Imam Al-Sadiq al-Mahdi, head of the National Umma Party and Imam al-Ansar, expressed his deep dissatisfaction with what he called the practices of the Prime Minister that relate to national sovereignty and which are considered a legal and diplomatic violation that promotes to be an act that the law is accountable to. You can touch on what he called the crucial issues that must be approved by elected legislative bodies and a cabinet empowered by the people through elections.
He described the move as catastrophic, which would put the country fully under international wills and at the mercy of the international community.
He called on the sovereign council to take quick steps to address the situation and stop any international interference in the country, stressing that the National Umma Party is studying a number of options, including evaluating its partnership with freedom and change, and calling for urgent elections ending the transitional period through an elected government in which everyone participates ..

أعرب الإمام الصادق المهدي رئيس حزب الامة القومي وإمام الأنصار عن بالغ إستيائه من ما أسماها ممارسات رئيس الوزراء التي تتعلق بالسيادة الوطنية والتي تعتبر إنتهاكاً قانونياً ودبلوماسياً يرقي إلى أن يكون عملاً يحاسب عليه القانون، واستغرب المهدي من إتخاذ هذه الخطوة معتبراً أن مهام وصلاحيات الفترة الانتقالية لا يمكن أن تتطرق لما أسماها بالقضايا المصيرية التي يجب أن تتم إجازتها عبر أجهزة تشريعية منتخبة ومجلس وزراء مخول من الشعب عبر إنتخابات..
واصفاً الخطوة بالكارثية والتي ستضع البلاد تحت الوصايا الدولية بشكل كامل وتحت رحمة المجتمع الدولي..
داعياً المجلس السيادي لاتخاذ خطوات سريعة لمعالجة الوضع وإيقاف أي تدخل أممي في البلاد ، مؤكداً ان حزب الأمة القومي يدرس جملة من الخيارات من بينها تقييم شراكته مع الحرية والتغيير، والدعوة لانتخابات عاجلة تنهي الفترة الانتقالية عبر حكومة منتخبة يشارك فيها الجميع..
