We support the institutions of the transitional period in restoring Sudan's relations with the international community on the basis of responsibility and effectiveness.
* We support the Sudanese state institutions in their struggle to protect borders, preserve sovereignty, and assign building and durable and just peace.
* We value the efforts of the state in seeking assistance from the state organization and stand behind all its steps for normalization with the international community and bypassing the historical estrangement resulting from national extremism and political misconduct.
The Central Council of the Movement of the Poor and Vanguard Movement met on May 1, 2020, and expressed its understanding of the heavy transitional duties imposed by the 2019 revolution on the institutions of the transitional period to fulfill popular aspirations, which are impossible to achieve without the highest levels of trust and serious cooperation with the international community. The tasks of peace and removing the effects of wars depend on the rule of law, guaranteeing public freedoms and upholding human rights. A just and lasting peace will not be achieved without the political, social and psychological effects of wars being removed, and before and after all, the re-destruction of wars by returning the displaced and refugees and uprooting the culture of wars from their roots by addressing the objective reasons that triggered wars, chief among them the mismanagement of pluralism, diversity and irrational waste of resources.
The Central Council of the Movement for the Readers and Vanguard of Revolutionaries believes that the 2019 revolution put Sudan at the first thresholds of the democratic transition that need to achieve national reconciliation, unify the internal front and besiege unbridled partisan tendencies by upholding the rule of law and equal citizenship. That is why we support the efforts of the government without reservation and its movement to cooperate with the international community and partners for the rest of the investigation The file of peace and transition from the minority state to the state of all the people.
The meeting appreciated the efforts of the transitional government institutions - the Sovereign Council and the Council of Ministers - in addressing the United Nations and the Security Council by sending an international mission with capabilities and effectiveness to overcome the effects of the old regime that put Sudan in an arbitrary confrontation with the international community, which caused the decline of Sudan's regional and international role and exacerbated national crises. Sudan is a central country on the continent of Africa with a long history of supporting peace and security efforts. It is time to find the necessary support to cross the lines of inflammation and catch up with the brown continent in building, urbanization and democratic transformation. It is unreasonable for Sudan to remain a focus of wars, violence and terrorism, going against the hands of the history movement Especially since Sudan, in its new era after the 2019 revolution, has placed upon itself tasks for the people, which are:
* Moving from a minority state to a state of all the people.
* Moving from one-party authority to the authority of all national components.
* Moving from wasting resources with wars to build peace and invest resources in sustainable development.
* Moving from an economy of scarcity, crises and wars to an economy of construction, abundance and a free market.
* Moving from a dominant, authoritarian crisis management to a state of institutions, the rule of law, and community sovereignty.
The meeting confirmed that it trusts the awareness and wisdom of the transport institutions, headed by the two presidents of the two councils, Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan and Dr. Abdullah Hamdouk - that it is on the path of the goals of the revolution and the aspirations of the people when it requested support and support from the international community to complete the steps of building peace and complex complex transition to a free and democratic Sudan, a support for the family International and anti-extremism extremism and regression.

بيان مهم من حركة الفقراء وطلائع الثوار
* ندعم مؤسسات الفترة الانتقالية في اعادة علاقات السودان بالمجتمع الدولي على اساس المسؤلية والفاعلية.
*ندعم مؤسسات الدولة السودانية في كفاحها من اجل حماية الحدود والحفاظ على السيادة واسناد البناء والسلام الدائم والعادل.
* نثمن جهود الدولة في طلب العون من المنظمة الدولة ونقف خلف كل خطواتها من اجل التطبيع مع المجتمع الدولي وتجاوز القطيعة التاريخية الناجمة عن التطرف الوطني وسوء السلوك السياسي.
اجتمع المجلس المركزي لحركة الفقراء وطلائع الثوار في الاول من مايو/2020 ، فابدى تفهمه لواجبات الانتقال الثقيلة التي فرضتها ثورة 2019 على عاتق مؤسسات المرحلة الانتقالية لانجاز التطلعات الشعبية والتي يستحيل انجازها دون اعلى مستويات الثقة والتعاون الجاد مع المجتمع الدولي. فمهام السلام وازالة اثار الحروب رهينة بسيادة حكم القانون وضمان الحريات العامة واعلاء حقوق الانسان. فالسلام الدائم العادل لن يتحقق دون ان تزال الاثار السياسية والاجتماعية والنفسية للحروب وقبل كل ذلك وبعده اعادة مادمرته الحروب بعودة النازحين واللاجئين واقتلاع ثقافة الحروب من جذورها بمخاطبة الاسباب الموضوعية التي فجرت الحروب وعلى راسها سوء ادارة التعدد والتنوع والهدر غير العقلاني للموارد.
يرى المجلس المركزي لحركة الققراء وطلائع الثوار ان ثورة 2019 وضعت السودان في اول عتبات التحول الديمقراطي التي تحتاج الى تحقيق الوفاق الوطني وتوحيد الجبهة الداخلية ومحاصرة النزعات الحزبية الجامحة باعلاء دولة القانون والموطنة المتساوية .لهذا ندعم جهود الحكومة دون تحفظ وتحركها للتعاون مع المجتمع الدولي والشركاء بقية تحقيق ملف السلام والانتقال من دولة الاقلية لدولة كل الشعب.
ثمن الاجتماع جهود مؤسسات الحكم الانتقالي- مجلس السيادة ومجلس الوزراء- في مخاطبة هيئة الامم المتحدة ومجلس الامن بارسال بعثة اممية ذات قدرات وفعالية لتجاوز اثار النظام القديم الذي وضع السودان في مواجهة اعتباطية مع المجتمع الدولي مما تسبب في تراجع دور السودان الاقليمي والدولي وفاقم الازمات الوطنية. السودان دولة مركزية في قارة افريقيا له تاريخ عريق في دعم جهود الامن والسلم فقد آن الآوان ان يجد الاسناد الضروري للعبور من خطوط الالتهاب واللحاق بركب القارة السمراء في البناء والعمران والتحول الديمقراطي، فمن غير المعقول ان يظل السودان بؤرة للحروب والعنف والارهاب سائرا ضد عقارب حركة التاريخ لاسيما وان السودان في عهده الجديدة بعد ثورة 2019 وضع على عاتقه مهام بامر الشعب تتمثل في:
* الانتقال من دولة الاقلية الى دولة كل الشعب.
* الانتقال من سلطة الحزب الواحد الى سلطة كل المكونات الوطنية.
* الانتقال من هدر بالموارد بالحروب لبناء السلام وتوظيف الموارد في التنمية المستدامة.
* الانتقال من اقتصاد الشح والازمات والحروب لاقتصاد البناء والوفرة والسوق الحر.
*الانتقال من الادارة المسيطرة المستبدة بالازمات لدولة المؤسسات وحكم القانون وسيادة المجتمع.
اكد الاجتماع انه يثق في وعي وحكمة مؤسسات الانتقال على راسها رئيسي المجلسين الفريق اول عبد الفتاح البرهان والدكتور عبد الله حمدوك- انها تسير في طريق اهداف الثورة وتطلعات الشعب عندما طلبت الدعم والاسناد من المجتمع الدولي لاستكمال خطوات بناء السلام والانتقال المعقد المركب لسودان حر ديمقراطي سند للاسرة الدولية ومناهض الغلو التطرف والانكفاء.
*عاش السودان موحدا متحدا نجما ثاقب في القارة السمراء.
