Questions asked by Moscow to London on the issue of "Scrippal"
The Russian Foreign Ministry published the questions in the memorandum handed over by the Russian Embassy in London to the British Foreign Office concerning the Scrippel case.
The Russian Foreign Ministry said that "the Russian Embassy in Britain, on March 31 handed over a memorandum on the Scrippel fabricated case against Russia, containing a list of 14 questions."

Britain, accused Russia of involvement in the poisoning of former Russian intelligence officer Sergei Scrippal, and claimed that the material used in the attack developed in Russia.
 The Russian Federation categorically denied all speculation on the issue, noting that neither in the Soviet Union nor in Russia were programs to produce the material that Scrippel had attacked.

نشرت وزارة الخارجية الروسية، الأسئلة التي وردت في المذكرة التي سلمتها السفارة الروسية لدى لندن، إلى الخارجية البريطانية،  المتعلقة بقضية "سكريبال".
وقالت الخارجية الروسية إن "السفارة الروسية في بريطاينا، سلمت في 31 مارس مذكرة تتعلق بقضية سكريبال المفبركة ضد روسيا، تحتوي على قائمة من 14 سؤالا".

كما طالب الجانب الروسي من الخارجية البريطانية، تبيان على أي أساسات (علامات) تم إثبات "الأصل الروسي" المزعوم للمادة المستخدمة في سالزبوري، وهل لدى لندن عينات معيارية للمواد السامة الحربية، التي يسميها الجانب البريطاني بـ"نوفيتشوك"، كي يتم تحليلها والتأكد مما إذا كانت قد استخدمت بالفعل.
بالإضافة إلى ذلك، طرحت روسيا سؤالا عاديا عما إذا كانت هناك عينات للمادة الحربية السامة من نوع "نوفيتشوك" أو نظائرها في المملكة المتحدة، إذ يبدو أن البريطانيين لديهم ترياق، وتمكنوا من تحديد نوع المادة، وذلك بمقارنة عينات المادة التي يزعم أنها استخدمت مع تلك الموجودة لدى لندن بالفعل.
وشملت المذكرة الروسية أيضا أسئلة حول مشاركة فرنسا في التحقيق، جاء فيها: "على أي أساس تم إشراك فرنسا في الجانب التقني من التحقيق في الحادث الذي أصيب فيه مواطنون روس"؟
وتتساءل الخارجية الروسية في مذكرتها، عما إذا كانت بريطانيا أبلغت منظمة حظر الأسلحة الكيميائية، عن إشراك فرنسا في التحقيق في الحادث، وما إذا كانت نتائج التحقيق الفرنسي قدمت إلى أمانة المنظمة التقنية.
بالإضافة إلى ذلك، طالب الاتحاد الروسي، من بريطانيا، بالإجابة على الأسئلة المتعلقة بعلاقة فرنسا بالحادثة التي حصلت مع مواطنين روسيين على الأراضي البريطانية، وما هي قواعد التشريع الإجرائي للمملكة المتحدة التي تسمح لدولة أجنبية بالتدخل في تحقيق داخلي.
وطلب الجانب الروسي أيضا، معلومات عن مواد القضية التي شاركت لندن باريس في التحقيق فيها وكذلك معلومات عن إجراء باريس تحقيق خاص بها في القضية، وما إذا كان لدى المملكة المتحدة بيانات التحقيق الفرنسي، وما إذا كان الخبراء الفرنسيون حاضرين عندما أخذت العينات البيولوجية من سيرغي ويوليا سكريبال، وأخيرا، هل أجرى الخبراء الفرنسيون أبحاثًا على هذه المواد الحيوية وفي أي مختبرات حدث ذلك؟
