 Sudan is an African-Arab country with multiple ethnic, cultural and racial configurations. The Sudanese identity supports the independent political decision of the state, while not denying regional, ethnic, and cultural identities. The grouping adheres to the concept of unity within the framework of diversity, for this grouping works the concept of the unity of Sudan after the referendum, confirming the unity of the land that does not accept division with the independence of the political decision, a will to fulfill the unity of geography, history and common destiny, that unity for which the fathers and grandfathers shed their blood to preserve them through the ages, even since Man knew stability on the planet. What makes the people of Sudan a common past and a shared present for this? We will work to build a common future.

Lasting peace, addressing territorial and territorial grievances, and addressing marginalization

Global and Sudanese experiences have confirmed the impossibility of establishing economic freedom in the absence of political freedom and vice versa that it is impossible to build a free and democratic country in the shadow of a rentier economy Or a state of care or economy dominated by the public sector. Public freedoms, the rule of law, transparency, accountability, and the fight against corruption are essential conditions that are inevitable for joining the trade organization. The Sudan Declaration finds that it brings us together that there is a package of measures and measures that must be accompanied to cross in overcoming the economic imbalance in all the executive stages we reduce it to:
 Rapid and urgent treatment of the living crisis, which grinds the majority of citizens by expanding opportunities for medium and small production, controlling prices and protecting consumers.
 Encouraging the cooperative system by enacting a cooperation law that does not contradict the principle of free trade to reduce the effects of openness on global investments.
 Vertical and horizontal expansion of production and services infrastructures.
 Expanding investment in national transportation and countries, qualifying existing appointments and linking them to the era through modernization.
 Dialogue with regional and international partners to establish a road transport link between the Atlantic and the Red Sea through which 20% of global merchants are expected to pass, in addition to linking the national market with landlocked countries located in the borders of the international road linking West and East Africa.
Upgrading the military system
 Reality is the international struggle, a struggle of interests, competencies, and capabilities that depend on competitiveness, which forces countries to use direct strategy. Modern countries, as they are concerned with every state, are seriously interested in the military system, which is supposed to be a quality of effectiveness and influencing the protection of supreme interests and realizing the requirements of national security Sudan. International peace, combating cross-border crime and fighting terrorism.
 Political reform and the rule of law.
 The careful consideration of the reality of the Sudanese national crisis clearly shows that its essence is a chronic political crisis. It has an ideological character (the regime of nationalist extremist military leaders (November 1958 - October 1964), the system of left-wing free officers (May 1969 - April 1985), the Islamic military regime (1989 - 2019) that ended with the popular revolution that was decided by the Civilian and Military Coalition ). Three democratic epochs passed through Sudan: The first democracy from 1956-1958 inherited from the colonial era, the second democracy 1964-1969, in which the right and the left allied themselves, so they overthrew the top military leaders and ended with the right-to-power assuming power.
