Nearly five months after Britain’s exit from the European Union, the British House of Commons has passed the controversial immigration bill, which was submitted by the British government, and contains a set of points and conditions for future European citizens ’obtaining a visa and residency in Britain.
The "points system" for immigration to Britain
To go and live in England, the "points system", proposed by the Boris Johnson government, stipulated certain conditions and achieving a total of 70 points, most notably:
That the visa or immigration applicant speaks English
To obtain a job offer in England in advance, according to a certain skill level
To have competencies required in the British market
His annual income exceeds 28,000 euros.
The British Parliament approved the adoption of the "points system" bill, which is related to settling and regulating the conditions and immigration of Europeans to the United Kingdom, especially after the exit of the latter from the European Union.
Only new arrivals are affected
"This law, which was passed on a first reading by the opposition, will now be amended, and whatever happens, this law will not enter into force until the end of Britain's exit period from the European Union, that is, almost on January 1, 2021," British journalist Arnaud Comte says. He added, "It is clear that the new draft law concerns only new arrivals, and will not have an impact on European immigrants, who have settled in the Kingdom for some time."

ما هي الشروط التي يحددها قانون الهجرة الجديد للعيش في بريطانيا؟ 
بعد ما يقرب من خمسة أشهر من خروج بريطانيا من الاتحاد الأوروبي، أقرّ مجلس العموم البريطاني مشروع قانون الهجرة المثير للجدل، الذي قدّمته الحكومة البريطانية، ويحتوي على مجموعة نقاط وشروط لحصول المواطنين الأوروبيين، مستقبلا، على التأشيرة والإقامة في بريطانيا.
"نظام النقاط" للهجرة إلى بريطانيا
وللذهاب والعيش في إنجلترا، اشترط "نظام النقاط"، الذي اقترحته حكومة بوريس جونسون، توفّر شروط معينة وتحقيق مجموع 70 نقطة، أبرزها:
أن يتحدّث المتقدم للحصول على التأشيرة أو الهجرة، اللغة الأنجليزية
أن يحصل مسبقا على عرض عمل في أنجلترا، وفق مستوى مهارات معين
أن تكون لديه كفاءات مطلوبة في السوق البريطانية
أن يفوق دخله السنوي 28000 يورو.
وقد صادق البرلمان البريطاني على اعتماد مشروع قانون "نظام النقاط"، الذي يتعلّق بتسوية وتنظيم أوضاع وهجرة الأوروبيين إلى المملكة المتحدة، خصوصا بعد خروج الأخيرة من الإتحاد الأوروبي.
تأثر الوافدون الجدد فقط
يقول الصحفي البريطاني ارنو كومت "سيتم الآن تعديل هذا القانون، الذي تم تمريره في قراءة أولى من قبل المعارضة، ومهما حدث، فإن هذا القانون لن يدخل حيز التنفيذ إلا في نهاية فترة خروج بريطانيا من الاتحاد الأوروبي، أي تقريبا في 1 يناير 2021"، مضيفا "من الواضح أن مشروع القانون الجديد يخصّ فقط الوافدين الجدد، ولن يكون له تأثير على المهاجرين الأوروبيين، الذين استقروا في المملكة منذ زمن".
