قطر وتركيا تفاوضان "داعش"


صحيفة "الأخبار" اللبنانية تقول إنها علمت أن الشيخ سالم الرفعي تواسط مع أمير داعش لمهلة 3 أيام لمنح فرصة وساطة قطرية تركية للافراج عن عناصر الجيش والعسكريين اللبنانيين بعدما كانت مفاوضاتهما مع جبهة النصرة فقط، لافتة إلى أن داعش نجح في رفع سقف التفاوض بتدخل تركيا وقطر.

تحت عنوان "قطر وتركيا تفاوضان "داعش" قالت صحيفة "الأخبار" اللبنانية إنه "لا جديد في أزمة العسكريين المختطفين التي تراوح مكانها، سوى تمديد "داعش" المهلة التي منحها للدولة اللبنانية 48 ساعة، قبل أن يبدأ بقتل العسكريين". وذكرت الصحيفة أنها علمت أن "الرئيس السابق لـ"هيئة علماء المسلمين" الشيخ سالم الرافعي، اتصل بأمير "داعش" في القلمون أبو طلال الحمد، وتوسط لإعطاء مهلة ثلاثة أيام أخرى لمنح فرصة لوساطة قطرية أو تركية"، مشيرة إلى أن مصادر الهيئة ذكرت أن "الرافعي حذر من أن ذبح أي عسكري سينعكس سلباً على النازحين". وذكرت "الأخبار" أيضاً أنه "نقلت إشارات إيجابية من وزير الداخلية نهاد المشنوق إلى أن الحكومة اللبنانية جدية في التفاوض، لكنها تنتظر تركيا وقطر لترتيب أوراقها في المفاوضات"، مشيرة إلى أنه "بذلك يكون "داعش" قد نجح بعد رفعه سقف التفاوض، باستجرار عروض للتفاوض من قطر أو تركيا، بعدما كانت الدولتان تعملان على خطّ التفاوض مع "جبهة النصرة " فحسب.
