بلغت الحرب الدعائية بين قطر والسعودية ذروة جديدة بعد الحادثة المحرجة التي وقعت أمس عندما طرد عمال النظافة في مستشفى الشفاء في غزة السفيرَ القطري محمد العمادي، الذي زار غزة وعقد فيها مؤتمرا صحفيا صرح فيه عن تقديم مساعدات بمبلغ 9 مليون دولار لسكان غزة.
في حين تطرقت القنوات الإخبارية السعودية إلى الحادثة، اختارت قناة الجزيرة القطرية التشديد على النشاطات القطرية لصالح مواطني غزة متجاهلة الحالة المحرجة. وتطرقت حماس إلى الحادثة المحرجة وشنت هجوما عبر وسائل الإعلام مشددة على مساهمة حلفائها القطريين طويلة السنوات، ولكن إضافة إلى الحرب الإعلامية، ثمة أهمية بالغة للاحتجاج في الوقت الحاليّ. هذه هي المرة الأولى التي يعبّر فيها مواطنو غزة عن استيائهم ضد حكم حماس من الناحية الاقتصادية.
الصورُ ربما لا تروي الحقيقةَ ولكن مقاطع الفيديو تفعل ذلك بشكل مؤكد، فالشاب الغزي الذي تسلق على السطح ونكس العلم القطري، قام بذلك رغم أنه كان مدركا أنه قد يتعرض لمهاجمة قوات الأمن التابعة لحماس. تحدث المواطنون أمام الكاميرات عن المُساعَدات القطرية التي لا تصل إلى الجهة الصحيحة وقد تحدث الأفراد عن هذه الحقيقة في الماضي بشكل سري. يمكن أن نستنتج من ذلك استنتاجين: أولا - أصبح مستوى اليأس في غزة هائلا. ثانيا - ربما لم يعد يخاف المواطنون كثيرا أو أن ليس لديهم ما يخسرونه.
من جهة قطر، ربما تشهد اللاصقات التي تحمل صورة الأمير تميم والكتابة "شكرا لك يا قطر" والتي ترافق إرساليات المساعدة القطرية على أن المحبة والدعم لا يمكن شراؤهما. يدعي الغزيون أن معظم المشاريع الإنسانية هي مشاريع تجارية بهدف الربح. يمكن قول الحقيقة والتوضيح أن هناك أماكن آمنة أكثر في وسع القطريين الاستثمار فيها بدلا من غزة، علاوة على أنهم ليسوا مجبرين على تقديم المساعدات. تقدم قطر المساعدات كجزء من دعمها للإخوان المسلمين الذين يشكلون ذراعا فلسطينيًّا (حماس)، لتظل لاعبا إقليميا وصاحب النفوذ والتأثير ضد إسرائيل والولايات المتحدة، وسعيا للحصول على دعم الفلسطينيين. ولكن يبدو أن الهدف الأخير لم يعد هاما.
في هذه الأيام التي يسود فيها توتر بين إسرائيل وحماس، ويكمن خطر خوض حرب إضافية، يستحسن الاهتمام بالوضع الإنساني في قطاع غزة الذي قد يؤثر في قرار حماس بشأن تصعيد الوضع. شهدت أحداث أمس إثباتا على أن هناك تزايد في مستوى الضغط.
