قدمت شركة الطيران الإسرائيلية "إل عال"، اليوم الأربعاء، شكوى قضائية عاجلة لمحكمة العدل العليا، ضد الدولة بسبب الامتياز الذي مُنح لشركة الطيران الهندية "إير إنديا" السفر بين الهند إلى إسرائيل عبر السعودية، بدعوى أن الامتياز خلق تمييزا مجحفا بحق الشركة الإسرائيلية التي لم تعد تقدر على التنافس على الخط.
وجاء في البيان الذي عممته "إل عال" أن توجهاتها للسلطات الإسرائيلية بشأن منحها نفس الامتياز مقابل السعودية لقيت آذان صماء. وأضافت أن الضرر الذي لحق الشركة في أعقاب القرار الذي وافقت عليه الحكومة الإسرائيلية عظيم. "إل عال تشغل 6000 موظف، والضرر الذي لحقهم في أعقاب القرار يصعب وصفه" جاء في بيان إل عال.
"توجهنا لرئيس الحكومة وللوزراء وتلقينا التزامات ضبابية بأنه في المستقبل قد يسمح للشركة بالطيران فوق السعودية. لكن شركة ربحية لا يمكنها أن تنتظر سنوات لكي تحظى بمنافسة عادلة".
وتخشى شركة "إل عال" أن تتوصل شرك عالمية أخرى إلى اتفاقات مع السعودية بالطيران في مجالها الجوي في رحلتها إلى إسرائيل مما سيلحق أضرارا جسيمة بالشركة الإسرائيلية التي لن تعود تقدر على المنافسة من ناحية الأسعار والوقت مع هذه الشرك.
فعلى سبيل المثال، الرحلة الجوية من الهند إلى السعودية عبر السعودية تكلف أقل ب47% من الرحلة التي تعرضها إل عال بمسار أطول، يلتف حول السعودية.
وجاء في ردّ وزارة المواصلات على هذه الشكوى أن إسرائيل تثمن الإنجاز السياسي التاريخي بالسماح للطائرات عبور المجال الجوي السعودي إلى إسرائيل. وأضافت الوزارة أنها تدعم منح "إل عال" فرصة متساوية للتنافس، وتوصي بتقديم تعويضات للشركة من الدولة في الظروف الحالية.
