It is time to seriously analyze the file of change that has been taking place in Sudan since the beginning of the popular movement on December 19, 2018, which reached its major turning point on April 11, 2019, when the armed forces announced the uprooting of the old regime. Fresh "red meat" is a fresh and lively move that has profound repercussions in all aspects of intellectual, political, economic, social and psychological security. The impact of human and state institutions has exceeded the quantitative and qualitative change in the stereotype of the Sudan state and people among the peoples of the region and in the international community. The key question to read the current Sudanese reality is there are reasons and objectives for change other than those formulated in the political literature of the revolutionary forces and the old regime? Is the change witnessed in Sudan a sudden and irregular steps outside the context of its history and objective reality or is it an expression of a qualitative accumulation of popular opposition to an integrated vision of the present and future ? The truth is of no use to ruminate the political literature of the old regime or the literature of the revolution, all of which provide a thousand answers and answers to the reasons, reasons, goals, objectives and nature of change and the objective path to it. The original crisis that led to the popular movement in the whole region, namely Sudan, stopped the development and non-coping, disability and total collapse at a historical moment in which the world is witnessing profound transformations in all dimensions and axes and we are here in the "secret area" trying to coercive force deaf ears from the knowledge economy, digital economy, The information economy, ..., but intentionally and deliberately trying to maintain underdevelopment and glorious isolation resulting from US sanctions and the effects of the independence of South Sudan 2011. التغيير بين الصدمة والدهشة (1)
لقد آن الآوان ان نتناول بالتحليل الجدي ملف التغيير الذي جرى ومازل يجري في السودان منذ بداية الحراك الشعبي في 19/ديسمبر/2018 ،..الذي بلغ نقطة تحوله الكبرى في 11/ابريل/2019 الذي اعلنت فيه القوات المسلحة اقتلاع النظام القديم.فالاحداث مازالت طازجه " لحمة حمراء" طرية حية تحرك انعكاساتها العميقة في كافة الاصعده الفكرية السياسية الاقتصادية ، و الاجتماعية النفسية الامنية، فقد تعدى الأثر الانسان ومؤسسات الدولة الى تبدل كمي وكيفي في الصورة النمطية للسودان دولة وشعب بين شعوب الاقليم وفي المجتمع الدولي. السؤال المفتاحي لقراءة الواقع الراهن السوداني هل هناك دواعي واهداف للتغيير غير تلك المصاغة في الادبيات السياسية لقوى الثورة والنظام القديم؟هل التغيير الذي شهده السودان طفرة فجائية غير منتظمة الخطوات خارج سياق تاريخه وواقعه الموضوعي ام هو تعبير عن تراكم نوعي للممانعة الشعبية المتحركة برؤية متكاملة للحاضر والمستقبل؟. الحقيقة لاجدوى من اجترار الادب السياسي للنظام القديم او ادبيات الثورة فكلها تقدم الف اجابة واجابة عن دواعي واسباب واهداف وغايات وطبيعة التغيير والمسار الموضوعي له.فالاجابات المقعرة النهائية الحاسمة لاتكفي لانها في الغالب تعبير عن سياق موضوعي محدد لفكرة صادرة عن اطراف الازمة فاغلب الظن ان الاجابات من هنا وهناك متاثرة بهذا القدر او ذاك بحالة الهتاف المحيطة بالبيئة الوطنية دهشة وصدمة....
نحاول هنا تجاوز حالة الهتاف الى ما بعد الهتاف، فالحراك الشعبي الذي اقتلع النظام السوداني القديم لايختلف كتغيير في اسبابه الموضوعية ومراحله المختلفة عن موجة التغيير التي شهدها الاقليم فيما عرف (بالربيع العربي) الذي انطلق من تونس كاحتقان وطني قديم احدث انقلاب سياسي تحول الى موجة من الامل والرجاءات والتطورات والتغييرات العميقة الواسعة النطاق التي مرت بالعديد من العواصم المهمة في المنطقة ومازالت تعمل على ترتيب الاولويات الوطنية والاقليمية والدولية وترسل قواعد جديدة لاهمية وفعالية ووزن الدول بل قدرتها على توظيف التغيير لاعادة هندسة البناء الوطني والتحرك الجدي نحو المستقبل
الازمة الاصلية التي قادت للحراك الشعبي في كل الاقليم وتحديدا السودان - توقف التطور وعدم المواكبة والعجز والانهيار الكلي في لحظة تاريخيه يشهد فيها العالم تحولات عميقة في كافة الابعاد والمحاور ونحن هنا " في محلك سر"نحاول بالقوة القسرية نصم آذننا عن اقتصاد المعرفة، الاقتصاد الرقمي ، اقتصاد المعلومات،...،بل باصرار وتعمد نحاول على المحافظة التخلف والعزلة المجيدة الناجمة عن العقوبات الامريكية واثار استقلال جنوب السودان 2011.فاستقلال دولة الجنوب جاء كفعل طبيعي للتخبط بين الانكفاء على الذات او الدوران بين المحاور ،المحور الامريكي الاوربي والروسي الصيني- دون ان يعي الساسة- المصممين على المكابرة التضليلية ان السودان يخسر المواكبة والقدرة التنافسية والامكانية على حماية ذاته ، يحدث كل ذلك في ظل اسواق معولمة وقرار سياسي اقليمي معولم وقانون دولي معولم وتحالفات معولمة وتطور دور اجهزة المعلومات والمخابرات، فهل يعقل ان يسبح السودان عكس مسار التاريخ وهو كتلة ضخمة من الموارد الطبيعة -التي يحتاج لها العالم - وكثافة سكانية متوضعه " قليلة"وجهل مركب بكيفة صناعة القرار داخليا وخارجيا في لحظة من تاريخ العالم انتفت فيها المشاعر في اتخاذ القرارات ، فالقرارات صارت تعتمد على الانظمة الخبيرة وليس المزاج المثالي المريض.
