When I served as Secretary of Labor during the Clinton administration, President Clinton’s commitment to putting people first was clear. And his leadership was vital to getting important legislation passed for all Americans, like an increase in the minimum wage and the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
Today, that commitment and leadership live on through the extraordinary work of the Clinton Foundation. From expanding economic opportunity for African farmers to working to reduce the number of opioid-related overdose deaths across America, he continues to challenge me and all those around him to work together to create a better future.
