خلال زيارة وزير الخارجية الالمانية هايكو ماس في 3/ سبتمبر / 2019 للخرطوم الذي التقى برئيس الوزراء الانتقالي عبد الله حمدوك ففي فعالية المؤتمر الصحفي ظهر خلل تقني في الصوت فسرت شائعة قوية ان العطل الفني مقصود و بتدبير من عناصر " الثورة المضادة" التي تعمل على اجهاض التايد والدعم الذي يحظى بهما رئيس الوزراء الانتقالي صحيح ان رئيس الوزراء يحظى بشبه اجماع وطني سوداني كما انه غير مستهدف من اي جهة داخلية فالكل يدرك ضرورة واهمية نجاح الفترة الانتقالية للمستقبل السودان .لم تكن تلك القضية الاولى والاخيرة التي تنسب الى " الثورة المضادة" فقد حمل البعض تلك القوى المزعومة مسؤلية ازمات الخبز والمواصلات بل هناك من ادعى بان جهات بعينها تدفع لاصحاب المركبات كي تعمق ازمة المواصلات وان جهات تشتري النفط والخبز وتلقي بهما في النهر كي تبعث روح الاحتجاج وتثور الجماهير فالمتوقع رفض لاداء الحكومة بسب نقص في المعلومات المتعلقة بالتفاصيل بالبنيوية والهيكلية للحكومة ام موقف رافض بهذا القدر لا يصدقه عقل عاقل لهذا لن اناقش مصداقية او عدم مصداقية تلك القضايا والحوادث التي تحاول ان تحمل جهة مجهولة مسؤلية ضعف اداء فترة الانتقال منذ بدايتها في ابريل/2019 وماصاحبها من حوادث دموية فظيعه تنسب بتبسيط متعمد مخل الى قوى مجهولة او محدده توصيفا " النظام القديم" دون وقائع او حقائق او معلومات.لا احتاج الى ادلة وبراهين لاثبت ان هناك درجة من عدم القبول او مقاومة منطقية للنظام الجديد من قطاع ضيق يتصرف بناء على قناعته المسبقة او متاثرا بمصالحه الشخصية ولايفكر في الاغلبية من المجتمع الذي يتصالح مع التغيير، فمن غير المقبول الحديث عن " ثورة مضاده " او " دولة عميقة" تعمل لافشال الفترة الانتقالية او هزيمة حكومة " اعلان الحرية والتغيير" طلما ان الاغلبية اسقطت الارتباطات السابقة وانماط السلوك السياسي الاجتماعي السابقين ولا احد مهتم بارباك الوضع القائم الا تناقضات النظام الجديد الداخلية.فاذا تجاهلنا العوامل الظرفية والتناول السطحي لجملة الحوادث المعلنة كادلة وبراهين الى ان الثورة مستهدفة من قوى فاعلة منظمة تتحرك بخطة.فاذا عدنا للتحليل والفحص وتصالحنا مع مصداقية المعلومات سنصل الى حقيقية بسيطة ان القوى المسيطرة في مسار الانتقال بوعي او بغير وعي خلقت لها عدو متوهم جعلها تدعي انه قوى واعية تعمل على افشال حكومة دولة رئيس الوزراء فلا توجد قوى على مستوى السودان الان تدعي ان التغيير مخالف للقيم الوطنية او الدينية او ثقافة السودان فالتغيير رفع حجم الامال والرجاء واحدث زخما مساندا لاتحاصرة الاخطاء العرضية الطبيعية.هناك من يحاول ان يربط بين المواجهة الكلامية الاعلامية بين وزيرة الاعلام وبين النتائج المتوقعة من التغبير فالمنتظر من التغيير اكبر من ان تلعب المرأة كرة القدم ام لا وكل الشعب يعرف ذلك لهذا فحادثة "لعب البنات " كرة القدم ليست مهمة ولم تجد اهتمام من كافة الاوساط الواعية لانها كفعل في حد ذاته معزولة ولم يجد استجابة جماهيرية- لا من النساء او الرجال - فحديث الشيخ عبد الحي الذي تهتم به اصلا منذ القديم فئة ضيقة من الناس بحكم توجهاته كان اوسع انتشارا من