Violence and tribal conflict continue
Statement about Kadugli events
Before the blood of those who fell after the events of the city of Tuls in South Darfur dried up between Rizeigat and Fallata, and Kassala between Nuba and Bani Amer, other violent and bloody confrontations erupted in Kadugli, capital of South Kordofan State, on Sunday 12 May 2020 between a group affiliated with the armed forces and others belonging to the support forces Rapid. And the conflict that broke out about a month ago from the theft of cows belonging to the leader of the battalion (254) poll - squad (14) Kadugli, and killed the cowboy. The commander of the battalion is an officer in the armed forces with the rank of captain called / Aljaw and Nis Kafi - who is from the tribe of (Anqulu) in the Nuba Mountains and the majority of the members of the battalion are from the same tribe. Then one of the soldiers of the battalion was later killed by the same group that stole the cows (Al-Hawazmeh - Dar Naileh), which led to the reaction and outbreaks of conditions and the spread of violence between the battalion (254) and a group of members (Al-Hawazmeh Dar Na'ila) in the Rapid Support Forces, which resulted in Dozens fall between a dead and wounded. The news from Kadugli and its surroundings confirms that the conflict has not yet been contained, which could lead to its further eruption on a larger scale.
We have repeatedly warned before, and we continue to warn against continuing to make war, fuel hatred, sow discord, and manage violence and conflicts on cultural, regional, ethnic, and tribal bases - pushing the country to the brink of vanishing. All these events portend dangerous consequences and consequences.
We pay tribute to the souls of those killed in these events, wishing a speedy recovery to the wounded, and with our sincere condolences to the bereaved families - we would like to confirm the following:
First: Events exploded in this way due to the failure of the state government and failure to play its role from the beginning to contain and resolve it by known peaceful means. This is the responsibility of the transitional government as a whole.
Second: We reject the systematic targeting by any ethnic group against the other, and these policies are supported and supported by the elements of the defunct regime to create security and political instability, and this has been shown in the events of (Al-Gedaref - Port Sudan - Al-Geneina - Tuls - Kassala - Dilling - Boy - They met (then Kadugli), and the transitional period government must put an end to these policies, and work to build a healthy homeland that can accommodate everyone to achieve the goals of the revolution.
Third: Some accuse hidden hands behind these events, and of course there are hands that manage these events, but they are not invisible, but rather operate in public in the eyes of the government, which undermines the government's credibility in its endeavor to provide security and stability for all.
Fourth: These events came as a natural result of the proliferation of weapons among the citizens, armament, armies, and militia survival to date.
Fifth: The armed forces must be restructured with a new military doctrine to become a national forces whose functions under the constitution are to defend the sovereignty of the state and its lands from external threats and protect the constitution.
Finally: We renew our call to the masses of the Sudanese people, and the two sides of the tribal violence in Kadugli to tighten the voice of reason, calm the conditions and resort to peaceful means to contain the problem and miss the opportunity to pass these plans that aim at striking the social fabric and igniting strife among the components of the Sudanese people.

ويتواصل نزيف العُنف والصراع القبلي
بيان حول أحداث كادقلي
قبل أن تجِف دماء الذين سقطوا إثر أحداث مدينة تُلس بجنوب دارفور بين الرزيقات والفلاتة، و كسلا بين النوبة والبني عامر، إندلعت مُواجهات أُخرى عنيفة و دامية في كادقلي عاصمة ولاية جنوب كردفان يوم الأحد 12 مايو 2020 بين مجموعة تتبع للقوات المُسلَّحة و آخرون يتبعون لقوات الدعم السريع. و هو الصراع الذي نشب قبل حوالي شهر من الآن بسبب سرقة أبقار تتبع لقائد الكتيبة (254) إستطلاع - الفرقة (14) كادقلي، و قتل راعي الأبقار. وقائد الكتيبة ضابط بالقوات المُسلَّحة برتبة نقيب يُدعَى/ الجاو ونيس كافي – و هو من قبيلة (أنقولو) بجبال النوبة و غالبية أفراد الكتيبة من نفس القبيلة. ثم قُتل أحد جنود الكتيبة لاحقاً بواسطة نفس المجموعة التي سرقت الأبقار (الحوازمة – دار نعيلة) مما أدَّى لردة الفعل وتفجُّر الأوضاع و إتِّساع نطاق العُنف بين الكتيبة (254) و مجموعة من أفراد (الحوازمة دار نعيلة) في قوات الدعم السريع الأمر الذي أسفر عن سقوط العشرات ما بين قتيل و جريح. والأخبار الواردة من كادقلي و ما حولها تؤكِّد عدم إحتواء النزاع حتى الآن الأمر الذي قد يؤدِّي إلى تفجُّرها مرة أخرى على نطاق أوسع.
