Is the rise of the left in the Americas a sign of the election results in the United States?
In November, the Americas, North and South, underwent a number of changes, signaling a decline in right-wing ruling currents in exchange for their continental rivals winning.
Argentina has undergone a profound transformation with the victory of the leftist (Peron) candidate Alberto Fernandez and his former vice president Cristina Fernandez de Kouchner, in an election race in which more than 26 million voters participated. هل صعود اليسار في الأمريكتين علامة على نتائج الانتخابات في الولايات المتحدة؟

في هذا الشهر نوفمبر ، مرت الأمريكتان ، الشمالية والجنوبية ، بعدد من التغييرات التي تدعو للتامل في المسارالذي ستفضي له في نهاية المطاف ، فاهم التغييرات  هزيمة وانخفاض شعبية  التيارات الحاكمة اليمينية في مقابل تصاد شعبية و فوز منافسيها اليسارين في القاريين.

شهدت الأرجنتين تحولا عميقا بعد فوز المرشح اليساري (بيرون) البرتو فرنانديز ونائبته السابقة كريستينا فرنانديز دي كوشنر ، في سباق انتخابي شارك فيه أكثر من 26 مليون ناخب. في بوليفيا  فوز الرئيس الاشتراكي أكتوبر المنصرم ، ففي هذا الشهر اتهم الولايات المتحدة بمحاولة انقلاب فاشلة ، تلتها  عمليةهبوط مروحيته القسري في جبال الأنديز العليا وسط اتهامات بأن حلفاء واشنطن العسكريين مسؤولون عن محاولة اغتياله.

في أوروغواي ، جنوب الحدود البرازيلية ، حصل دانييل مارتينيز ، مرشح "الجبهة العريضة" للرئاسة ، على نسبة عالية من الأصوات.

كما أطلقت المحكمة الاتحادية العليا في البرازيل سراح الرئيس السابق لولا دي سيلفا ، وهو زعيم يساري مناهض لواشنطن في أمريكا الجنوبية. وحُرمت من السجن لمدة عام ونصف العام بتهم فساد ملفقة.

في بداية شهر نوفمبر ، أجريت انتخابات محلية في بعض الولايات الأمريكية لعدد محدود من المناصب ، بما في ذلك حكام الولايات ومجالس الكونغرس المحلية. كما فاز الحزب الديمقراطي بمجلسي الولاية ، المجلس التشريعي ، لأول مرة منذ التسعينيات.

في ولاية حيوية أخرى هي كنتاكي ، معقل السناتور الجمهوري ميتش ماكونيل. فاز المرشح الديموقراطي آندي بيشر بحاكم الولاية ، الذي كان والده آخر حاكم ديمقراطي لفترتين متتاليتين. فاز الرئيس ترامب الدولة بنسبة 30 نقطة مئوية في الانتخابات الرئاسية عام 2016.

إن حصيلة هذه الولاية ، التي يغلب عليها الطابع الجمهوري ، هو البرنامج الفائز للرئيس ، والذي ركز على سياسات الرئيس ترامب المتمثلة في تخفيض الخدمات الصحية والمعاشات التقاعدية للمسنين ؛

في سعيه لاستقراء النتائج الأولية لهذه الانتخابات المحدودة ، من الصعب البناء على استنتاجات تدعم الحزب الديمقراطي على وجه الخصوص ، لا سيما بالنظر إلى تعدد الشروط والعوامل التي أدت إلى انتصار مرشحي الحزب الديمقراطي ، وبعضها يرجع إلى آلية الحزب المنظمة وغيرها لطبيعة المرشح ، كما تشهد ولاية كنتاكي.

لا تشير النتائج الإجمالية للانتخابات في هذه المرحلة المبكرة إلى تحول كبير في الحالة المزاجية من تحقيق مجلس النواب لإقالة الرئيس ترامب ، على الرغم من أن بعض مساعديه السابقين قدموا توضيحات لدعم التهم الموجهة إليه فيما يسمى فضيحة "بوابة أوكرانيا".

