Al-Bilad newspaper published a dialogue with businessman Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, the founder and president of the Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org), warning of a "severe" economic crisis that will hit the world by 2020, and will be stronger and much stronger than in 2008.
Abu Ghazaleh said in an interview with Al-Bilad that what will happen is an economic crisis, not financial like its predecessors, that will eat "green and land" and lead to a large recession, high prices, unemployment and a "high" price hike.
Talal Abu-Ghazaleh International is a global provider of accounting, law, management consulting, technology transfer, training, education, intellectual property, information technology, recruitment, translation, publishing and distribution.
He called on countries, governments, companies and institutions of all sizes and sectors to prepare for and respond to this crisis, as appropriate.
Abu-Ghazaleh pointed out that the indicators that indicate that many, an expectation supported by many experts and economic thinkers and centers of studies and research around the world.
He pointed out that the West has already begun its preparations and has become concerned about the matter. Unfortunately, in the Arab countries, we are still "sleeping" on the subject, as there are no serious movements or equipment of value.
He explained that the crisis will begin in America and eliminate all economies of the world, as it is said, "When America sneezes the world gets the flu."
It is known that the global financial system is linked in one way or another to America, it controls the trade and movement of international funds, since the Bretton Woods Convention in 1944, when the dollar became the basic currency and reference in the world.
Abu-Ghazaleh predicted that the price of a barrel of oil due to the crisis for more than 150 dollars, which is considered an advantage for producing countries (the Arabian Gulf, for example) and vice versa in countries that depend on imports.
Causes of the crisis
As for the reasons, it started with the transformation of America into an oil importing country after consuming most of its potential. Therefore, it will impose its conditions on the markets because of its military strength to fall in prices, and the rising interest in the financial market will affect global markets.
"In addition to that, the US-led trade war against the world, led by China, which is the most serious opponents, a great struggle will not end, and everyone read and knew about the exchange of taxes, fees and sanctions between the two countries."
He stressed that China is a strong and fierce competitor to America, in various fields, as well as that most of the important American industries and its major companies are producing their work and evaluating their factories in China ... Naturally, Washington has a problem called Beijing.
"It does not stop here. Some research and research centers in America expect Washington to declare a real military war against China when the crisis occurs," he said.
He added that the problem is that high oil prices will serve America's opponents, such as Russia, Iran, Venezuela and others, which will further fuel the global situation.
On the Bahrain side, he said that he knew that Bahrain had the expertise and experts to develop solutions to immunize the Kingdom, but it was difficult to give a specific recipe for each country.
Digital Education
Abu Ghazaleh accused the educational system of all countries of the world, without exception, of being stupid and wrong, because it does not conform with the technology, stressing that he is considering filing a lawsuit against all institutions of higher education around the world in this regard, especially in the Arab countries.
He went on to say that all educational systems graduated from people with diplomas, but they were looking for a job, and therefore they were unemployed, stressing that the educational institutions did not adapt to the needs of the future market, namely invention and creativity.
"What is Google? It's a program, an idea, there's no raw materials, no products, no capital, but it's now the biggest company in the world. It's a trillion dollars, and that's what we need," he said.
"Did you not realize that if you do not change, the knowledge tsunami will destroy you?" I said to the attendees: "Why did you leave one like Bill Gates and not complete his studies?" (Abu-Ghazaleh, ...) You are leading people who cause a problem in the labor market. "
"Our affliction in the Arab countries is greater. At least the West is studying English, so the graduates can work anywhere, unlike us, where students study in Arabic, and thus we will eliminate their future."
"I have the largest law firm in the region, and I can not find Arab employees who are proficient in English to work with us. We need someone who can read and understand the documents they want to file a lawsuit in, mostly in English," he said.
He explained that everything around us evolved and accompanied the knowledge and digitization, except education, especially in the Arab countries, (...) Look at the industries around us, telephones, cars where and how they became?
Education reform before the economy
Abu-Ghazaleh reiterated that the Arab countries are suffering from the problem of the control of education ministries, which increases the delay and impairs progress towards the future. Government.
Abu-Ghazaleh stresses that education reform must precede economic reform and must precede the reform of all aspects of life. Abu Ghazaleh preferred to label the knowledge wealth we are living in the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which he considered stronger than the industrial, agricultural and other, pointing to the importance of creating a way to live under the artificial intelligence that will dominate everything. He pointed out that it is imperative for everyone, whether governments or the private sector or any entity, to keep up with the speed of technical development; because jobs have changed and jobs have become smart.
"For example, take the accounting profession, it is the maximum that will not exist after 20 years, where there will be no auditor, it will become a technology in full, and will be replaced by technical programs."
