وبيّن أنهم مستعدون لاحتضان كل من يريد مغادرة التنظيم والتحرك لحماية منزله وقريته ومدينته وعرضه، سواء كان عربيًا أو كرديًا أو من أي شريحة أخرى.
كما شدّد على أن بلاده ستعمل على حماية المدنيين وعدم الحاق الضرر بأي منهم خلال العملية العسكرية، وهي تستهدف فقط أولئك من يحملون السلاح ويهاجموها وينصب لها الكمائن.
وقال الرئيس التركي إنهم لم يختاروا اسم “نبع السلام” للعملية بطريقة عشوائية، وانما باعتبارها خطوة تهدف إلى تطهير المنطقة من التنظيم الإرهابي وتأسيس السلام بالمعني الحقيقي في سوريا.
وأضاف: “حدودنا في طرف سوريا مليئة بالينابيع، وانطلاقًا من هذه الينابيع سمّينا العملية بنبع السلام، ونحن لا نقوم بالعملية لوحدنا بل بالتعاون مع أشقائنا السوريين”.
وتابع: “لقد عبّر عدد كبير من ممثلي الشعب السوري ومنظمات المجتمع المدني وقادة الرأي والعشائر عن دعمهم مع انطلاق العملية”.
وقال إن الكتلة النيابية لحزب العدالة والتنمية تضم 50 نائبا من أصول كردية، من مجمل 291، “المهم بالنسبة لنا هو الإنسان وليس الأصل”.
وأضاف: “سنضيف صفحة جديدة إلى تاريخنا المجيد عبر عملية نبع السلام”.
وأردف: “نحن لا نكافح إخوتنا الأكراد في شرق الفرات، بل نقاتل التنظيم الإرهابي، وتركيا ربما تكون القوة الوحيدة المشروعة داخل الأراضي السورية”.

وأعلنت وزارة الدفاع التركية، أمس الأربعاء، بدء عملية برية في الشمال السوري شرق الفرات، بالتعاون مع الجيش السوري الحر، ضد وحدات حماية الشعب الكردية وتنظيم "داعش".

هجمات تركية
بدأت تركيا يوم أمس الأربعاء، عملية عسكرية شمالي سوريا، تحت اسم "نبع السلام"، وادعت أن هدف العملية هو القضاء على ما أسمته "الممر الإرهابي" المراد إنشاؤه قرب حدود تركيا الجنوبية، في إشارة إلى "وحدات حماية الشعب" الكردية، التي تعتبرها أنقرة ذراعا لـ "حزب العمال الكردستاني" وتنشط ضمن "قوات سوريا الديمقراطية" التي دعمتها الولايات المتحدة في إطار محاربة "داعش".
أردوغان يشن هجوما حادا على مصر والسعودية بعد انتقادهما العملية العسكرية في سوريا
وأعلن البيت الأبيض "أن القوات الأمريكية لن تدعم العملية العسكرية التركية المرتقبة شمالي سوريا، ولن تشارك فيها، وأن القوات الأمريكية التي هزمت تنظيم "داعش" الإرهابي، لن تتواجد بشكل مباشر في تلك المناطق، وستكون تركيا مسؤولة بعد الآن عن إرهابيي "داعش" الذين اعتقلتهم الولايات المتحدة في المنطقة خلال العامين الأخيرين".
وكان الرئيس الروسي، فلاديمير بوتين، قد دعا خلال حديث هاتفي مع نظيره التركي رجب طيب أردوغان، في وقت سابق أمس الأربعاء، لتقييم الموقف بعناية حتى لا تتعرض الجهود الرامية إلى حل الأزمة السورية للضرر وأكد ضرورة احترام وحدة أراضي سوريا والحفاظ عىيها.
قرار ترامبي لا أمريكي
الدكتور صبحي غندور مدير مركز الحوار العربي الأمريكي، قال إن "ما يحدث قرار ترامب وليس قرار الحكومة الأمريكية، البنتاغون يعارض الانسحاب الأمريكي من سوريا، منذ العام السابق".
