صحيح ان الاحتجاجات المتنامية في القاهرة قد لايستطيع اسقاط النظام في القريب العاجل. نعم قد ينجح بجذوره العميقة امتصاصها او تحجيمها لكنه لن يقتلها فشعب مصر يخرج ولاخيار له الا التغيير، فالمؤكد ان النظام غير قادر على معالجة الاسباب الجذرية للاحتجاجات الممثلة في القمع الممنهج للطبقة الوسطى عبر الافقار والتشريد ومطاردة الخصوم وتيار الفساد الذي يحكم بسم الجيش ويعمل عمليا على تفكيك الجيش، والسحق الجدي للسواد الاعظم من الناس ، والاثراء الفاحش للمجموعات المقربة من الحاكم بالحديد والنار. لاتستطيع اي قوى انقاذ اقتصاد دولة ظلت من 1977 بعد اتفاقية كامب ديفيد والسلام مع اسرئيل تعيش على الاعانات. تتوقف خططها العطايا والهبات الامريكية التي اوجدتها ظروف السلام الذي مضى ولن يعود. فمصر الان لاعب ثانوي في قضايا الحرب والسلام في الشرق الاوسط تدفع لها الرياض وابوظبي مقابل رهن الجامعة العربية لصالح الطموحات الخليجية المتحركة جديا لترث المنطقة العربية وتزايد وتفاوض باسم العرب.مصر فقد بالسلوك السياسي كل ميزاتها الجيوبلتيكية وصارت من التابعين.