College of inventors
On the latest projects of the group, Abu-Ghazaleh said that a college in Jordan was launched, the first of its kind in the world, concerned with creativity. Its main idea is that the student can only graduate with an invention. "The world needs change," he said. "The future wealth comes from invention," he noted. For example, he noted how banks, real estate and energy companies were the largest in the world. Now, technology companies are in control.
And the new college, he said that they have 5 countries requested to open similar colleges, Bahrain is not one of them.

أبو غزالة للبلاد البحرينية .. أزمة اقتصادية ستأكل “الأخضر واليابس” عام ٢٠٢٠

نشرت صحيفة البلاد البحرينية حوارا مع رجل الاعمال طلال أبوغزالة ، المؤسس والرئيس لمجموعة طلال أبو غزالة الدولية ، حذر فيه من من أزمة اقتصادية “طاحنة” ستضرب العالم بحلول 2020، مركزها الولايات المتحدة الأميركية، وستكون أقوى وأشد بكثير من تلك التي حدثت في 2008.
وأكد أبو غزالة في حديث مع “البلاد” أن ما سيحدث هو أزمة اقتصادية، وليست مالية كسابقتها، ستأكل “الأخضر واليابس”، وستؤدي إلى كساد كبير، وغلاء وبطالة وارتفاع “فاحش” للأسعار.
ومجموعة طلال أبو غزالة الدولية هي شركات عالمية تقدم خدمات المحاسبة والمحاماة والاستشارات الإدارية ونقل التكنولوجيا والتدريب والتعليم والملكية الفكرية وتقنية المعلومات والتوظيف والترجمة والنشر والتوزيع.
ودعا الدول والحكومات والشركات والمؤسسات على مختلف أحجامها وقطاعاتها لضرورة الاستعداد لهذه الأزمة والتصدي لها، كل حسب ما يناسبه.
وأوضح أبوغزالة أن المؤشرات التي تدل على ذلك كثيرة، وهو توقع يؤيده به الكثير من الخبراء والمفكرين الاقتصاديين ومراكز الدراسات والأبحاث حول العالم.
وبيّن أن الغرب بدأ بالفعل استعداده وبات قلقا تجاه الأمر، لكننا للأسف في الدول العربية ما زلنا “نائمين” على الموضوع، حيث لا تحركات جدية ولا تجهيزات ذات قيمة.
وأوضح أن الأزمة ستبدأ بأميركا وتقضي على كل اقتصادات العالم، فكما يقال “عندما تعطس أميركا يصاب العالم بالإنفلونزا”.
ومن المعلوم أن النظام المالي العالمي مرتبط بطريقة أو بأخرى بأميركا، فهي تسيطر على التجارة وحركة الأموال الدولية، منذ اتفاقية “بريتون وودز” في العام 1944، عندما أصبح الدولار العملة الأساسية والمرجعية بالعالم.
وتوقع أبوغزالة أن يصل سعر برميل النفط جراء الأزمة لأكثر من 150 دولارا، وهذه اعتبرها ميزة للدول المنتجة (الخليج العربي مثلا) والعكس في الدول التي تعتمد على الاستيراد.
أسباب الأزمة
أما الأسباب، فبدأها بتحول أميركا إلى دولة مستوردة للنفط بعد استهلاك معظم إمكاناتها، وبالتالي فإنها ستفرض شروطها على الأسواق بحكم قوتها العسكرية للهبوط بالأسعار، كذلك ارتفاع الفوائد في السوق المالية هناك ما سيؤثر على الأسواق العالمية.
وتابع “يضاف إلى ذلك الحرب التجارية التي تقودها واشنطن ضد العالم، في مقدمته الصين التي تعتبرها أشد خصومها الحقيقيين، وهو صراع كبير لن ينتهي، والجميع قرأ وعرف عن تبادل الضرائب والرسوم والعقوبات بين البلدين”.
وأكد أن الصين منافس قوي وشرس لأميركا، وفي مختلف المجالات، فضلا عن أن معظم الصناعات الأميركية المهمة وشركاتها الكبرى تنتج أعمالها وتقيم مصانعها بالصين، (…) وطبيعي أن يكون لدى واشنطن مشكلة اسمها بكين.
وزاد أبوغزالة “الأمر لا يتوقف هنا، فبعض مراكز البحوث والدراسات في أميركا، تتوقع أن تعلن واشنطن حربا حقيقة عسكرية على الصين عندما تقع الأزمة”.
وأكد أن ما يزيد المشكلة بأن ارتفاع أسعار النفط سيخدم خصوم أميركا، كروسيا وإيران، فنزويلا وغيرها، وهو ما سيزيد تأجيج الموقف العالمي.