الحدث- مباراة كرة القدم التي انتقدها الشيخ انطلاقا من قناعاته. لهذا ارى ان الصراع عبثي وهروبي ربما اطلق من قوى الحرية والتغيير كي تتماسك داخليا في ظل ظروف اقتصادية غاية في العسر صنعت " الخطر الداعشي" كما ان تنافسها حول مراكز السيطرة تخلق اراء خلافية بينها سوف تختفي عند الحديث عن عدو قديم " النظام السابق" و " الدولة العميقة" " التطرف الداعشي" اي خلقت صورة اعلامية قوية خطرة تتربص بالجميع الدوائر وعليهم تجميد الخلافات لان قوى جذرية تتحرك بفاعلة شرسة تتحرك من اجل رفض مفهوم قوى الحرية للمصالح الوطنية كليا بل ترى الدولة من المنظور القديم وتسعى لافشال الفترة الانتقالية وهزيمة السلطة الراهنة بكل مكوناتها المدنية والعسكرية لاعادة النظام القديم او مناهضة التغيير كمبدا وموقف سياسي .فالسؤال الذي يجب ان نطرحه بكل وضوح وصراحة هل نواجه الان في الفترة الانتقالية مقاومة من هذا النمط الوهمي الاسطوري كما تصفها الاخبار اليومية باي درجة من الدرجات او مستوى من المستويات التي تتحرك في الدعاية اليومية للوسائط تنقل اخبار القوى الخطرة على مستقبل النظام الجديد؟هل توجد قوى عاقلة منظمة يهمها عدم انجاز مهام الانتقال المعروفة في " اعلان الحرية والتغيير" او "الاتفاق السياسي" و " الوثيقة الدستورية"...؟فالمؤكد ان الثورة رفعت شعارات واهداف تجد اجماع واسع من معظم الشعب حتى من قوى النظام القديم فالمقاومة المنطقية للنظام القديم محدودة ولا تدعمها مصالح خطيرة ولا قوى داخلية وخاريجية تدفع للمغامرة والمجاسفة الا ما يذاع من الاحالات للتقاعد المستمرة للقيادات الادارية بالقطاع العام وفي الغالب تستقبل بقبطة المفهوم القوى الشعبية ان الاحالات للتقاعد تعمق التغيير ولاتعيقه وهي لم تبلغ حالة كونها ظاهرة كي تشكل مظهر تعويق للتغيير او خطر وجودي على الامن القومي .فالاشكال هو من المقاومة الناجمة عن الاداء السياسي الانتقالي والسلوك السياسي للقوى المسيطرة في الفترة الانتقالية هي التي تدفع لتتنامي وتتزايد الارباك وتشكل مصدر قلق راهن ومستقبلي السلام المجتمعي، فالاداء السياسي والتنفيذي والتنظيمي والاداري- المتواضع لكل المكون الانتقالي منذ ابريل /2019 يشكل مكنزم لتجميع ردود الفعل السالبة والمقاومة ضد النظام الجديد فالهروب من تنفيذ مطالب الشارع يخلق مناخ معقد مشحون بالتوتر القصور المنهجي والفكري فالاستراتيجي في تحقيق السلام يشحن النفوس وانفاذ حالة الطواري تقودللتشكك في الحرية في مضمون الاداء كما المحاصصة الحزبية في تشكيل اجهزة الحكم الانتقالي تضع الف علامة استفهام واستفهام حول واقع العدالة في الانتقال، فهذا النمط من المشكلات التي يواجهها النظام الجديد لاتعالج بالمكر السياسي ولا بالدعاية الخبيثة المتامرة اوباسقاط العجز و الفشل على الخصوم ولا بالحكايات البوليسة الخرافية التي لايقبلها عقل ولا بالدراما الواهمة التي تخلق وقائع من نسج الخيال. فالسبيل الوحيد لمواجهة كل انماط المقاومة المنطقية وغير المنطقية هو الشفافية والموضوعية والدقةوالمزيد من الحريات والوضوح والصراحة وضمان كرامة الانسان قيمته وحقوق الانسان والابتعاد عن الاساليب التي تعيد انتاج الازمة كمأساة او ملهاة.