وأضاف في تصريحات لـ"سبوتنيك"، أن "هناك حاليًا ردود فعل قوية من أعضاء بالحزب الجمهوري ضد قرار ترامب بسحب القوات الأمريكية وترك الأمور في سوريا لتركيا، للهجوم على جماعات سوريا الديمقراطية".
وتابع "أعتقد أن الأمر يتعلق بترامب نفسه، وليس صادرًا عن الدولة الأمريكية وهو ما يعني أن لهذا القرار سقف وحدود الآن، المعارضة لهذا القرار داخل الولايات المتحدة ستجبر ترامب على عدم تنفيذ قراراه بسحب القوات الأمريكية من سوريا، وربما الضغط على تركيا لتكون العمليات العسكرية في سوريا محدودة".
وبشأن قرار ترامب، قال غندور إن "الأمر يتعلق بتعهدات ارتبط بها ترامب خلال حملته الانتخابية لأردوغان، وهي مسألة شخصية لترامب نفسه، تعهد بها لتركيا لتحسين العلاقات بين واشنطن وأنقرة، القرار ترامبي لا أمريكي، وهناك الكثير من ردود الأفعال الغاضبة السياسية والإعلامية، بالإضافة إلى المؤيدين لترامب نفسه على المستويين السياسي والديني".
 وأشار إلى أن "الأمور لن تسير كما يشتهي ترامب وأردوغان على مستوى كامل داخل سوريا، سيكون هناك ضوابط أمريكية، وستتدخل واشنطن من جديد لوقف العملية، وربما يؤثر ذلك على المصير السياسي لترامب نفسه".
مراهنة خاطئة
من جانبه قال الدكتور أسامة دنورة، المحلل السياسي والاستراتيجي والعضو السابق في الوفد الحكومي السوري المفاوض في جنيف، إن "المراهنة كانت على غطاء استراتيجي أمريكي لما يسمى بقسد مراهنة قصيرة النظر".
وأضاف في تصريحات لـ"سبوتنيك"، أن "أمريكا على الأقل قبل ترامب كانت تضع قدمًا في الداخل وأخرى في الخارج السوري، واستراتيجيتها غير واضحة المعالم، وإذا استقرت باتجاه معين فهي استراتيجية انسحابية".
وتابع "قرأ التركي الضعف الأمريكي، وانشغال الإدارة بملفاتها وفضائحها، وبات واضحًا للعيان عجزها عن بلورة إرادة قومية تدعم توجهاتها فيما يخص أية أزمة جديدة في السياسة الخارجية".
ومضى قائلًا "ترامب في خطابه الرسمي تحدث في اتجاهين، الأول تنفيذ ما تعهد به خلال حملته الانتخابية وهو إنهاء "الحروب التي لا نهاية لها"، وسحب القوات الأمريكية، والثاني الأهمية الاستراتيجية لتركيا كحليف في الناتو".

واستطرد "لكن خلفيات توجهات ترامب السابقة في نقضه للتحالف مع الإخوان الذي أبرمه الثنائي أوباما - كلينتون، وكونه يمتلك بعض الخلفية الإسلاموفوبية، وتوجهات الثنائي ابن زايد وابن سلمان المعادية للإخوان، وقربهما من كوشنر، دفعت البعض إلى القول إن ترامب ربما سلم أردوغان مفتاح "صندوق باندورا"، بمعنى أن هناك من يعتبر أن إنشاء قسد وتدعيمها كان في الأساس مشروعًا يستهدف إدخال تركيا أردوغان، وأيضًا تركيا الدولة/ الأمة في حرب استنزاف طويلة الأمد".
