لم يستفق الجميع من هول أحداث مدينة كسلا والتي راح ضحيتها الأرواح البريئة من النوبة والبني عامر وقد تركت تلك الأحداث تداعياتها على الجميع وإذا بها تتفاجأ بحدث اخر شبيه به من حيث الأسباب والتي تبدو في بداياتها فردية بسيطة ثم تتطور لتشمل الجميع في شكل اثني ممنهج مما يدل على أن وراءها أيادي خفية تدبر الأمور في الخفاء ثم تذكي نارها في العلن بالسكوت تارة والتخلي عن مسؤولياتها تارة أخرى .

أن الأحداث التي انفجرت في مدينة كادوقلي بدأت شرارتها منذ فترة بنهب طرف لابقار الطرف الآخر وكان يمكن للسلطات المختصة أن تتدخل وتحل المشكلة ولكنها اثرت الصمت في تفسير غريب ينم على شئ ما وتركت الأمور تتطور وتصل إلى هذا الحد من الانفلات الأمني بالمدينة ،

أن مسؤولية حفظ الأمن والنظام وفق الوثيقة الدستورية للفترة الانتقالية من مسؤولية المكون العسكري الذي يجب عليه أن يقوم بذلك دون تراخي أو تنصل ولاسيما وقد توالت الأحداث ذات الطابع القبلي منذ فترة في أماكن كثيرة من البلاد بصورة تدل على أن هنالك من يحرك هذه الأحداث في الخفاء يجب الكشف عنه وتقديمه للعدالة.

أننا في هيئة محامي جبال النوبة ندين بابلغ العبارات هذه الأحداث التي هزت مدينة كادوقلي ونحمل الجهات المعنية بحفظ الأمن المسؤولية عن التقصير في القيام بدورها المنوط بها وكما تطالب الجهات المختصة بإجراء تحقيق سريع مستقل وشفاف للكشف عن ملابسات الحادث وتقديم الجناة إلى العدالة.

الهيئة تعبر عن بالغ أسفها لسقوط الضحايا وتترحم علي الشهداء وتتمنى عاجل الشفاء للجرحى والمصابين
