Lavrov: Washington is an ally in an effort to change the regime in Syria
The Russian foreign minister said that the United States views the organization as "an advocate" of its ally in working to change the regime in Damascus
Lavrov said during a joint press conference with his Portuguese counterpart, Augusto Santos Silva, in Lisbon, that Washington offered conditions to fight the "da'ash" indicating that it has a hidden agenda in Syria
Lavrov said: "The US State Department said a few days ago that" dashing "has not yet been defeated, and that defeating it requires regime change in Syria as a prerequisite. This confirms my guess that the Americans consider" dashing "as justification for their military presence in Syria and what may amount to an ally in Conflict with the Syrian regime "
"This means that the main goal (for Washington) is to change the regime and not to win a" push "

لافروف: واشنطن تعتبر داعش حليفا في الجهود من أجل تغيير النظام في سورية
اعتبر وزير الخارجية الروسي أن الولايات المتحدة تنظر إلى تنظيم "داعش" على أنه حليف لها في العمل على تغيير النظام في دمشق.
وأشار لافروف خلال المؤتمر الصحفي المشترك مع نظيره البرتغالي أوغوشتو سانتوش سيلفا في لشبونة اليوم السبت، إلى أن طرح واشنطن شروطا لمحاربة "داعش" تدل على امتلاكها أجندة خفية في سورية.
وقال لافروف: "الخارجية الأمريكية صرحت قبل أيام بأن "داعش" لم يهزم بعد، وأن دحره يتطلب تغيير النظام في سورية كشرط مسبق أساسي.. هذا يؤكد تخميني بأن الأمريكيين ينظرون إلى "داعش" كمبرر لوجودهم العسكري في سورية وما قد يرقى إلى حليف في الصراع مع النظام السوري".
وأضاف الوزير الروسي: "هذا يعني أن الهدف الرئيس (لواشنطن) هو تغيير النظام وليس الانتصار على "داعش".
