The ruling to confiscate Bashir's money and seize him for two years in social reform
Today, Saturday, the Khartoum Criminal Court issued a ruling against the dismissed President Omar al-Bashir for two years in social reform and for the sources of his funds.During the pronouncement of the ruling, the judge explained that the ruling to deposit al-Bashir in social reform for a period of two years until the completion of communications against him, because the latter is over the age of seventy years and cannot be imprisoned according to Sudanese law.The session was accompanied by strict security measures in the Sudanese capital Khartoum, in conjunction with the trial session of Al-Bashir.During the session, the court heard a set of testimonies dealing with cases of financial corruption, accusing Bashir of being involved in it.The official spokesman for the Council of Sovereignty in Sudan, Mohamed Al-Faki, had said on Friday that the Committee for Decommissioning, Fighting Corruption and Recovering Funds had issued a decision to form a committee to liquidate the dissolved National Congress Party.Al-Faki explained that the chairmanship of the committee was assigned to Attorney Taha Othman Ishaq, to have wide competencies, while working to receive and seize all fixed and movable assets of houses, real estate, vehicles and mechanisms that were owned by the all-party party in the country, which was led by former President Omar al-Bashir.The committee also issued a decision to dissolve the Executive Office and the Sudanese Bar Association and to dissolve trade unions, professional associations and the Employers' Union.The decision includes dissolving executive offices and union councils established under the Trade Union Act of 2010, and dissolving executive offices and councils of professional associations established under the Professional Associations Act 2004, and the decision also dissolved executive offices and union councils established under the Employers Law of 1992.According to the decision, the committee has the right to seize real estate registered in the names of trade unions, professional associations and employers, and to reserve cars, mechanisms and means of transportation registered in the name of trade unions, professional unions and the employers union, and prohibit their disposal.

الحكم بمصادرة أموال البشير وحجزه عامين في الإصلاح الاجتماعي
أصدرت محكمة جنايات الخرطوم، اليوم السبت، حكما بالتحفظ على الرئيس المعزول عمر البشير عامين في الاصلاح الاجتماعي وبمصادره أمواله.
وأوضح القاضي في أثناء التصريح بالحكم أن الحكم بإيداع البشير في الاصلاح الاجتماعي لمدة عامين إلى حين اكتمال البلاغات في مواجهته، لأن الأخير عمره تجاوز السبعين سنة ولا يمكن إيداعه السجن بحسب القانون السوداني.
وكانت ترافق الجلسة إجراءات أمنية مشددة شهدتها العاصمة السودانية الخرطوم، وذلك بالتزامن مع جلسة محاكمة البشير.
وخلال الجلسة، استمعت المحكمة لمجموعة من الشهادات تناولت قضايا فساد مالي، يتهم البشير بالتورط فيها.
وكان الناطق الرسمي باسم مجلس السيادة في السودان، محمد الفكي، قد قال الجمعة، إن لجنة إزالة التمكين ومحاربة الفساد واسترداد الأموال، أصدرت قرارا بتشكيل لجنة لتصفية حزب المؤتمر الوطني المحلول.
وأوضح الفكي أن رئاسة اللجنة أُسندت للمحامي طه عثمان إسحاق، على أن تتمتع باختصاصات واسعة، فيما ستعمل على استلام وحجز جميع الأصول الثابتة والمنقولة من دور وعقارات وعربات وآليات كانت مملوكة للحزب المحلول بكل أنحاء البلاد، والذي كان يتزعمه الرئيس السابق عمر البشير.
وأصدرت اللجنة أيضا قرارا بحل المكتب التنفيذي ومجلس نقابة المحامين السودانيين وحل النقابات والاتحادات المهنية واتحاد أصحاب العمل.
ويشمل القرار حل المكاتب التنفيذية ومجالس النقابات المنشأة بموجب قانون النقابات لسنة 2010، وحل المكاتب التنفيذية ومجالس الاتحادات المهنية المُنشأة بموجب قانون الاتحادات المهنية 2004، كما قضى القرار بحل المكاتب التنفيذية ومجالس الاتحادات المُنشأة بموجب قانون أصحاب العمل لسنة 1992.
وبموجب القرار يحق للجنة حجز العقارات المسجلة بأسماء النقابات والاتحادات المهنية وأصحاب العمل، وحجز السيارات والآليات ووسائل النقل المُسجلة باسم النقابات والاتحادات المهنية واتحاد أصحاب العمل، وحظر التصرف فيها.