وعلى صعيد البحرين، قال إنه يعرف أن البحرين تمتلك من الخبرة والخبراء القادرين على وضع حلول لتحصين المملكة، مستدركا أنه من الصعوبة بمكان أعطاء وصفة خاصة لكل دولة.
التعليم الرقمي.. ضرورة
واتهم أبوغزالة النظام التعليمي بجميع دول العالم دون استثناء، بأنه غبي وخاطئ؛ كونه لا يتماشى (مع الفرق بين الدول) مع التقنية، مؤكدا أنه يدرس رفع دعوى قضائية على جميع مؤسسات التعليم العالي حول العالم بهذا الخصوص لاسيما بالدول العربية.
واستند بفكرته إلى أن جميع أنظمة التعليم تخرّج أشخاصا يحملون شهادات، لكنهم باحثين عن وظيفة، وبالتالي هم عاطلين عن العمل، مؤكدا أن مؤسسات التعليم لم تتكيف مع احتياجات السوق المستقبلية، وهي الاختراع والإبداع.
وتساءل لدعم فكرته “ما هي غوغل، إنها برنامج، فكرة، ليس فيها مواد أولية ولا منتجات ولا رأس مال، لكنها الآن أكبر شركة بالدنيا، فحجمها وصل تريليون دولار، وهذا ما نحتاجه”.
وتابع أبوغزالة “تساءلت في عدة محاضرات وكلمات ألقيتها بالشهور القليلة الماضية في جامعات هارفرد وmit وكولومبيا، وغيرها: ألم تدركوا أنه إذا لم تتغيروا فإن التسونامي المعرفي سيقضي عليكم، (…) قلت للحاضرين: لماذا ترككم واحد مثل بيل غيتس ولم يستكمل دراسته؟، (…) أنتم تخرّجون أناسا يتسببون بمشكلة في سوق العمل”.
وزاد “مصيبتنا بالبلدان العربية أكبر، فالغرب على الأقل يدّرسون باللغة الإنجليزية، وبالتالي يستطيع الخرّيج العمل في أي مكان، على عكسنا نحن حيث يدرس الطلاب بالعربية، وبالتالي نقضي على مستقبله”.
وضرب أبوغزالة مثالا حيا على ذلك، حيث قال “لدي أكبر شركة محاماة بالمنطقة، ولا أستطيع إيجاد موظفين عرب يتقنون اللغة الإنجليزية للعمل معنا، فنحن بحاجة إلى شخص يستطيع قراءة وفهم المستندات التي يريد رفع قضية فيها، والتي معظمها باللغة الإنجليزية”.
وأوضح أن كل شيء حولنا تطور وواكب المعرفة والرقمنة، إلا التعليم خصوصا في البلدان العربية، (…) انظر إلى الصناعات حولنا، التلفونات، السيارات أين كانت وكيف أصبحت؟

إصلاح التعليم قبل الاقتصاد
وعاد أبوغزالة ليؤكد أن الدول العربية تعاني مشكلة سيطرة وزارات التعليم (الحكومات) على التعليم، وهو ما يزيد التأخير ويعطل التقدم نحو المستقبل، موضحا أن دولا متقدمة استطاعت السير بخطوات كبيرة بهذا الاتجاه، فثملا بأميركا وفنلندا لا توجد وزارة تعليم أساسا، فيما ألغت السويد التعليم الحكومي نهائيا.
ويؤكد أبوغزالة أن إصلاح التعليم يجب أن يسبق إصلاح الاقتصاد، بل يجب أن يسبق إصلاح كل مناحي الحياة، موضحا أنه لا يمكن القضاء على الفساد بشكل نهائي مثلا إلا بالتحول الرقمي؛ لأنه عندما يكون هناك حكومة إلكترونية ومواطن إلكتروني وخدمات رقمية، فإن ذلك سيلغي التمييز؛ كون الجهاز لا يعرف الأسماء و”الواسطات والمحسوبيات”، مبينا هناك ضرورة ملحة لنقفز إلى التعلم الرقمي، فتقدم الدول الآن يقاس بعدد المواطنين الرقميين، (بالدول الإسكندنافية يصل إلى 90 %).
توفر الفرص في عصر الإنترنت
أما المشكلة الثانية الأعظم، فهي بحسب وجهة نظر أبوغزالة توفر الفرص، حيث لم تتجهز الدول إلى المستقبل والعصر الرقمي، (…) نحن انتقلنا من التعليم إلى التعلم، والشخص يستطيع الآن أن يعلم نفسه، وأن يصبح عالما بفضل التقنية والإنترنت الذي بات يوفر كل المعلومات.
