنا يبرز السؤال كيف يتم ذلك؟
الاوفق أن ينشأ جهاز للاستثمارات العامة تؤول إليه عمليات الإشراف والتمثيل الحكومي في جميع الشركات باختلاف قطاعاتها، ويفضل أن يتبع الجهاز لرئيس الوزراء وينسق مع الوزارات المختصة.
يتيح الجهاز المقترح الفرصة لتوحيد الرؤية الحكومية تجاه الاستثمارات سواء داخلية أو خارجية ويسمح للوزارات بأن تتفرغ لمسؤولياتها في وضع وتنفيذ السياسات وتهيئة بيئة العمل الحر.
إن عمليات الإزاحة التي يتعرض لها القطاع الخاص crowding out لا تنحصر في وجود الشركات الحكومية ولكن يشمل ذلك أيضا رئاسة الوزراء لمجالس إدارات الشركات والذي يرسل رسالة واضحة أنها الأولى بالرعاية والاهتمام ويدفع ذلك لمناخ يفتقر لحس العدالة والإنصاف .
هذه دعوة لإعادة النظر في التمثيل الحكومي بالشركات واتباع منهج يتسق مع مفاهيم وقيم الثورة .
