Public order people ... Taaani!

I have to confirm that we are going through a political process that is at odds with the historical development of societies. Ideology is directly devoted to controlling everything. I have the feeling that I will live in a state of eternal astonishment that will not soon disappear from the state of madness that the political authority has with its police, laws and legislators. And officials at various levels, a madness that makes them all believe in whips and fines a tool to discipline people, forcing them to rearrange their choices in life.
The concept of public order is a social concept that has been built to achieve complete control over the personal choices and behavior of individuals, and has become increasingly an effective instrument of intimidation, with its open material on interpretations, probabilities and conjectures, and in its carefully crafted language that manipulates and mobilizes social power for its benefit and effectively operates both public and private spheres.
Takhilu that article 154 on prostitution known to meet men and women without a relationship with the legitimacy of the possibility of a sexual act! Thus, with all this generalization and openness to interpretations.

In general, I feel that even if I have the language, I can not describe how much I feel of the realism of what is happening, and the absurdity of this scene, which jails beggars with the same law of public order to win 300 c of them every time!
Overall it was an experience worth living, opening my eyes to the sights I was seeing and hearing from a distance and completing my fantastically incomplete parts.

ناس النظام العام... تااااني !

لابد ان اؤكد ابتداءا اننا نمر سياسيا بمرحلة تخالف مسار التطور التاريخي للمجتمعات، حيث الايدلوجيا تكرس عنف الدولة بشكل مباشر لتحكم سيطرتها على كل شيء، ولدي احساس بأنني سأعيش حالة دهشة ابدية، لن تزول قريبا من "حالة الجنون" التى تعيشها السلطة السياسية ببوليسها وقوانينها ومشرعيها ومسؤليها بمختلف مستوياتهم، حالة جنون تجعلهم جميعا يؤمنون بالسوط والغرامات اداة لتأديب الناس، وارغامهم على اعادة ترتيب خياراتهم في الحياة.
مفهوم النظام العام هو مفهوم اجتماعي تم بناؤه ليحقق سيطرة كاملة على خيارات وسلوك الافراد الشخصية، وصار بشكل متزايد اداة تخويف فعالة، بمواده المفتوحة على التأويلات والاحتمالات والظنون، وبلغته المصاغة بعناية بحيث تتلاعب بالسلطة الاجتماعية وتجيشها لصالحها، وباشتغاله بفعالية على كلا المجالين العام والخاص.
تخيلو ان المادة ١٥٤ والخاصة بالدعارة تعرفها باجتماع رجال ونساء دون علاقة شرعية مع احتمال حدوث فعل جنسي ! هكذا وبكل هذا التعميم والانفتاح على التأويلات.
تمثل هذه المادة بالنسبة لي حالة هوس بالفعل الجنسي الذي لابد ان يحدث حال اجتماع رجال ونساء، لابد ان يحدث شيء ما، وان لم يحدث فمن المرجح حدوثه، اي ان هنالك جريمة حاضرة بإنتظار فاعل ما، وفيه افتراض بأننا قصر او غير مسؤلون من سلوكنا بحيث لا يجوز قانونيا بقاؤنا في مساحة واحدة دون رباط شرعي!
اؤمن تماما بأن تهما كالدعارة وادارة مكان للدعارة والزي الفاضح، و الممارسات السالبة وغيره من الهراء، لايمثل سوى محاولات للإعتداء على خيارات شخصية ، وانتهاك فادح لخصوصية المواطنين/ات، فيما يشبه الهمبتة، او "القرصنة" بلغتنا كشباب.
عموما اشعر انني، حتى وإن امتلكت اللغة بنواصيها، لن استطيع ان اصف كم ما احس به من لاواقعية مايحدث، ومن عبثية كل هذا المشهد الذي يسجن متسولين بذات قانون النظام العام ليتربح منهم ٣٠٠ج في كل مرة!
عموما كانت تجربة تستحق ان تعاش، فتحت عيني على مشاهد كنت اراها واسمعها عن بعد ويكمل خيالي اجزاءها الناقصة.
في بوستات قادمة سأحكي عن ما حدث، وعن تجربة الحبس لخمسة ايام، وعن مشاهدات وتجارب ضحايا هذا الجنون، وعن دولة الجباية التي تجني شهريا اكثر من مليار جنيه شهريا من محاكم النظام العام.
