Trade unionism and upgrading it as the battles of democratic transformation are still in its beginnings and the issues of national construction are still ongoing and renewed and should be played by the pool of professionals the most important role and the most urgent and will not come without solidifying and legitimizing union work .. الشعب السوداني برمته والعالم باسره يعرف الان ان تجمع المهنين يقود الحراك الثوري الذي انتظم الشارع السوداني بعد الاستجابة الجماهيرية غير المسبوقة لموكب المهنين الاول في 25/ديسمير/2018 وماتلاهو من مواكب شعبية متلاحقة شكلت خارطة طريق لبلورة المد الثوري ليحقق بالالتفاف الجماهيري حوله الاساس للكتلة الحرجة التاريخية للتغير.
ظل تجمع المهنين الاطار النقابي يكسب ثقة الشعب السوداني ويجمع الغضب الجماهيري المتراكم جراء الازمة الوطنية القديمة الجديدة شديدة التعقيد والتركيب. فلم تكن صدفة قيادة الحراك الثوري بل ضرورة املتها الوقائع الموضوعية. اعلن تجمع المهنين تسير موكب في 25/ديسمبر/2018 يتجه الى مباني المجلس الوطني ( البرلمان)ليعبر عن حدة الازمة الاقتصادية على منسوبيه فالانهيار الاقتصادي وتدهور العملة الوطنية وتلاشي الرواتب امام الغلاء تفرض التعبير عن مطلب حق الحياة الحرة الكريمة. تبنى تجمع المهنين مطالب منسوبيه من الاطباء والمعلمين والصحفين والمهندسين...الخ لقراءته الناضجه لعجز نقابة المنشأة في التعبير عن واقع العاملين وتطلعاتهم.فقد مثلت نقابة المنشأة حالة قصور في العمل النقابي والدور الوطني .فقد ظلت نقابة المنشأة تلعب دور المصرف لتصورات السلطة المغتربة عن مصالح السواد الاعظم من جماهير العاملين في كافة القطاعات.
فمن اسباب ميلاد تجمع المهنين اصلاح العمل النقابي والتعامل مع التخريب المنظم الذي شهدته الخدمة المدنية مما قاد الى مظاهر الانهيار الكلي للدولة السودانية.
يحمد الشعب السوداني قرار تجمع المهنين تجمع المهنين تحويل وجهة موكبه في 25/ديسمبر/2018 من البرلمان لرفع مذكرة مطلبية الى القصر الجمهوري لرفع مذكرة سياسية تدعو لتنحي الرئيس واسقاط النظام.فالدواعي لهذا التحول انتفاضة المدن السودانية التي بدأت في 13/ ديسمبر /2018 من مدينة الدمازين عززتها الخروج الاسطوري لمدينة عطبرة في 19/ديسمبر2018 . فقد افلح تجمع المهنين في تنظيم الغضب الشعبي العارم وتوجيهه نحو غايات وطنية ومعالجة سياسية مبتكرة للازمة المتفاقمة. دفع ثمن هذا التصدي الشجاع منسوبيه من الاطباء والمهندسين والمعلمين اكثر من ستون شهيد ومئات الجرحى بدرجات مختلفة والالوف من المعتقلين السياسين. فالواقع الراهن يؤكد ان تطور الحراك الثوري لتحقيق غاياته خلق ترابط بين الجسم النقابي والحركة السياسية السودانية. فتجاوز تجمع المهنين هذه العقبة فلاول مرة من اكثر من ربع قرن تتكامل التحالفات السياسية العديدة في مواقف عملية مشتركة على اساس ميثاق ( التغير والحرية) انصياعا لصوت الشارع السوداني بزخمه وقواه الحية وتطلعاته في التغير ومعالجة الانهيار والنهضة الوطنية تمثل حلم الاجيال الجديدة والتحول الديمقراطي الذي يمثل الشرط الضروري للاستقرار وتخطي حالة انسداد الافق.
الحراك الثوري الذي ابتدره تجمع النهنين صار الاطار العملي العام للاصلاح السياسي الوطني بل النقطة المركزية التي تدور حولها حركة العمل السياسي الوطني حكومة ومعارضة.مما يوجب على التجمع ان يوظف نجاحه الراسي بالتحرك الدؤوب الحثيث المثابر في الاتجاه الافقي في تنظيم العضوية وتحرير العمل النقابي اي يغوص في عمق اعماق مكوناته اي في ذات دعوته للمواكب التحرك لتحرير المنابر النقابية و ثم التوعية بحجم التخريب المقصود الذي تلبس العمل النقابي و ابراز حقائق القصور لنقابة المنشأة مما يحتم صياغة تصور نظري ومواقف عملية جدية ميدانية تتجه بالسرعة الضرورية للتخطيط لاصلاح العمل النقابي وتطوير الاجسام الراهنة وزيادة فاعليتها واحداث القطيعة الفكرية والنفسية مع التنظيم النقابي العاجز بالتعريف الجدي بنقابة المنشأة ودورها السالب التخريبي للعمل النقابي وانعكاساته على الخدمة المدنية والدولة السودانية عموما.
نثمن الجهد الجبار والملاحم الاسطورية التي قادها تجمع المهنين ومساهماته الرائد في التحول الديمقراطي واصلاح الدولة السودانية ومعالجة امراض الحياة السياسية السودانية.فالتطلع والعشم يتجه الى ان يلعب دور محوري مهم في تمتين البناء النقابي بصياغة تصور عملي نظري قابل للتنفيذ الان الان القضيته الاولى لتجمع المهنين اصلاح العمل النقابي والارتقاء به باعتبار ان معارك التحول الديمقراطي مازالت في بداياتها وقضايا البناء الوطني مازالت مستمرة ومتجددة ويجب ان يلعب فيها تجمع المهنين الدور الاهم والقدح المعلى ولن يتاتي ذلك دون تمتين وشرعنة العمل النقابي...فالاعتقاد الذي تسرب الى العقل الجمعي ان تجمع المهنين صمام امان التحول الديمقراطي وعليه ان يكون بمستوى التحدي.
