The tale says that a donkey woke up and found himself facing a ferocious lion. He closed his eyes when he opened them, and found that Assad was afraid and fled in front of him in panic.
The ass felt surprised and then went shock and reassured a sudden courage Vnhjq even startle Assad and increased speed in his escape in front of the donkey. The donkey is encouraged and the lion is chasing him and running behind him in the wilderness. From her Morocco, her voices are raised, her ass encourages the icon of the new time. Some of them began to put their minds to think about the intelligence of donkeys and other advantages. The birds thought about how the new songs would be modeled on the braying of the donkey.
No matter how strange and strange, it has become the orbit of everyone's talk and the focus of their preoccupation. However, in one sudden moment the lion stopped and looked at the ass quietly with a smile.
- Come on guys to the feast.
Suddenly the donkey found himself surrounded by a number of hungry lions staring at him uncertified. Then the donkey realized his fate and realized the destruction, but summoned what remained of his courage and said:
Before I die I would like to ask you one question .. Why did you run away from me first?
Assad said: I did not run away from you how to believe that a lion escapes from a donkey
The donkey said: But I chased you and you evaded me.
Assad laughed until he almost lay on his shoulders, and the laughter laughed with him and giggled, and moved laugh and chuckling to other animals, birds and reptiles. Then the lion looked for the donkey and said,
- I didn't run away from you, donkey. I just bet my black comrades that I could bring food to them.
The poet said:
His dreams were assured by donkeys
You want the lion invaded

تقول الحكاية بأن حمارا استيقظ فوجد نفسه في مواجهة أسد شرس، فأيقن بالهلاك، وأدرك أنه مأكول مأكول. فأغمض عينيه فلما فتحهما، وجد أن الأسد خاف فهرب من أمامه مذعورا .
أحس الحمار بالدهشة ثم لما ذهبت الصدمة واطمأن أعترته شجاعة مفاجئة فنهق حتى جفل الأسد وازداد سرعة فى هربه من أمام الحمار . فتشجع الحمار ولحق الأسد يطارده ويعدو من خلفه في البرارى وكان الجميع يرون حمارا يطارد أسدا و الحمار ينهق ويركض وراءه بينما الأسد يهرب من أمام الحمار مذعورا.والحيوانات و الطيور والزواحف تتعجب من غرابة المشهد ، وظن بعضها أن سنن الحياة قد انقلبت وان الشمس توشك أن تشرق من مغربها فأرتفعت أصواتها تشجع الحمار أيقونة الزمان الجديد. وشرعت بعضها تقدح أذهانها للتفكير فى ذكاء الحمير ومناقبها الأخرى . وفكرت الطيور كيف ستؤلف الأغانى الجديدة على منوال نهيق الحمار.
ومهما كان الأمر عجيبا والمنظر غريبا فإنه صار مدار حديث الجميع ومحط إنشغالهم . بيد أنه فى لحظة واحدة مفاجئة توقف الأسد ، ونظر الى الحمار بهدوء وهو يبتسم ، وقال :
– هيا يارفاق إلى الوليمة.
فجأة وجد الحمار نفسه محاطا بعدد من الأسود الجائعة تحدق به غير مصدقة. حينئذ أدرك الحمار مصيره و أيقن بالهلاك لكنه استجمع ما بقى من شجاعته فقال:
قبل أن أموت أود أن أسألك سؤالا واحدا.. لماذا هربت منى بادىء ذى بدء؟؟
قال الأسد : أنا لم اهرب منك كيف تصدق أن أسدا يهرب من حمار
قال الحمار: ولكنى طاردتك وكنت تهرب منى.
ضحك الأسد حتى كاد أن يستلقى على قفاه ، و ضحكت معه الأسود وقهقهت ، وانتقل الضحك و القهقهة الى سائر الحيوانات و الطيور والزواحف. ثم أن الأسد نظر للحمار وقال :
– أنا لم أكن اهرب منك يا حمار. بل كل ما فى الأمر أنى راهنت رفاقى الاسود انى قادر على الإتيان بالطعام لهم( ديلفرى) .
قال الشاعر:
غرته احلام الحمير
تريد للآساد غزوا