كما أن آخر استطلاعات الرأي لا تؤيد فرضية عزله ، وفقًا لاستطلاع أجرته قناة فوكس نيوز ، أن 51٪ يؤيدون التحقيق لعزله ، وهي أعلى نسبة مسجلة في هذا الصدد ، لكنها لا تشير إلى وجود أغلبية ساحقة للحزب ديمقراطي. فرغبات العزل تظل رغبات ، على الرغم من أن غالبية استطلاعات الرأي تشير إلى الوضع المتازم بسبب الاصرار على التحقيق فلا يوجد مايؤكد ان الديمقراطين يطلعون جديا لعزله ، مما يجعل المراقبين يقولون ان الديمقراطيين لا يسعون حقًا إلى عزل قدر ما يحاولون إلحاق الهزيمة به من خلال الانتخابات. إن عزل الرئيس أمر مكلف سياسياً بالنسبة إلى الولايات المتحدة لأنه سيؤدي إلى انقسامات واصطفافات حادة في المجتمع الأمريكي بأكمله. اي ان  مغامرة التحقيقات للرئيس من قبل الكونغرس يمكن النظر اليها بقراءة دقيقة لا تقود لعزل الرئيس لعدم وجود أدلة تدعم إقالة الرئيس كما ذكرت استطلاعات الرأي أن غالبية الشعب لا يثقون في تصرفات وخطط الحزب الديمقراطي في مجلس النواب. مشكلة الديمقراطيين ليس لهم مرشح قوي له جماهيرية تعادل او توازي جماهيرية وشعبية الرئيس ترامب.  فنائب الرئيس جون بايدنتحاصرة  العديد من القضايا و الهفوات المتصلة بالاداء المالي والاداري ، لذا دخل في سباق الانتخابات الرئاسية عمدة نيويورك السابق مايكل بلومبرج فقد ظلت مراكز صنع القرار في الحزب الديمقراطي لا تعتمد على المرشحين ، بيرني ساندرز وإليزابيث وارين.

الحقائق التي تظل ظاهره ان  الرئيس  ترامب يحافظ على مؤيديه فمازالت له شعبية رغم العمل السياسي المضاد الذي يقوده الحزب الديمقراطي، فعلى الرغم من سيل الاتهامات والانتقادات الموجهة له فما زال متماسك. بل تميل قاعدة مؤيديه إلى "إهمال" الحملات المناوئة له وتبني سرديته بأنها ثمة "أنباء مفبركة." وان "مؤامرة محاكة بمكر ودهاء ضد الرئيس. فالحزب الديمقراطي يعتمد استراتيجية المضي قدما حتى نهاية السباق الانتخابي لضعف مرشحيه  الثلاث  لهذا احتاج لرابع لهذا نستطيع التاكيد بان دخول المليونير الامريكي مايكل بلومبرج  سباق الرئاسة  يؤكد تبدل خطط وبرامج الحزب الديمقراطي وتصوراته لادارة السباق الانتخابي لكنه لم يمنح الحزب الديمقراطي نقطة افضلية للترجيح على الاقل في مستوى الاستطلاعات وقراءة الراي العام فالتقديرات الرجحة ان الحزب الديمقراطي باثارته لقضية التحقيقات والتلويح باقصاء الرئيس ترامب  بدأ خطوة تكتيكية في استراتيجية  متكاملة للمسار الانتخابي فطوال  السنوات الثلاثة الماضية  لم يكشف الحزب الديمقراطي عن انتهاكات للرئيس تجعلهم يستفيدوا من اغلبيتهم لعزل الرئيس فكل التوظيف العملي للحزب الديمقراطي لاغلبيته النيابية تركيز  منصب على  سن تشريعات تحظى بتأييد العامة وتدعم حظوظ الحزب و مرشحيه، وهي الخطة "السرية" المفترضة لكسب الانتخابات كما يدل المسار التاريخي للانتخابات الأميركية. فبعد ان افل نجم جون بايدن وظهور  مايكل بلومبرج يؤشر الى استراتيجية ديمقراطية ستجعل السباق اكثر حدة وجدية ولكنها لاتحسم المسار الانتخابي الذي يستطيع الرئيس ان يحرك فيه اوراق غالبا ما ستحدث مفارقات تقود لفوذه  بولاية ثانية  فالتجارب  في الانتخابات الامريكية على مر التاريخ تشير الى نجاح الرئيس بولاية ثانية في معظم الانتخابات الرئاسية الأميركية، باستثناء حالتي الرئيسين جيمي كارتر وجورج بوش الأب. فالمهدد الاكثر جدية ان  تبرز فضائح او انتهاكات جديدة دامغة تطال شخص الرئيس رغم ذلك نقول ان الانتخابات الامريكية تحتمل كل التكهنات الا الثقة  في النتائج لاسما هذه الدورة المعقدة على الصعيدين الامريكي والدولي.
