وهي استفزازية على نحو خاص، لكل "علماني" و"ليبرالي" و"شيوعي" و"يساري" و"مدني" عراقي أولاً، وعربي على وجوه العموم ... كاتب هذه السطور، ومن موقعه وموقفه المنتمي لهذه التيارات "غير الدينية"، يشعر بالاستفزاز والاستهداف أيضاً ... فهل تنوي إيران حقاً إعادة إنتاج نظامها السياسي في العراق، هل ثمة تفكير جدي في أرفع دوائر صنع القرار في طهران، بأن العراق يمكن أن يحكم على الطريقة الإيرانية؟ ... ألم يستخلص هؤلاء دروس الانقسام والاحتراب الأهليين، ونفاذ داعش إلى عمق الجغرافيا والبنية الاجتماعية العراقية، جراء ذلك؟ ... ألا يدركون أن أحد أسباب المُعمّقة للانقسام العربي – الكردي والطاردة لكرد العراق عن مركزه، إنما تتمثل في تلك السياسات والتحالفات القائمة على الهيمنة والاستتباع، وخلط الدين بالسياسة، التي ميزت "عراق ما بعد صدام"؟ ... والسؤال الأهم من كل ما ورد هو: هل نجح نموذج الحكم الإيران في موطنه الأصلي، حتى يجري التفكير بتصديره لدول الجوار؟ ... من يقبل بذلك، ومن يرتضي هذا المستوى السافر من التدخل الإيراني في صميم شؤون العراق الداخلية؟

نحن العلمانيون العرب، غير "المستتبعين"، من يساريين وقوميين ومدنيين وليبراليين ووطنيين، نعلن رفضنا لمحاولات فرض ما يسمى بـ "الصحوة" بقوة السلاح والمليشيات والمال على مستقبل العراق والعراقيين، وندعم بالقدر ذاته، الميول الوطنية – العروبية – الديمقراطية الآخذة في التجذر في خطاب التيار الصدري وممارسته السياسية وتحالفاته الانتخابية، ونتطلع لتجذير هذه التوجهات وتحويلها إلى منهج ثابت في العمل السياسي الوطني... كما نعلن وبالقوة ذاتها، دعمنا وتضامننا مع رموز التيار العلماني العراقي، بمدارسه المختلفة، التي تتعرض لأبشع عمليات الابتزاز والتهويل عشية استحقاق انتخابي هام، نراهن عليه ويراهن عليه العراقيون وأصدقاؤهم، للخروج من جملة الاستعصاءات التي تعتصرهم.

ولا نجد أكثر مما رد به تحالف "سائرون" على الوزير والمستشار الإيراني الرفيع، بأن العراق للعراقيين جميعاً، بصرف النظر عن خلفياتهم الدينية والعرقية وأيديولوجياتهم وميولهم السياسية والفكرية والاجتماعية، وأن العراق "السيّد- المستقل" وحده من يقرر شكل الحكم وتركيبة البرلمان والحكومة وطبيعة التحالفات الانتخابية وبرامجها، وأن على "الزائر الإيراني" أن يتوقف عند حدود بلاده، وألا يتخطاها إلى العمق العراقي، فالعراق بلغ سن الفطام، و"شبّ على الطوق"، وهو ليس بحاجة لوصاية من أحد، أياً كان ومن أية جهة أتى.

وليسمح لنا معالي الوزير – المستشار رفيع المستوى، بتقديم جردة حساب عن سنوات حكم "الصحوة" الخمسة عشر، إذ احتل العراق صدارة قوائم الدول والحكومات المضروبة بآفة الفساد، وتحول إلى ملعب لدول الجوار الإقليمي وجيوشها (العراق وتركيا) ومليشياتها، دع عنك "الناتو" وقواعد البنتاغون المنتشرة على أرض الرافدين، وبات ساحة لكل أشكال التدخل في شؤونه الداخلية، وأمكن لعصابة إجرامية من مثل داعش، أن تسيطر على ثلث مساحته بين عشية وضحاها، في "عزّ" هيمنة "الصحوة" وتفردها بحكم العراق، وهو اليوم أكثر انقساماً مما كان عليه منذ استقلاله الوطني، أما عن انهيار منظومة الخدمات من ماء وكهرباء وخدمات صحية وتعليمية، فحدث ولا حرج، وأمامه مشوار الثلاثين عاماً لبناء ما دمرته حروبه الداخلية وحروب الآخرين عليه، من دون أن يتوفر لأحد من أبنائه وبناته الثقة بكفاءة الطبقة السياسية الحاكمة، الصحوة أساساً، وقدرتها على التصدي باقتدار لتحديات "مرحلة ما بعد داعش" و"ما بعد الاستفتاء".

من حق العراقيين أن يحاسبوا أحزابهم وطبقتهم السياسية على الفشل المتكرر والمتراكم الذي منيت به هذه الطبقة (وفي قلبها الصحوة)، خلال العشرية الفائتة، والانتخابات هي فرصة العراقيين لتقييم المسار وتقويمه، وليس من حق أحد أن يقف بين الناخب العراق وصندوق الاقتراع ... ليس من حق أحد، أن يحول بين من يضع العراقيون فيه ثقتهم، سواء أكان من العلمانيين أو "الصحوويين" وبين وصوله إلى الندوة البرلمانية وحكومة ما بعد الانتخابات.

ونجدها مناسبة لمخاطبة "المستتبعين" من يساريين وقوميين، أردنيين وفلسطينيين وعرباً، لقراءة مغزى هذه التصريحات ومضامينها، وألا يسمحوا لبعض مواقف طهران وشعاراتها، أن تحجب عنهم رؤية مواضع أقدامهم، وأن ينفضوا عن أنفسهم غبار "التبعية" و"الاستتباع"، فالمقاومة في الأصل، من صنعتهم، فهم أول الرصاص في حركات التحرر من الاستعمار وأول الحجارة في انتفاضات فلسطين والربيع العربي، هم أول من دعم وساند الثورة الإسلامية ضد شاه إيران، وأول من اصطف إلى جانب الشعوب المستضعفة في العالم... أما تراجع أدوارهم الحالية، فلا ينبغي أن يكون سبباً لتسويق وتسويغ "ذوبانهم" وفقدانهم للونهم وهويتهم الفكرية والإيديولوجية، فلا مطرح لهؤلاء في سلم الأولويات الإيرانية و"الصحوية" إلا من موقع القوة والتميز، أما التبعية والاستتباع، فلن تجعل منهم سوى "كومبارس" أو "خرزة زرقاء" في أحسن سيناريو، و"أيتام على مأدبة لئام"، في أسوئها.