من وجهة نظر أخرى – والكلام لايزال على لسان دنورة- هناك من يعتبر أن الولايات المتحدة من مصلحتها استبدال وجود قسد الضعيف والمهتز والإشكالي بوجود تركي يمثل جرحًا مفتوحًا في الخاصرة السورية، ويعيد تدوير الحالة الإرهابية التي هزمت في درعا وريف دمشق والقلمون وحمص والساحل، وهي قيد الهزيمة في إدلب، بهدف إعادة استثمار هذه القوى الإرهابية في إطالة أمد الأزمة، ومحاولة حرمان سوريا من مواردها النفطية والزراعية في المنطقة الشرقية، وبالمحصلة إضعاف سوريا اقتصاديًا واستراتيجيًا بخلق حالة استنزاف ومشاغلة تفيد وتريح إسرائيل وتضعف محور المقاومة بغطاء وتورط تركي".
موقف سوري
أكدت سوريا، اليوم أنها ستواجه القوات التركية بمختلف أشكالها في أية بقعة من البقاع السورية وبكل الوسائل والسبل المشروعة.
نقلت وكالة الأنباء السورية الرسمية "سانا" عن مصدر رسمي في الخارجية السورية قوله إنه "بعد دعمه المستمر للإرهاب والإرهابيين في سوريا وتدريبهم وتسليحهم وحمايتهم وإرسالهم لقتل السوريين، يظهر علينا اليوم رئيس النظام التركي بتصريحات لا تخرج إلا عن شخص منفصل عن الواقع يتحدث فيها عن حرصه على حماية الشعب السوري وهو الأرعن القاتل الغارق بدم هذا الشعب عبر نظامه الأخونجي المجرم الداعم للإرهاب الراعي للمنظمات الإرهابية، التي قتلت ومازالت تقتل السوريين في أكثر من منطقة في سوريا".
وأضاف المصدر أن "تصريحات المجرم أردوغان اليوم وحديثه عن خوفه على الشعب السوري وحمايته وصون حقوقه وهو الذي يعتدي على السكان الآمنين في الشمال السوري تحت ذريعة محاربة الإرهاب".
وقال إن "هذه التصريحات لا تنم إلا عن نظام مرتكب للمجازر يرقص على كل الحبال و يتلطى بالشعارات الإنسانية وهو الأبعد عنها".
وأردف المصدر، أن "الجمهورية العربية السورية التي ردت على العدوان التركي في أكثر من منطقة عبر ضرب وكلائه وإرهابييه وهزيمتهم تؤكد أنها ستواجه العدوان التركي الغاشم بمختلف أشكاله في أية بقعة من البقاع السورية وبكل الوسائل والسبل المشروعة وتشدد أن قافلة مكافحة الإرهاب في سورية تسير ولن توقفها تصريحات أردوغان، أو أمثاله وإن حماية الشعب السوري هي مهمة الجيش العربي السوري والدولة السورية فقط".
عملية تركية
أعلن الرئيس التركي، رجب طيب أردوغان، يوم الأربعاء، (10 أكتوبر 2019) أن العملية التركية شمال شرقي سوريا تدعى "نبع السلام".
وأضاف أن العملية العسكرية التركية موجهة ضد "حزب العمال الكردستاني" وتنظيم "داعش" الإرهابي (المحظور في روسيا).
وجرى إطلاق هذه العملية، التي تعتبر الثالثة لتركيا في سوريا، بعد أشهر من مفاوضات غير ناجحة بين تركيا والولايات المتحدة حول إقامة "منطقة آمنة" شمال شرق سوريا لحل التوتر بين الجانب التركي والأكراد سلميا، لكن هذه الجهود لم تسفر عن تحقيق هذا الهدف بسبب خلافات بين الطرفين حول عمل هذه الآلية.
وبدأت تركيا تنفيذ عمليتها الجديدة بعد إعلان الولايات المتحدة، الاثنين، عن سحب قواتها من شمال شرق سوريا بقرار من الرئيس الأمريكي، دونالد ترامب، في خطوة انتقدها الأكراد بشدة على الرغم من وعده بتدمير اقتصاد تركيا حال "تجاوزها الحدود".
