According to the statement, Prince Tamim will be in Turkey to participate in the fourth meeting of the Turkish-Qatari Higher Strategy Committee held in Istanbul.

The presidential statement also indicated that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani would chair the meeting.

The fourth meeting of the Turkish-Qatari Higher Strategy Committee will discuss bilateral relations and means of developing them in all fields, as well as exchanging views on regional issues.

Turkey-Qatar agreements are expected to be signed in several areas, according to TRT.

The upcoming visit to Qatar is the second in November and the third this year, where he made a special visit to Istanbul on November 7.

On December 2, 2015, the Committee held its first meeting in the Qatari capital of Doha, headed by Erdogan and the Emir of the State of Qatar, and witnessed the signing of 15 agreements between the two countries.

Al-Kuwari said during the Turkish-Qatari meeting in February that the number of Turkish companies in Qatar exceeds 205, including 186 joint companies, and 19 with full ownership of Turkish capital.

The volume of trade exchange between the two countries until the end of 2017 amounted to 1.3 billion US dollars, registering a rise of more than 46% compared to 2016, according to official statistics of the Qatar Chamber of Commerce

يقوم أمير قطر، الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني، بزيارة عاجلة إلى الجمهورية التركية غدا، الإثنين 26 نوفمبر/ تشرين الثاني.

وبحسب قناة “تي آر تي” التركية، من المقرر أن يستقبل الرئيس التركي رجب طيب أردوغان، الأمير القطري في مدينة إسطنبول، وفق بيان حصلت عليه القناة من رئاسة الجمهورية.

وأفاد البيان، أن الأمير تميم سيحضر إلى تركيا للمشاركة في الاجتماع الرابع للجنة الاستراتيجية التركية — القطرية العليا المنعقدة في مدينة إسطنبول.

وأشار البيان الرئاسي أيضا إلى أن الرئيس التركي رجب طيب أردوغان، والأمير القطري الشيخ تميم بن حمد ال ثاني سيترأسان الاجتماع.

وأكدت وكالة الأنباء القطرية، أن الاجتماع الرابع للجنة الاستراتيجية التركية — القطرية العليا، سيتناول العلاقات الثنائية وسبل تطويرها في كافة المجالات فضلا عن تبادل الآراء فيما يتعلق بالقضايا الإقليمية.

ومن المقرر أن يتم التوقيع على اتفاقيات مشتركة بين تركيا — قطر في مجالات عدة، وفق “تي آر تي”.

والزيارة المرتقبة لأمير قطر هي الثانية خلال شهر نوفمبر الجاري والثالثة خلال هذا العام، حيث أجرى زيارة خاصة إلى إسطنبول يوم 7 نوفمبر.

وفي 2 ديسمبر 2015 عقدت اللجنة المذكورة أول اجتماع لها بالعاصمة القطرية الدوحة، برئاسة أردوغان وأمير دولة قطر، وشهدت توقيع 15 اتفاقية بين البلدين.

وترتبط تركيا وقطر بعلاقات استراتيجية مميزة، ترجمتها قمم متواصلة جمعت زعيمي البلدين، تجاوزت سقف الـ15 قمة منذ تولّي أردوغان الرئاسة في العام 2014، وهو ما انعكس في سرعة ارتقاء التعاون والتنسيق، ليبلغ درجة عالية من التوافق في التعامل مع ملفات الإقليم والعالم.

وسبق أن أكد نائب رئيس غرفة قطر، محمد بن أحمد الكواري، أن العلاقات القطرية – التركية تشهد نمواً متسارعاً، وهو ما مهّد الطريق لزيادة حجم التبادل التجاري بين البلدين إلى 1.5 مليار دولار سنوياً.

وأضاف الكواري خلال الملتقى التركي القطري، في فبراير الماضي، أن عدد الشركات التركية في قطر يزيد على 205، منها 186 شركة مشتركة، إلى جانب 19 بملكية كاملة لرأس المال التركي.

وبلغ حجم التبادل التجاري بين البلدين حتى نهاية 2017، 1.3 مليار دولار أمريكي، مسجّلاً ارتفاعاً بأكثر من 46% مقارنة بـ2016، حسب إحصائية رسمية لغرفة قطر التجارية.

كما بلغ حجم التبادل خلال الربع الأول من 2018 ما يزيد على 200 مليون دولار، بارتفاع بنسبة تتراوح ما بين 20 و30% مقارنة بنفس الفترة من العام الماضي.

وقدّر السفير التركي لدى الدوحة، فكرت أوزر، حجم استثمارات شركات المقاولات التركية في قطر بنحو 16 مليار دولار أمريكي، كما قدّر عدد الجالية التركية في الدوحة بنحو 7 آلاف مواطن تركي.

وحالياً يوجد في قطر نحو 186 شركة قطرية تركية مشتركة، ونحو 19 شركة تركية بملكية كاملة، وفقاً لأرقام غرفة تجارة قطر.