لقد حذَّرنا مراراً من قبل، ولا زلنا نُحذِّر من الإستمرار في صناعة الحرب و تغذية الكراهية وزرع الفتن وإدارة العنف والصراعات على أسُس ثقافية، جهوية، عرقية، و قبلية - تدفع البلاد إلى حافة التلاشي. و هذه الأحداث كلها تُنذِر بنتائج و عواقب وخيمة.
نحن إذ نترحَّم على أروح الذين قتلوا في هذه الأحداث، مُتمنين عاجل الشفاء للجرحَى، و مع خالص تعازينا للأسر المكلومة - فإننا نودُّ أن نؤكِّد الآتي :
أولاً : تفجُّر الأحداث بهذه الصورة سببه تقاعُس حكومة الولاية و عدم القيام بدورها منذ البداية لإحتوائها وحلها بالطرق السلمية المعروفة، و فيه مؤشِّر لتواطوء حكومة الولاية مع المجموعة المُعتدية بسبب عدم حسمها قانونياً لتجنُّب هذه النتائج الكارثية. و هذه مسؤولية تتحمَّلها حكومة الفترة الإنتقالية برّمَّتها.
ثانياً : نرفض الإستهداف المُمنهج من قبل أي مجموعة عرقية ضد الأخرى، و هذه سياسات مسنودة ومدعومة بواسطة عناصر النظام البائد لخلق عدم الإستقرار الأمني و السياسي، و قد تمظهر ذلك في أحداث (القضارف – بورتسودان – الجنينة – تُلس – كسلا – الدلنج – الصبي – لقاوا – ثم كادقلي)، و يجب على حكومة الفترة الإنتقالية أن تضع حد لهذه السياسات، و أن تعمل لبناء وطن مُعافَى يسع الجميع تحقيقاً لأهداف الثورة.
ثالثاً : البعض يتهمون أيادي خفية وراء تلك الأحداث، و بالطبع هنالك أيادي تُدير هذه الأحداث و لكنها ليست خفية، بل تعمل في العلن على مسمع و مرأى الحكومة مِمَّا يقدح في مصداقية الحكومة في سعيها لتوفير الأمن و الإستقرار للجميع.
رابعاً : هذه الأحداث جاءت كنتيجة طبيعية لإنتشار السلاح بين المواطنين و التسليح و التجييش و بقاء المليشيات إلى الآن.
خامساً : لا بد من إعادة هيكلة القوات المُسلَّحة بعقيدة عسكرية جديدة لتصبح قوات قومية مهامها بموجب الدستور الدفاع عن سيادة الدولة و أراضيها من المُهدِّدات الخارجية، و حماية الدستور.
أخيراً : نُجدِّد دعوتنا لجموع الشعب السوداني، و طرفي العنف القبلي في كادقلي لإحكام صوت العقل و تهدئة الأوضاع و اللجوء للطرق السلمية لإحتواء المشكلة و تفويت الفُرصة على تمرير هذه المُخطَّطات التي تهدف إلى ضرب النسيج الإجتماعي و إشعال الفتنة بين مُكوِّنات الشعب السودان.