وفضّل أبوغزالة تسمية الثروة المعرفية التي نعيشها بالثورة الصناعية الرابعة، والتي اعتبرها أقوى من الصناعية والزراعية وغيرها، منبها إلى أهمية خلق طريقة للعيش في ظل الذكاء الاصطناعي الذي سيطغى على كل شيء. وأشار إلى أن ذلك يحتم على الجميع سواء حكومات أو قطاع خاص أو أي جهة كانت، مواكبة سرعة التطور التقني؛ لأن الوظائف تغيرت وفرص العمل أصبحت ذكية.
وتابع “مثلا خذ مهنة المحاسبة، فهي بأقصى حد لن تكون موجودة بعد 20 عاما، حيث لن يكون هناك مدقق حسابات، فالأمر سيصبح تكنولوجيا بالكامل، وسيحل محلها البرامج التقنية”.
كلية المخترعين
وعن أحدث مشروعات المجموعة، بيَّن أبوغزالة أنه تم إطلاق كلية بالأردن هي الأولى من نوعها على مستوى العالم تعنى بالإبداع، وفكرتها الرئيسة تكمن في أن الطالب لا يستطيع التخرج إلا بعمل اختراع ما. وأكد أن العالم يحتاج التغيير، فالثروة في المستقبل تأتي من الاختراع، (…) لاحظ مثلا كيف كانت بالسابق البنوك وشركات العقارات والطاقة هي الأكبر على مستوى العالم. أما الآن، فشركات التقنية هي التي تسيطر.
وعن الكلية الجديدة، أكد أن لديهم 5 دول طلبت فتح كليات شبيهة فيها، البحرين ليست واحدة منها.
جديد طلال أبوغزالة
إصدار كتاب عن مستقبل المعرفة، يتكلم عن أثر وأهمية الذكاء الاصطناعي الذي سيغير كل شيء بالدنيا.
كلية العلوم المستقبلية (كلية المخترعين) بدأت في الأردن، وهناك طلبات من الإمارات، العراق، فلسطين، ودولتان تحت البحث.
عضوية فريق جديد يتبع الأمم المتحدة يحمل مسمى فريق تقنية الذكاء الاصطناعي.
عضوية فريق المستوى العالي للخبراء في التحول بالأثر الاقتصادي، (الأمم المتحدة)، يقيس الفريق كل تقدم تقني مالي، سياسي، تعليمي، وأثره على الإنسان. وهو يضم 12 عضوا خبيرا يمثلون دول العالم الرئيسة والشركات الكبرى، (…) زوجة بيل غيس إحدى الأعضاء.
٨٠ عاما من النجاح
ويعد أبوغزالة، الذي شارف على دخول عامه الـ 81، من الشخصيات العصامية التي بنت نفسها بنفسها، وذاق طعم الحرمان والمعاناة منذ طفولته، إذ عاش لاجئا بعد أن احتل الكيان الصهيوني مسقط رأسه فلسطين؛ لينتقل مع عائلته إلى لبنان ومن ثم بدأت حكاية النجاح.

وطالما اعتبر المعاناة نعمة دفعته إلى التفوق والبقاء في كل نواحي حياته بالمقدمة، ساردا العديد من التجارب الخاصة التي كانت المعاناة سببا رئيسا في الحصول عليها مثل حصوله على المركز الأول بشهادة البكالوريا على مستوى لبنان، وهو أمر سعى له بقوة للحصول على البعثة الجامعية الوحيدة التي توفرها وكالة الأمم المتحدة لإغاثة وتشغيل اللاجئين الفلسطينيين “الأونروا”.
وأشار إلى كتاب ألفه بهذا الخصوص يحمل عنوان “قصص من حياة أنعم الله عليها بالمعاناة”، وهو يتضمن 30 قصة شخصية عن حياته شكلت تحديا ونجاحا بسبب المعاناة.
ولا يؤمن ضيفنا بالتقاعد، إذ يدعو إلى مواصلة العمل لآخر رمق، فهو يعتقد بأن الصحة تأتي مع العمل، بقوله: “اشتغلوا تصحوا”، (…) أنا أعمل 12 ساعة يوميا و7 أيام بالأسبوع.
ويؤكد أبوغزالة أن الفرص المتاحة للشباب اليوم لا تحصى، كما أنها لا تقارن بتلك التي كانت متوافرة سابقا، رابطا ذلك بعصر السرعة والتقنية وبالإنترنت الذي أتاح كل شيء وفتح الأبواب على مصراعيها.
وتابع “الإنترنت هو المكان الوحيد بالدنيا (بالطبع مكان افتراضي) الذي يحقق الديمقراطية الكاملة”.
